I don’t like dental places like most of us, but I can assure you Silver State Smiles are thorough, caring, and gentle. Dr. Kotle is the absolute best dentist I have ever encountered. Dr Kotle was so gentle with my dental issues and examinations. Karen was my dental hygienist and she was gentle with my severely sensitive gums. For once, dental cleaning did not cause me pain. Maria is the billing specialist and worked out my insurance and was thorough. Just so you know, the staff is friendly, and welcoming. I highly recommend Silver State Smiles. I had the best experience at Birdrock dental today. Although it was my first visit at a dental practice in a very long time. I couldn't of chosen a better place to start. The receptionist ashley was very patient and helpful. From my phone call to schedule up to my visit. . I felt comfortable . The dental assistant was personable . Kind and polite. The dentist was so sensitive to my needs made me feel I could trust him with my dental needs. The gentleman that went over financing was exceptional and kind. Going to see a dentist is not usually a wonderful experience but I recently had to have a root canal and what a great experience it was! Dr. G and her staff were the most caring, kind and gentle people I have ever experienced. You really could not have a better dental team anywhere in Las Vegas! My introduction to these professionals began with Ari who answered my call. She wasted no time in getting me in and was so compassionate about my pain. She told me she would confirm my insurance and would call me back to let me know about any copay that I might have. And call me back she did! This woman was efficient, quick and quite knowledgeable as well. She got me in right away. Upon arrival. Q took the X-rays and got me prepared to meet the doctor. Dr. G. came in and expressed that she had gone over all the information the staff had collected and she made the oral exam. Upon completion of her exam she talked to me about the options available that would solve my problem. She and her staff were very cohesive as they worked together. Then I met Adriana who handled the financial piece and in nothing flat I was ready for the the root canal and several other smaller things which were necessary to button up all it was going to take to get me out of pain.and to fix the problems that needed fixing. I'm telling you what a great experience I had! I highly recommend this team of professionals. If you are looking for a good dentist... look no further. this is it! This was the best dental experience I have ever had and it is with confidence that I recommend them to anyone who is in need of a really good dental experience!

After some long term neglect i finally showed up to get some much needed work done. Wouldn’t think I’d find the right place at first go.The people here took the best care of EVERYTHING i needed, from deep cleaning to root canals, extractions and fillers, i got almost the whole package. Paige at the front desk helped me get a great deal and was so good to me every time, Gutierrez and BJ’s work is A1 through and through, very surgical with the process, these guys got the gift and Avery did immaculate work on the cleaning hands down. I mean ALL the staff there made it even more worthwhile. I could go on and I’m grateful to God for these people. I just know i was led to the right place like really.
Through all the challenges I hope everyone succeeds well here from the heart. I feel like a changed man now.

Went to get records at request of our new dentist but they were closed. We left the practice a couple of years ago because their Thai speaking dentist left and although they promised another Thai speaking dentist would be available, it never happened. They also would not let us know where he moved to (main reason for us choosing this practice). They were also less than helpful with insurance issues erroneously charging us out-of-network rates which was caused by their billing practices which went on for over a year until one lady on the staff took it upon herself to resolve the issue with the insurance company. No problem with their dentists or their work, but we decided it would be better to move to a different practice.

Worst dentinst experience in my entire life! And im 48 yr old. Still after 2 months from my last appoitment i cant stop thinking and talking about it. Only positive side was lady working at front desk. Waited 2.5 hours in waiting room and after my complain they asked me "do you still want to see our doctor or you want reschedule" ? After that one member of stuff told me "there is always wait in dentist office and 2.5 hours is nothing,you always have to be prepared to that!" She also said there is even no guarantee doctor will see me and do my tooth after all this wait!. But doctor/dentist deserve separate review! She was like doctor from horror movie! She was all mad with bad attitude from beggining, she NEVER said ONE word during one hour work on my tooth,and the best part comes at the end - at one point she left our room without saying anything, i tought she went to restroom or answer call, but no, other member of their stuff came and said "you are done,you can go" !! I was out of their office in totall of 4 hours and i was there just for one tooth filling! I called them 4 times after that and asked for their manager to call me beck and nothing! Stay away from this place.

I made my appointment through Zocdoc for an emergency filling that fell out. They tried to get me to reschedule my appointment 10 minutes after confirming it. Then, when I saw the doctor, it was a completely different person than the one I made my appointment with. He did not even tell me who he was before he started quickly explaining how bad my tooth was and I actually needed a more serious procedure. He mumbled to the hygienist, not even me, that I needed a crown. I had to ask her what that even was, I was shocked. They were trying to rush me through the whole process and I decided to leave and not go through with it. I got a second opinion and it turned out I didn’t need a crown at all. Do not let them talk you into unnecessary work!

They saved up a year and a half of charges for both my kids without me knowing and then billed me for all of them at once and gave me one month to pay or I go to collections. I am very disappointed. I generally have had a wonderful experience at this practice. However, I scheduled an appointment two months in advance, I did not receive a confirmation call so I left a message the evening before my appointment. I received a follow up call the morning after and the receptionist proceeded to tell me how she and another co-worker spoke with me the day before the appointment and I cancelled both mine and my daughters appointments. I was spoken to at first with the tone that this was all my fault for cancelling. I NEVER SPOKE WITH ANYONE. I'm highly upset. We waited two months for these appointments and now unfortunately I will be going elsewhere. I hope they figure out who in fact the patients were that somehow cancelled two appointments that were not theirs!!! I manage a doctor's office and the way this was handled is completely unacceptable. I would never treat my patients with such disregard!

This is as good as it gets! Its a small boutique dentist office that has a friendly staff. They even cover quite a bit of different kinds of insurances. They also have cool incentives if you recommend people.

I've had my cavities filled, a chipped front tooth replaced, and a mouth guard made for myself. No one could even tell I had a front tooth replaced (color matched too). I also have a bottom retainer from previously having braces, and she cleans it perfectly every time I visit. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to see a dentist.
