Wow I was blown away with Silverado Ranch Denistry. I got new insurance and hadn't got my teeth looked after in about 2 years but needless to say Dr Lin and the hygienist Jenni took excellent care of my teeth!. Best dentists office I've ever been to, no joke! The receptions are super friendly and understanding, especially Kayla. It's always a pleasure interacting with them. I'm almost never waiting more than 10 minutes. Jenna who does the cleaning is also great, very through and easy to talk to and explains this as they are happening. Donna (Dr K) I can't say enough nice things about! She had to pull one of my old root canals. Not only was she very comforting about the entire thing, she was quick! And not in a let me get this tooth out ASAP because I'm behind schedule but in a I've done this a million times, I could do it in my sleep. This place has good prices for top end tech. I've neglected my teeth for years after COVID and I'm finally back into shape thanks to these lovely folks. This is my dentist, as long as I'm in Vegas.

My wife developed a cracked tooth a couple months back. It hasn't bothered her much since, but she woke up this morning in a lot pain from it and decided it needed to come out. Silverado Ranch Dentistry had her booked at 11am same day, with a non expensive consultation and xray, and we're able to get the tooth extracted same day. We were done by 1pm. Staff is super friendly and very caring. In a situation where we needed fast, positive results, they made it happen. I recommend this place to anyone who needs fast, professional care.

I had an incredible experience at this dental office while visiting from out of town. I was in a stressful situation and needed to be seen quickly, and Samantha, the office manager, went above and beyond to accommodate me right away. She somehow worked her magic and managed to fit me into a very busy schedule, and I'm pretty sure it wouldn't have happened without her. She was incredibly kind, calm, and welcoming - the kind of person you immediately feel comfortable with when you walk in the door.
The X-ray technician was also wonderful - very kind and made me feel comfortable right away. The entire staff created such a warm and professional environment.
Dr. Donna Karimzada was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain
everything clearly, which really helped ease my anxiety.

I had an emergency where two crowns fell out along with a failed implant on Sunday night. I had a horrible experience at the last dentist and had not yet established as a new patient with any other dentist in over a year.

I called Silverado Ranch Dentistry the next morning and was able to get in on Tuesday. I have to say that EVERYONE from the front office to the back office were extremely kind, professional, and explained everything clearly. I have honestly never been so comfortable and at ease with any other dentist in my life as I experienced with Silverado Ranch Dentistry. They were able to cement the crowns on and got me set up as a new patient and I was also able to get a cleaning done all on the same day. Dr Lin was Amazing. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. My husband came here for dental work, and the crown that was placed was done incorrectly, causing him significant pain and discomfort. When he expressed his concern, the office manager actually yelled at him instead of helping resolve the issue.

Now, he has a severely cracked and infected tooth that needs to be extracted — a serious situation — and this office refused to see him the morning of his appointment that was already made and confirmed by the office. The office manager clearly retaliated and this is something Nevada State Board of Dental Examiners cares about. Also the oral surgeon was willing to take him, the dentist, Donna, still denied him care rather than doing the right thing and referring him properly while he was in severe pain with an infection.

No patient should be treated this way, especially when they’re in pain and need urgent care. This is not how a professional dental office should operate. I hope this helps others avoid the same experience.

A complaint had been reported with the Nevada State Board of Dental Examiners (NSBDE).

Do better Donna. Be professional and ethical when someone needs urgent care, you are legally required to so.

Arlyne, oh she was fantastic! Did my x-rays, assisted with my cleaning. I was so comfortable in her hands, I felt like a friend of mine was examining my teeth 😆 which I love when interactions aren’t stale, makes the experience a more fun and pleasant one!

Mia then during the wrap up of my appt, was so clear and thorough! She was so easy to understand when she was explaining upcoming treatment plans, gave me a full break down and had my packet, printed out, and ready to go

After a long search of finding the right dental office, I can officially say I've found THE one!

Upon entering, I was greeted warmly and with a huge smile from the two ladies at the front desk. Since I had filled out my paperwork before my appointment (brownie points if you have them filled beforehand), it was a quick check-in process and I waited about 5 minutes before I was called.

The lady who took my x-rays was very kind and explained the process very thoroughly. She noticed we shared the same birthday, and we connected as birthday twins! Once the process was over, she directed me to my room.

Dr. Karimzada and Jenny, the hygienist, made me feel really comfortable in the chair. Jenny is so gentle that I almost fell asleep while she was cleaning my teeth! Dr. Karimzada had recommendations on care, but Mia from the front desk took the time to walk me through pricing, and there was no pressure to turn down treatment I didn't want done the same day.

