As longstanding loyal customers, my children and I have received care from Russell Dental for 20+ years. Dr. Tsang inherited this well established practice approximately 7 years ago. Recent billing and mailing errors led to my medical privacy being compromised and unexplained charges. Dr. Tsang's staff was made aware of their mistake, yet no attempt was made to contact me, apologize, or rectify their errors. Attempts to address my concerns with the secretary, Marcella (hired within the past year), was met with hostility. She was extremely curt, abrasive, and unprofessional. Repeated requests for all records and an itemized bill regarding questionable charges have been blatantly ignored and unfulfilled. A request for a return phone call went unanswered. The lack of transparency is deeply concerning and a far cry from being "truly passionate about creating exceptional patient experiences". What are they HIDING? Dr. Tsang's indifference, decision to inadequately keep patients "fully informed about (their) dental health", and deafening silence speaks volumes. For these reasons and more, I will no longer be a patient of Dr. Tsang.

I found Dr. Tsang through Yelp when I was looking for a new dentist after moving to Las Vegas. I originally came across a teeth-whitening special he had posted, so I figured I’d give the office a try. Finding a dentist who isn’t part of a big corporate practice and still gives you that personalized, family-friendly feeling can be surprisingly difficult.

I went in mainly interested in whitening, but Dr. Tsang took the time to listen and help me understand some other dental concerns I should address first. I really appreciated that he didn’t make me feel pressured or like I was being sold something I didn’t need. He explained my options and helped me prioritize what actually needed attention.

Marcella, the office manager, was also incredibly helpful. She worked with me to figure out a way to get the care I needed while allowing me to pay as I go. That made a big difference and took a lot of the stress out of getting dental work done.

Overall, I’m really glad I found this office. It feels much more personal than a typical corporate dental office, and I felt like they genuinely cared about my individual needs. I’d definitely recommend Dr. Tsang and his team to anyone looking for a dentist in Las Vegas who treats you like a person, not just another patient.

"Dr. Tsangs office is everything you could wish for in a dentist office." That was my previous headliner for this place. I stopped getting service a while back because I care deeply about my family, and my wife had a terrible experience when she went on her own the second time. Even so, I did not persuade my Mom not to go and she's enjoyed Dr. Tsang and the hygienist care for the last few years. At this time however, there is a new office manager that does not exhibit the professionalism or heart that the previous office manager Anna Liza had. And is currently not allowing transparency between the Dr and the patient. I post this so that maybe Dr. Tsang can reach out to get a full picture of what's going on. If not, patients and businesses move on.

I get the best dental care from Dr. Tsang and his office staff. I call, they fit me in. Same day. I have multiple crowns and if one falls out, this is important! Can't begin to say how grateful I am for these guys! I have a bit of medical trauma so was terrified to go to the dentist. My husband went to them for almost a year before I agreed to join him. I arrive and the staff is all very kind and professional. The doctor shook my hand and started asking questions to best help me.The doctor is really cool and great at talking you through what is going on so you're ready for the next steps. Iris is always so quick and light handed when she helps with cleaning. I've been coming here for a little over 2 years now and I will keep going here as long as the doors are open. I was a patient of the dentist that previously occupied the space Dr. Tsang is at and I put off going to the dentist for a year because I didn’t want anyone else touching my teeth having been with my previous dentist for more than 15 years. I have been going to a dentist since I first started growing teeth. I have been with Russel Dentistry for many years. Dr. Tsang and his staff treat you like family. My two sons had their first adult visit and they described their experience like this. They were so friendly, the chairs were much softer than the kids dentist and there was no pain. I've had a root canal and 2 crowns. No problems and they fit like my old teeth. Perfect.

I have seen Dr. Ditsworth for over a decade. This is just the best dentist of them all. I am a UNLV professor and my wife and I, as well as my two elementary school children, have only had the best experience. Dr. Ditsworth listens to the patient and gives professional advice without recommending unnecessary procedures. The staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

Now that Dr. Simon Tsang has taken the clinic over, my family is a patient with him. Dr. Tsang has brought in the latest in dental technology and a capable and friendly team. Ms. Anna Lizza is a wonderful, caring and efficient office manager and Ms. Leslie a five star dental hygienist.

Yesterday, I had my routine dental cleaning and Ms. Leslie did an excellent job. I had not flossed properly last year, so she did an extra thorough cleaning.

The routine x-ray revealed a decayed tooth under on old crown. It did not hurt yet, but was ready to do so any moment. An added problem was that because of my sabbatical I had a research trips planned that very day and Thanksgiving came up and then I would be out of town.

Dr. Tsang really came through for me. They scheduled treatment the next day the moment I was back from my trip late in the day. The tooth looked as if it was not salvageable, but I asked Dr. Tsang if he could save it. Dr. Tsang understood and said he would do anything that would be medically feasible. Then, for two hours he performed a completely painless treatment. And with this work he was able to seat a temporary crown on my remaining tooth material. Using his state-of-the-art camera he showed me pictures during the procedure, so I know he must have performed close to a medical miracle.

