This is the worse dental office I have ever been to. With my previous dentist, I went every 6 months. I went to this place when I moved to Vegas. They wanted to charge me like $2,000 for a teeth cleaning. They talked me into a deep cleaning which I didn't need and then they billed my insurance company for like $1,500 which was the total benefit I had for the entire year. This place should be put out of business. Liars, scammed, billing fraud, that is what this place is about. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!

By far my favorite dentist office to date. I have been a patient for more than 3 years now and can honestly say that the customer service and professionalism of everyone here is TOP NOTCH!! First off I just want to say Dr. Radlosky is AMAZING!! I went in for a couple root canals and was so scared. I’ve always had a phobia of “the dentist” but after my visit, I will have a different outlook now. He was gentle and talks you through it. I didn’t even feel the numbing shot. When he was all finished I thought he still had one more tooth to do and nope! He did both! I was amazed because I didn’t feel a thing! I was falling asleep lol. He was the best! I went to Shadow Mountain Dental Group for my deep cleaning and it was amazing! Isela checked me in quickly at the front desk and guided me to the X-rays. Deisy was quick and made sure they got a clear view of my teeth. I have severe dental anxiety but the staff kept everything positive and checked in with me during the procedure all the time. Lizza did such a great job on thoroughly cleaning my teeth and keeping me calm. We chatted about our kids and Filipino food :D

We went for cleaning, instead received water spa 😕 Although I was told I needed periodontal maintenance, paid $100 for it and received water spraying in my mouth. At least my husband only paid for a regular cleaning for the same water. My water floss at home does a much better job. And speaking of flossing, I had to ask the girl to floss my teeth. It was a disaster as she went halfway or simply skipped…
These Smile Generation dental offices are only in it for the money, definitely not preventive care 🤬 Night Guard was on the menu for $250 when you can buy one for $15. I do not grind my teeth! In-house Crowns are always recommended since they are great money makers. Grinding tooth down and replacing it with a crown can cause sensitivity, nerve damage and decay at the crown margin. So sad 😞 Shadow Mountain used to have great hygienists who scraped plaque and tartar buildup from each teeth, polished, flossed properly and used fluoride. Dentist were caring about patients and not their pockets!

They called and told me my appointment was at 4 pm a day before and I confirmed. I got here and they told me 5 pm so they made me wait. Around 5:15 pm I went back for x rays then they sent me back to the lobby again to wait. Called me back in at about 5:30pm and made me wait for a cleaning in the room. Doctor came in at about 6:05 pm to do my cleaning and consultation. It was super rushed and quick had me out and back in the lobby again by 6:20 pm where I waited AGAIN to get checked out. Just now leaving at 6:30 pm. Never coming back again they were horrible.

Everyone was very professional and I was seen right away. I was visiting because one of my bottom front crowns broke off and I was asked to visit your office and have the tooth temporary cemented until my appointment in December. The dentist that did the exam refused to cement the tooth and it left without getting what I came for. I have an upcoming cleaning and exam, but really not happy that my request was denied. I know that the tooth could have been temporarily cemented as per my request. This has been my regular dentist office for over 10 years. Unfortunately because of this incident, I may be searching for a new dental office. Im still not sure why my request was not fulfilled?.

All I can say is WOW!!! I am new to Henderson and needed an emergency appointment for a bridge that was causing me discomfort. I had the longest part of my day today at shadow mountain, but the experience was one fun ride, I had a post birthday party at the dental office (lol) starting from the receiving area the vibe was so positive, the staff were very accomodating informative and i felt seen as a person. Shadow Mountain Dental Group and Orthodontics is Great Place
Faith is terrific she checks you in and also goes through the payments with you before any work is done. Dr padda is excellent I wanted to have all my teeth pulled and she said I have a lot of teeth that are good and she did not want to pull them so we decided to get them cleaned and go from there. Vanessa is a great hygienist. I need to change my cleaning on Wednesday so lizza cleaned my teeth she is excellent and Dr. Kim did surgery on my teeth he took out my wisdom teeth is excellent. Faith and Aylin are excellent as soon as you walk in they take care of you . I recommend Mountain Shadow dental on Decatur on the same lot as costco

Spent 30 minutes on the phone with these people just to be lied to and misguided. Scheduled multiple appointments for my dental work within those 30 minutes, just to be called back to be told that they weren't going to be able to do what was promised originally over the phone. Seems to be the reputation of this company. Including their other property in the same shopping center. Unbelievable to be deceived by a place that should hold a high reputation given the line of work they are in. Sad times

I've been putting off getting my cracked back tooth fixed for 2 years because i've never had dental work done and was having severe anxiety. The entire staff was super helpful through the entire process though. Dr. Tungol was awesome! He redid my crown. He was quick and helped ease my anxiety by checking in on me constantly through the process. He worked with Mo to make my crown in office and it fit like a glove. The soreness was gone by the evening and I was able to eat dinner as normal. I did not need any pain meds. Right now

Generally I loathe going to the dentist; however, the experience I had with Dr Tungol and Mo put a lot of those anxieties at ease. I can easily say this has been my best experience at the dentist in 25 years. I needed to have a tooth extracted. My wife called and spoke with Faith. Faith immediately assured my wife that they would get me in even though Dr Kim had a full schedule for the day. She had me come right in. Faith and Alyin as fast as they could. Flying squeezed me in on Dr Kim's schedule. Thanks to all their diligence I was in the chair in no time with Dr Kim taking care of me. Dr Kim and his assistant had me out of pain in a couple minutes. To say Dr Kim is a true professional is a gross understatement. He is a real pro. A blessing. His main concern is his patient and their comfort and well being. I was very lucky to have Dr Kim, Faith and Alyin there to take care of me .Shadow Mountain Dental is great.

I've gone to a private dental practice my whole life before coming here and I am amazed with their services here! The team is awesome and they take great care with all of their patients!

I broke one of my molars and was given an appointment same day w/ Dr. Lillian Kim. I told her that dental work makes me anxious. I literally had a life changing experience at this office! I have been missing a tooth for going on 10 years and over the years I have had multiple offices give me a variety of reasons why they can’t put a crown on my implant. FINALLY I found an office with staff that not only CARED about how I felt about my smile, but also staff that possess the knowledge and skills to actually overcome the barriers.
