I would give this place more stars if it wasn't for the insurance coordinator. They have great dentist but I was not able to get treatment because my insurance sent back a claim. I find it confusing because I told her that if it isn't covered by my insurance then just don't do the treatment or procedure. I have expressed my financial situation clearly that I couldn't afford certain procedures that were not covered by my insurance. When I came in today I saw her and she let me know that a claim came back and that I needed to pay before I get any treatment. I wanted to understand why because I've told her before that I can't afford certain treatments or procedures and she said, "I'm not your insurance" Very passive aggressively. I felt completely demoralized. And tried asking her more questions. I understand that I probably seemed agitated in the moment but I'm struggling financially, my tooth broke the day before and probably needs to get extracted which is something my insurance does cover. But every answer to my question was, "I am not your insurance." It was very snippy when she spoke and the awkward smile came off as a sneer. I remember speaking with her before and it seem like she had an attitude but this day only reaffirmed my suspicion. You don't talk to people like that in customer service. You didn't have to repeat yourself like 5 times," I'm not your insurance" I got it the first time. If it's out of your hands there is a better way to say it than making it seem like you are just shifting the blame. Have some empathy. I work in customer service too. Sometimes people are agitated but I empathize with them how I can and I don't add insult to injury.

I have recently moved to Vegas and was in need of a new dentist for a checkup. Everyone at silver mountain dental was very kind and professional. I had the pleasure of meeting the office manager Mia who explained everything to me. Ivan welcomed me and did my X-rays and was very efficient. Dr. Feizi was great when she performed the checkup and cleaning. Everyone was very attentive and thorough in everything they did. I brought my son into the office and the female doctor was amazing. My son was super nervous at first, but she helped calm him down with the male assistant. They are an Incredible tag team. I debated whether or not to write this review, but I feel it’s important to share my experience.

I came in for a routine exam and cleaning, and I have nothing negative to say about the dentist. The dentist was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I was very pleased with that part of my visit.

Unfortunately, my experience with the insurance/treatment coordinator was the complete opposite. She was extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional in the way she spoke to me. I was honestly shocked by her attitude and the lack of basic customer service. I can’t help but wonder if the dentist or owners of the practice are aware of how she communicates with their patients.

When you are discussing treatment and financial options with patients—especially when you are trying to gain their trust and have them move forward with recommended treatment—there is absolutely no reason to speak to someone disrespectfully. Her demeanor and overall professionalism left a very poor impression.

It’s unfortunate because I genuinely liked the dentist, but your staff represents your practice as well. Because of this experience, I will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere. A great dentist deserves a staff that provides the same level of professionalism and respect.

I had the worst experience here. I came in to have cavity fillings for which i’ve had pain to eat 3 days after and the things is i know what a filling should feel like i’ve had plenty before and this oak. is not normal. We came to ask question to the receptionist which is the manager as well and she tried telling me it’s normal and was completely rude stating she could tell by the way i was talking to her that i was frustrated. To which i replied that it is not normal especially since i was left rough edges and the filling actually broke off to which she told me was normal. The spike you can see in the image is what broke off. The lobby was also extremely unhygienic. we went in on friday and saw a dead cockroach that was still there this monday that i came in to let them know about the poor job.

