What a wonderful visit! My first visit from Shnae Murphy, NP-C could not have gone better. She was very careful about reviewing my medications for possible interactions, and found several that I had been prescribed by a previous visit from a NP that I lodged a complaint about, which could have resulted in sending me to the hospital! Luckily, although not in the medical field after retirement, I still have resources to check medications and proceedures, allowing me the self-advocacy far too many people lack. If everyone who practiced in-home visits had the compassion and knowledge that Shanae has, patients would be happier, healthier and more likely to follow advice from their practitioners without doubting their expertise in medicine. Intermountain, you made a wise decision in hiring this one. Let her profile be used for future hires.