Overall, each staff member is incredibly hospitable and takes the time to answer questions you may have. I highly recommend this office if your dental needs!

I had an emergency dental situation, and made an appointment online. I realized it couldn't wait and went down to the office in the morning before it opened. When it opened I spoke with Mia at the front desk, and she said the doctor wasn't in yet, and wasn't sure I could be seen the same day. She took my number and said she'd call as soon as she spoke to her.
I wasn't home for 10 minutes before she called me, and said I could come back by 11 am. So I went back down, filled out some paperwork, and was home by 12:45. Dr. Karimzada was AMAZING! She had my tooth pulled and stitched up with zero pain. I would recommend this dental office to anyone. I couldn't have gotten this done without Mia, the receptionist. She made it happen today, AND laughed at all my stupid jokes. Thank you to the entire staff and kudos to their professionalism and kindness. You've earned a lifetime patient!

I want to start off my saying all of the staff here are very nice, professional and personable but Mia is truly amazing! After waiting in the lobby observing her interactions with patients I was amazed. No problems after each procedure so far. Front office was positive, kind, and helpful from the start. I tried to get an appointment for months then the office manager told me that I would need to accept the doctor's recommendation without question and could be denied a teeth cleaning after sitting through the appointment. I was hung up on without discussion then I was lied to as to the reason for the hang up. As though I was ordered to accept their demand for more money or leave. Manipulative in that you're stuck in their chair. I'm going to keep seeing my real Dentist

I was vacationing the Las Vegas area when I broke a crown. Unfortunately, I was leaving in two days. I called and spoke to Samantha, who was so very nice and welcoming! She was able to get me in for an appointment within hours of the call.

The check-in process was easy, which I did from home, so when I got to the building checking it was a breeze. Dr. Artinian and Samantha took great care of me. One of my molars chipped as a result of grinding and clenching my teeth when I sleep and decided to go here to get it fixed. Amazing experience. I've been going to the dentist for years, but Jenni Pham is by far the most talented hygienist I've ever had. She's meticulous, gentle, and somehow manages to make teeth-cleaning almost fun. However, I can't help but chuckle every time she works on my teeth because she's so short that I'm convinced she needs a booster seat to see what she's doing. I came in about two weeks ago as a new patient+cleaning. All the staff was so nice and helped me work through my insurance (i’m 19 and was super confused lol) I was also recommended to get my wisdom teeth removed, i came in yesterday for wisdom appointment, everyone was super friendly and took very good care of me. Before i was put to sleep one lady kept checking to make sure i was okay, i don’t recall her name unfortunately but she really helped with the amount of stress i was feeling. I took my Husband here, he had a very bad toothache. We were cash paying customers and got a great deal & paid in full upfront. They took an x-ray and let him know, the hurting tooth was a wisdom tooth. They pulled the tooth the same day as well. We were seen right away & received exceptional customer service from everyone. Which is very rare these days. Extremely clean office as well. Once of the cleanest dental facilities I have ever been to. My Husband had a follow-up a week later & all way good. I highly recommend this location & Dr. Shah.

Where should I begin.. as someone who has always had severe anxiety of visiting a dental office, and has always put it off for as long as I could, I am incredibly grateful to have come across Silverado Ranch Dentistry.
From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in great hands.
The sincere welcome from Allison and her colleague made me instantly feel more at ease. I had spoken with her on the phone night before and I can’t even begin to say what amazing patience she has. I had about 101 questions for her.
When my turn came, I was immediately taken into Dr. Artinian’s office for an overall check in with me and what was going on- which was a very pleasant surprised, as it made me feel heard and seen.
X-rays were performed, where I was constantly reassured that everything was ok and that I am taking the right steps into a better health. The sincere caring for their patients is just truly incredible.
Dr. Artinian and his dental assistant Kai were with me in no time to go over everything in detail and discuss next steps. Procedure was done the same day. Within 1 hour I was in and out.
I continually apologized for jumping and just overall being really anxious. Dr. Artnian and Kai were beyond amazing. So patient and also always reassuring me that everything is alright. Everything that was performed was discussed and explained to me prior to doing anything which was very much appreciated, as I could prepare for the next steps.
A follow up call was also quickly made after the procedure, to assure everything was ok.
I am incredibly lucky to have found this dentistry and truly look forward to getting my teeth and health back to where it needs to be.