Este es el peor dentista que he ido definitivamente, por desgracia me mudé y me cambié para este dentista porque me quedaba más cerca de mi casa y fue lo peor que pude hacer, desde el comienzo cuando fui a la primera cita tuve que esperar casi 45 minutos para ver a la doctora, después cuando me revisó me dijo que tenía 17 caries y hacía 6 meses que había ido a otro dentista y me habían dicho que todo estaba bien incluso fui allí para retirarme las muelas de juicio que era lo que me molestaba, cuando atendieron a mi esposo le dijeron que tenía 13 caries y a mi hermano que tenía 5, bueno a pesar de que vimos que eran una cantidad exagerada porque hacía poco nos habíamos atendido decidimos quedarnos igual, al terminar el tratamiento teníamos mucha sensibilidad y en una de las muelas me habían puesto una corona y pasé dolores horribles con ella, después de un tiempo me cambié para otro dentista y ahí me dijeron que me la habían dejado mal colocada y tenía que regresar con la l mismo doctor que me la había puesto, cuando regresé me cambiaron la corona y me dijeron que tenía sarro en los dientes que me lo podían quitar con una limpieza y dije bueno ya que estoy aquí lo hago, saqué mi cita y cuando llego esperé 40 minutos a que la doctora me atendiera y cuando lo hizo me dijo que no me iban a hacer la limpieza que lo que me iban a hacer era un chequeo y yo pedí hablar con alguien porque me habían dicho desde el día que saqué la cita que era limpieza, me dijeron que tenían que hacer primero el chequeo para poder hacer la limpieza, cuando terminaron me dijeron que todas las caries que me habían quitado al principio habían regresado que necesitaba una vez más hacerme un tratamiento y de ahí era que me podía hacer la limpieza, en ese mismo instante pedí que no quería hacer nada y me fui y sin contar que jamás me mandaron los referidos que tenía pendiente, le doy una estrella porque no se puede dar menos

I will not be returning to this dentist due to the young lady that does the insurance. She was very rude, and the things she said about my insurance are not even true! I called the company when I left! Obviously she doesn’t know that u can have 2 different policies, and she runs the secondary one to covers out of pocket expenses not paid by the primary! I guess she also didn’t know that my mother is a Dr., so I’m pretty sure I know rules behind medical providers, and what they can and cannot say, and treat people in the office.! Her communication skills are horrible! No matter what I am a patient there, not someone she wants to demean in a public setting! I found it super insulting, and I cannot imagine I’m the only one that’s has sat is this, bc she didn’t even try to hide it!

The ease of access to the Dentists was incredible. I called to get an appointment and was surprised to learn that they would come to my apartment complex. This was my first visit at this office for treatment involving multiple front teeth and prior authorization for medically necessary care. I requested clarification directly with the dentist regarding the treatment plan and documentation, but did not feel that request for communication was fully supported, and the process felt unclear.

The office manager stated she would email my records, including X-rays, for today’s visit, but I have not received them.

The experience would have been improved with better staff-patient communication, a clearer explanation of the prior authorization process, and timely access to my records as requested. I hope the office improves patient-provider communication and professionalism moving forward.

My appointment time was 9am. I was done in an hour and a half later. I needed to get to work on time and felt 1.5 hours was more than enough time but things moved slowly. I declined having my teeth flossed to save a few minutes.

I would have liked for my new patient docs to have been sent to me before my appointment. I could have saved time by having them completed.

Things were not set up for me and the assistant set up as she went along. I was the first appt this morning but I would suggest someone coming in at 8:30 to set up the rooms for the morning clients.

My Medical Assistant (sorry forgot her name) was new- first day. She was nice and pleasant but finding her way around. When I told her I needed to get to work on time, she asked for help and her team assisted right away.

The doctor and office staff were all friendly and professional. I really appreciate that. The first dental stall was freezing. Again having someone come in at 8:30 to make sure the temperature is comfortable would be nice.

The lobby TV was too loud. I would suggest muting the TV on the lobby of the music will be on. There was a TV in the stall but it was off. I wasn’t asked if I wanted it on. There was also music playing in the back so I really didn’t want the TV on.

I plan to return as I don’t usually dentist hop. I suspect things will go a lot smoother during my next visit as I will not have anything to update.

I gave 3 stars because I think there is room for overall operational improvement, but if the review was just about patient care, I would have given 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This office should be reported to OSHA for its lack of cleanliness—especially regarding how equipment is handled, which poses a serious risk of spreading infections to both patients and staff. During my visit, the dental assistant did my X-rays, then passed the same equipment to another assistant without properly disinfecting it. She gave it a quick, careless wipe and didn’t change the protective barriers. Then, she pushed it through a cabinet opening into the next room, where it was used on another patient. Completely unacceptable and unsafe.

