Dr. Hambrecht was to see me for foot and toenail fungus. He came to the room and while I was on the table he stood across the room .He did not ever make a decision to examine my feet. He just agreed with what I was telling him. In his ' Notes from Care Team ' he stated that he had examined my feet and had given me diabetic foot care instructions. None of these things happened. His only concern was that I quit smoking. Also he writes about several diagnosis which he did not make me aware of. I will inform Optum Care of his lack of professionalism.

I got an x-ray of my foot at urgent care and visited primary care, but it wasn't until I saw Dr. Hambrecht that he was able to see a fracture on the x-ray and diagnose my problem.
