Great office overall, friendly staff, cozy environment, Amazing Hygienist (Jen), the one thing that needs improvement is the receptionist Angel who can get a little passive-aggressive, a little deflecting, when you push her beyond what she perceives as her responsibilities. One time when I was checking out, after she Loudly declared in her fake-nice voice some part of the insurance process was Not her job, I had to go to the trouble of calling another dentist's office and then my insurance twice, be put on hold for a long time, only to then be told by both offices, who were quite confused by the request, that it was in fact Angel's job to do the thing she was so confident that was not hers to do all along. Hope Angel can work on herself, and avoid escalating/complicating situations for patients in the future.

This is by far the best dental office I've dealt with for getting a couple of teeth extracted. Other offices were pricing the procedure as if they were removing a brain tumor instead of a couple of teeth. For someone like me without insurance, finding this place was a blessing. This has been my dental office for over 30 years. Dr Earl is a fantastic dentist, treating all of his patients and caring for them as if they are family. Now that he is partially retired, Dr Espenueva is the full time dentist, and I am happy with him as well. Just like doctor Earl, he has a gentle touch, conservative in his treatments and soft spoken giving a comforting feel to the practice. My hygienist is Jennifer - SO THOROUGH, and gentle! Yay Jennifer - so glad she is at this office!

Looking for signin sheet, notice a desktop sign. Have a seat someone will help you in a minute.
Had to enter medical , last dental information on electronic pad.

Maybe 4 minutes later a dental assistant, came to get me.
Did , seems like 20 x rays.
Dentist came in we had our intro.
He examined my teeth.
Told me what he recommended, and dental plan.
Went to speak with receptionist .
First appointment for deep cleaning was 90 days away.
Second one was 5/30/26 2pm
At this point , I was feeling like, what about the client.
Then the conversation was about other clients, but that wasn’t my concern.
I mentioned had I was told , the delay in services, I could have made the decision to go to another facility.
The end result was the call list.
So I will exercise my right to see if another facility can get my X-rays and give me a deep cleaning according to my available preferences. Since my insurance is paying.

Very nice office, the ladies at the front were pleasant! The wait time was perfect, got me in on time and was quick. I was a cash patient and the prices were very fair.

My dentist was Dr Ron, didn’t try and sell me everything and the kitchen sink, told me preventative steps and I didn’t need the fillings right away unless I wanted them. Just felt like a genuine place that had my best interest at heart, not my wallet.

Best dentist I have found in Las Vegas. Easy to work with and runs a great company. My teeth have never been healthier. Airs on the side of caution and does not rush anything although works very quickly to resolve issues. That can make me a scary patient to work on. The dentist asks, "Any pain or issues today?" and I'll be like, "Yeah, I'm having sensitivity on my lingual recession for #14, can you check that please?" I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness and efficiency of the staff! As a new patient, I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Upon arrival, Angel warmly greeted me and helped secure the best possible deal, while Rosa promptly took me back right on time. Dr. Espinueva was both kind and knowledgeable, and Dr. Trevor, who removed my wisdom teeth, was incredibly gentle, easing my fear of dental procedures. The entire team made my experience wonderful, and I would highly recommend this office to my closest friends and family.

Have been a patient since 1978!!
Today I had a very swollen jaw and when I called she booked me in at 9am! Dr E found out it was an abscess; he took me in an drained it. Gave me antibiotics and have to go back in two days and have the tooth pulled! Couldn’t have been taken any better

My cleaning experience with Jen was absolutely the best. She listened to me and was very compassionate about my concerns with my teeth and emotional discomfort regarding some filling I may need replaced. She has such a kind voice and the cleaning itself was very thorough, she took her time and would ask throughout if I was feeling ok and then would proceed with the cleaning. I trust her completely everytime I come here for an exam, a cleaning etc. I always trust this office and feel safe with the entire staff. Receptionist beyond fun to talk with and respectful. I highly recommend this office if you want a comfortable, non hectic, good energy environment.

Rose is amazing! I came in to have my wisdom teeth removed, and I was so nervous. I even screeched when I saw the tools, but Rose, alongside the doctor, calmed me down. I listened to the dentist when he said to breathe, and Rose even gave me a stress ball shaped like a mango to squeeze! My fear faded away, the procedure went great, and I even started to hum a song during the extraction!

I had my first oral procedure done today at this dental office and it was amazing. I get very anxious and nervous when it comes to dental visits but I can honestly say that Dr Espinueva and his assistants were really great. They ensured that I was comfortable and pain free during the procedure. Whole staff is amazing including the receptionist! definitely recommend this place!

It's no one's idea of a good time to go to the dentist, but I gotta say... This is my new dental home. Jen did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and kept me comfortable the whole time. Dr. Espinueva was informative and answered all my questions about moving forward regarding treatment that is needed. And Angel in the front office was so sweet that it made paying my copay easy! If you're looking for a new office, this is it!

This office is absolutely the worst most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered in my 54 years. The gal at the front desk was unbelievably rude and over promised. This is the last dental office I would recommend. Don’t waste your time or resources. ANY other dentist would be better. If I could have given this office and this experience less than 1 star I would’ve.