There was also a major violation of patient privacy. While I was waiting for the dentist, the computer screen was left open and clearly visible, showing full names and appointment details. The text was large enough to read from where I was sitting. That screen should’ve been locked or turned away—very unprofessional.

When I was taken into the room to go over my treatment plan, I noticed trash on the floor, and the entire office (besides the reception area) looked dirty and poorly maintained. The dentist didn’t seem fully alert and had to ask the assistant multiple times what she said about a particular tooth. She did that several times while examining each tooth. The staff was completely different from the old location, where things used to be much better. Even the male dental assistant looked unhappy to be there—no greeting, no smile, nothing.

This was my first time at the new location, and I’ve never had such a bad experience at any dental office before. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent First Experience at Silver Mountain Dental!…. I had my first visit to Silver Mountain Dental yesterday, and I'm incredibly impressed! I came in with significant pain from a broken tooth, and the team was fantastic from start to finish. They did a complete assessment and X-rays, and the doctor thoroughly explained exactly what was needed to fix my issue.
Afterward, I was taken to an office where everything about the needed treatment and pricing was explained in detail. I really appreciated how transparent and clear they were. They were even happy to start the process same day with an extraction, but I was pretty nervous, so I decided to schedule it for Tuesday instead. They were completely understanding and accommodating. I would actually rate this office personally a 0. I've been going to this dentistry for years. Back when they were called tender dental and before they relocated. This new office the staff at the front desk are just rude. Yesterday I couldn't afford a deep cleaning so they send me on my way. I should of been able to get my regular 6 month cleaning but nope. Even called my insurance they said I should of got a regular cleaning but they refused to do it. I will be switching dentists. I'm sorry not everybody has money to pay extra for things a regular cleaning would of been better than nothing. Never going back here again

I ADORE them! 😍 Every last one of them, from the front desk, to the nurse, to the Dentist, to the scheduler, they were all very personable and helpful. The smile on the receptionist would light up the darkest stormy sky, the nurse was just as kind as you'd want a nurse to be, and the scheduler was delightful and actually listened to me. (Well they all listened. And how rare is that these days?) But let me tell ya about this dentist. And I've got an awful memory so I can't remember his name, but I'll find out and add it. Because he needs full credit. [Dr. HARMON!!!] [And the nurses name is Kadence!] Not only is he a looker (if I were 20 years younger, I'd have flirted relentlessly!) but he was so very. In every way, just so very. So very helpful. So very professional. So very great at hearing his patient. So very good at helping me not feel so helpless about a mouth full of holy heck. Other dentists had made me feel so small and pitiful. Unseen. Unheard. Not him. He heard my desires and came up with a game plan to make it happen. And I...will finally have a pretty smile and a mouthful of teeth again. I've been about 13 teeth short for a very long time due to parents who didn't prioritize healthy teeth and gums. Within the next 6 weeks, I will have no missing teeth anymore. And I'll be able to smile without cringing. Or seeing other people cringe. I'm so elated, and GRATEFUL to this staff. They are my heroes. All of them. But special thanks to my dentist.

It’s the best dental visit I ever got. They don’t bull shit and make you come back multiple times, they try to do as much as they can to make your time valuable. The front office staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I was there less than 45 minutes on my first visit including the xray and cleaning .

Entire staff went above and beyond. I had to have what was left of my teeth pulled due to health issues. When it was the day to pull them, they explained what was going on and stopped if I had to just catch my breath. It took a little longer than expected but made me feel at ease. Had to have sutures as the 3 week check up I had fragments (common) and most recent visit was the impressions for the dentures. I highly recommend them. They treat you like a person, not as a $$ sign. Oct 2024. Had to go in for a reline. Awesome. They fit so much better
