I’m disappointed. I’ve called several times to try and schedule an appointment with Dr. Seymore. It always goes to an answering service who takes my message and then tells me her office will call to schedule an appointment. They said it can take up to 24 hours for someone to call back but it’s been several days. I’ve heard such great things about her and was excited to see that she takes my insurance. Very disappointed in the scheduling process.

Dr Seymore has been able to help me more than all the previous therapists I've seen together. I have been in therapy for almost fifty years. My childhood was a nightmare. Only through her work am I now living in the present looking towards the future, instead of thinking about the past.

It’s been a month and still no call back. Answering service will take your number and forward it to the doctor. No luck for a call back after 3 attempts within a span of 5 weeks