The next morning there was no pain, Thanksgiving saved! As I said, I consider this close to a medical miracle. I imagine that the treatment that Dr. Tsang performed is no different from what would be given to the President by his dentist.

I am so thankful to Dr. Tsang and can truly and highly recommend him.

Dr. Tsang, without exaggerating, is the best dentist I have ever been to. I have been to many dentists because of a problem with my back tooth. After a bunch of work and drilling later, I thought I would either have to remove the tooth or just deal with the pain. Dr. Tsang fixed the tooth like it was no big deal. I never thought I would be able to say this again, but the tooth actually feels like it belongs in my mouth again.
Also, his selection in assistant nurses is superb. They are incredible teeth cleaners. They are patient and thorough. Teeth cleaning is one of those things you just don't know the difference between a good one and a bad one until you've received a great one. I received a great one in Dr. Tsang's office.

I had been a long time visitor of Bradley Dittsworth who had his offices at this location before Dr. Tsang and Partners bought the practice.

My experience with Dr. Tsang could not have gone better. He is a "No BS" man and will tell you exactly how it is. It was my intention to get a consolation and come back for work by Tsang insisted he perform the work right away based on the condition of my tooth.

Because of complications with my tooth, Tsang could have easily sent me off to a specialist but he decided to power through it and complete the job.

The office staff was friendly, fun, and accommodating, and gave me a non-insured cash discount. They've earned a client for life.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Tom for years and there is no other dentist that is more detailed and more professional than Dr. Tom. As you walk in the dental office, you will be greeted by the two friendly ladies at the front desk. Everyone who works with Dr. Tom have a friendly attitude including the doctor himself. I would definitely refer Dr. Tom to anyone who needs professional dental help. Excellent dental office.

I had a great experience coming to Russell Dental. I have to say I'm not an easy patient due to my dental needs and severe gum disease. Dr. Tsang was professional, compassionate, and explained every procedure he performed on me. He was careful and made sure I was numb before my Osseous surgery. I was nervous but Dr. Tsang was reassuring and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Savanah, who was the assistant, was also great. Great care and bedside manners from both! Couldn't be more pleased.

I’ve been going to Dr. Tom for a long time and have been treated with the most respect from the first day I walked in. I have never felt like family in a professional setting since I met Jean in the front and a big reason I keep going to Dr. Tom and Jean at Russell Dental. I am so happy I chose Dr. Tsang to be my dentist. What means the most to me is honesty. I trust Dr. Tsang with my dental health. He explained to me all my options and help me understand about the issues I had. He has a great bedside manner and eases my nerve for all the procedures I have had done. The procedures were painless and Dr. Was able to accommodate me when I was in pain. The assistant and the front desk are very nice as well, all treat you with a smile. Dr. Tsang and his staff are amazing! I had gone to my regular dentist for an infection in my implant and he just kept flushing it out. I went to Dr. Tsang because of his implant experience and he found the problem right away and began the process to fix it immediately. Russell dental is a fantastic professional dental office. All their staff are friendly and courteous and may say reassuring.
I have a tooth extraction done at Dr Sing’s office at rustle dental and it was virtually painless. The doctor followed up with me after the procedure that evening by telephone and the next day as well and had me come back for a re-examination just to make sure that everything was healing properly.
They’re pricing is very competitive! I would not hesitate to recommend Dr.. Simon Tsang. Is a very skilled practitioner and also a naval veteran. I’ll be all right besides that he’s a very nice gentleman.

I've never been to a dentist for preventative care before, only to get my wisdom teeth removed. My visit to Russell Dental was my 2nd time in a dentist office EVER. From the very beginning I felt comfortable & welcomed. And the tech who cleaned my teeth was friendly & talkative which kept me calm. Prior to Dr. Tsang, I had been coming to this office for several years. I moved out of state for a bit then came back to find that the previous dentist had recently retired. I was a bit nervous having a new dentist but Dr. Tsang has been great. He’s highly skilled and he takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand.

I’ve had multiple visits since coming back to Vegas and each time I’ve been impressed with how everyone is. Amanda is very welcoming and helpful. She does a fantastic job setting up appointments in a way that works well with my busy schedule and she always greets me with a smile when I enter the office.

You can tell that everyone truly cares about your dental health (the hygienists have given me some helpful tips) and I highly recommend Russel Dental.

After many years of not taking care of our teeth, my husband and I knew we had to find a great doctor as I began to experience strong pains in my jaw due to a wisdom tooth. Russell Dental was able to take care of me right away. The staff was great! Dr. Tsang impressed us. He truly cares about his patients and spent so much time educating me and reassuring me before he did my extraction.
