I can’t speak highly enough of Sienna Spine and Wellness ! I originally came in for severe lower back pain that no one else seemed able to help with. I was also diagnosed with severe carpal tunnel in my right arm. My arm would go numb at night, and my hand became so stiff that I was almost dropping things.

I discovered Sienna Spine and Wellness while scrolling through Instagram and decided to try shock wave therapy. Since working with John, I feel like myself again. As a cocktail waitress, my body is constantly hurting, but I’m now experiencing much less pain. My arm no longer goes numb, and my lower back feels amazing.

I recently started red light therapy as well, and I can already see my abdominal skin looking tighter.

My feet are finally not throwing off massive nerve pain in the heels & tendons from plantar fasictis, bone spurs & arthritis in my one ankle. I haven't been able to stand for almost a year without pain and over the last month it got gradually worse and was causing massive pain in my sleep. My feet burned and throbbed. Doctors were sending me to neuropathy and physical therapy 2nd round. Changing shoes and orthodics to find any kind of relief. I have had multiple back surgeries and have been a chronic pain suffer for the past 30 years now faced with surgery I've been looking for anyway to eliminate some of the pain I found sienna spine and wellness and figured I would give shockwave therapy a shot I really did not think that it would provide me any real great relief but I had been amazed at the results after just 2 treatments. I've been experiencing pain in my shoulder due to lifting heavy totes at work, but I brushed it off bcuz one of my friend from work had the same pain I've been having, but she ended up having surgery. I refuse to have surgery which is why I went so long without treating my pain. However, I came across Dr Johns website online and became interested due to the shockwave therapy that has helped his patients without having to do surgery. Obviously, I had to give it a try to avoid having to do surgery on my shoulder. BEST decision I've made bcuz I went in not being able to lift my left arm all the way up, and I couldn't reach over my right arm. I struggled just trying to fix my hair, and I knew it was bad when I struggled bench pressing a 15 lb dumbbell when my max is a 60lb. I was desperate with my shoulder pain since May 2025! And my doctor only offered injections to heal it, which i can afford as my insurance doesn't cover it. I have been treated by Dr John Fernandez for almost six months now , I came to his practice with multiple mobility issues inflammation and pain and I had high expectations as I am very active in sports and I need my body to perform better than ok , I need it perfect:)
Dr. John is perfect doctor for me , at my 45 I feel better than I ever did in my teens and all improvements happened within a few months . I felt really good when I left, and the real test was when I woke up the next Day. I could actually move my hands without the pain. Needless to say I was AMAZED. I’ve been to many Doctors, they either want to to do surgery or give Meds, I didn’t want to go down that route. I recommend giving Sienna a try. They are very nice people and the Doctor explained everything he was going to to do, and made sure I understood every step of the way. Very Very Nice Place! I will be BACK!