I've always been so afraid of the dentist. This was my 1st time at this office. Coming here has been so pleasant. It's the 1st time I've ever felt so calm in a dentist's office. Everyone is so nice. I just had exams & xrays, etc this time but I'm sure when I come to have my extractions, etc. they will take good care of me! Dr. Karimzada is the best! So sweet!
I've now just had my 2 lower extractions. I was nervous, as I wasn't able to take my meds for anxiety. They made me feel comfortable. I was having IV sedation. The oral surgeon was very nice. I hardly even felt the IV. He's a pro! I awoke a short time later feeling like nothing happened. Was given my new upper dentures previously made & walked out to my awaiting ride.
I've naturally had pain but Tylenol & Aleve are working.
Don't hesitate coming here. Everyone here is so nice & helpful.
They also take my Humana dental ins.

I was referred to this place by someone and it’s been amazing! Everyone is so welcoming and they take their time explaining everything (procedures, costs, insurances, etc.) Dr. Karimzada did my consultation as a new patient and she really calmed my nerves (it’s been awhile since I’ve been to a really good dentist) Jenni was my hygienist and she was very gentle and a pleasure to talk to! Fantastic experience! I haven’t been to a dentist in years. I needed a root canal and crown. Dr. Huang and the dental assistants were super friendly and knowledgeable.

I’m in recovery from addiction, so I was worried about the pain because I can’t take pain meds. For most of the procedure, there was virtually no pain whatsoever.

They were awesome and I’ll definitely be going back for future visits.

Waited 3 weeks to be seen. I have three cracked teeth. I get a phone call saying I cancelled my own appointment. Liars. I got bump because they claimed I cancelled my own appointment by text but I never got a text from them. The only text I got was 2 hours prior to my appointment today confirming I had my appointment. Ridiculous. Just another budget dentist trying to take advantage of low income families. I just read the response to my review which is nonsense. That was an auto responder. Dr K is wonderful. She excels at working with my dental anxiety and making my experience comfortable. I love all their new technologies too, it plays a huge role in my comfort level. Due to my anxiety, I have opted to pay more out of pocket $ for their in-house, same-appointment crown option twice now and will again for the third needed crown. One and done works best for me. In addition to major dental work, my teeth cleaning experiences have also been very comfortable. Everyone at this office is great and has reduced my anxiety with every positive experience. The people, their skill sets, and available technologies makes this dental office the best for me.

I was under anesthesia, the Medical Assistant who ever push me out, didn't help me to stand up and when I nearly falling down(my friend grab me on time) the MA was so mean and saying"Oh my god, she's playing" I can't believe what she said but I still not fully awake so I just go home. The surgeon and front desk were so nice abd professional. That lady should not be in your group. What a shame!

They had a cancellation so they were able to squeeze me into a slot the day I came in. They answered all my questions which were concerning me over a pain in my gum. The front desk girls are absolutely professional and great and Dr Donna is absolutely top-notch she took care of my crack tooth without an appointment I went there at 9:00 when you opened and she took me at 10:30 and was able to grind my tooth down that broke causing severe pain on the side of my tongue from rubbing on such a sharp edge where my tooth broke great staff also Donna about 3 months ago remove my upper Mola and she was phenomenal thank you guys

The staff at Silverado Ranch Dentistry is always friendly and very knowledgeable. They treat you like a person and not just a client. I came in for a deep cleaning when I pregnant and because I was a high risk pregnancy I was concerned about the deep cleaning. My dentist was very patient and answered all of my questions and double checked any medication to make sure it was safe and I was extra comfortable. I appreciate the customer service.

I knew when the person taking the x-rays had to perform them 3 times , there was something wrong with this office. always get a predetermination of service they stuck me with a bill a year later for what the insurance didn't cover because they failed to get usable x-rays do not go here unless you want to get ripped off.

This Dental office is the best. 5 GOLD STARS TO ALL OF THEM!!!! I had a emergency dental problem and I'm from out of town. So I randomly found them via the internet knowing it was probably going to cost me a arm and a leg, but when your in pain you will do anything to make it stop. So I went ahead and booked via there website a emergcy visit appointment and they got me right in. Not only were they careful not to hurt me anymore then I already was hurting, fixed me the best they could till I could get back to my dental surgeon back home, called me in a prescription, THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME A DIME. They told me if the fix wasn't good enough to get me thru till I get come back home, to come back and they would try to fix it some more. From the staff down to Dr. Donna Karimzada (who was my emergcy Dentist) are the nicest and greatest dentistry office I have ever been to. I only wish they where out in Missouri where I live. I would recommend this dental office to any and everyone that will listen!!! Again 5 GOLD STARS TO ALL OF THEM!!!!
