We were first met by Starr, our doctor’s assistant and she went through all the normal things and later she scheduled me for my follow up and then she went over all the things that the doctor talked about and then she went out and printed all the paperwork for us and she did this with the greatest smile, she is definitely an asset for your company. And as usual our visit with Dr Safaei was great and very thorough, she goes over everything with us and I really feel that she is there for me, she is a definite plus for this office. Careless, unskilled, negligent is a good description of her…….I’ve been her patient for around 4 years. I only needed her to push pills until I came about 2 situation that showed me how well she handles patient care.

I called her the first incident to authorize 2 pills for my prostate instead of one, since she authorized all of refills. I noted that was what my specialist doctor’s order. She flatly refused it without even contacting the other doctor to verify!!!

The second incident just happened within last month, June/July 2022. I’m a heart patient with a leaky heart valve. I lived with it until my breathing became so severe that I was waking up in the middle of the night gasping for air.

I checked myself into the hospital through ER. I was there for 6 days and when I left I had a call my insurance to see my GP within 5 days.

When I saw her I asked for a oxygen unit to use. She refused and said they’re for folks with COPD. I told her I need you ordering me one, after my insistence she said ok.

When I went to the pharmacy to up my new pills with the breathing unit, they brought out a nebulizer that’s for people with asthma. I didn’t get it and went to the office and by that time she went on vacation.

I saw her cover doctor as I told her my breathing condition. She tested me measuring the oxygen level while sitting and walking around the office.

She said the oxygen level is very low and ordered me an oxygen breathing machine on a rush order. I got it and am using it. I FIRED Sana Safaei replacing her with her cover doctor that new what she was doing.

i always have to explain myself every single time I call. Not a person there seems to communicate with anyone else. Or their entire software system refuses to keep any sort of proper notes. I hate dealing with this place.
