Going to the dentist isn’t always the best experience, but this entire facility/staff Makes it so pleasant. I’ve been going here for years and then tried another dentist (happy dental) and the experience was poor, nothing like at simister and branham. I came back here and still I feel the same. Dr. Simister was my dentist back in the 80s… I moved out of the country for four years and when I came back, I couldn’t find him… I kept searching until I did, but he wasn’t taking the insurance that I had at the time… That didn’t stop me from checking every time I changed Insurance to see if they was taken it…. I have always been afraid of going to the dentist… When Dr. Simister introduced me to Dr. Branham I was very skeptical, about letting him work on my teeth…but I’m glad that he’s part of the team too… Dr. Simister and Dr. Branham took into consideration that I am afraid of the dentist…. I love the fact that they take there time with me…. And also take the time out to call to check on me after I leave my appointment… I hope they’ll be around for a long time…their staff is absolutely amazing. Upon walking in I was warmly greeted by the front staff. The place is always pristine and inviting. Cathy has been cleaning my teeth for many years. She is knowledgeable, sincere and pleasant to be around. Dr. Branham was so helpful in taking a look at my x-rays & help me plan for my next steps in my dental procedures. I highly trust Dr. Branhan, Jane and the rest of their team to do all of my dental work. I was lucky enough to see Dr. Simister who was just as outgoing and wonderful to chat with. He did some major dental work on me 14 years ago after getting my braces done by his sons at Las Vegas Braces in Boca Park. Upon check out, Yessi helped me update my insurance information and went the extra mile to write down pertinent information about my next appointment in 2024. This establishment is top notch and everyone here goes above and beyond to make you feel at home from offering light blanket throws for temperature adjustments when getting dental work if you feel cold and best of all a follow up phone call from the Doctor himself to check on your healing process for major procedures. Outstanding 5 Stars!

Dr. Branham is truly a gift to the dental profession. His energy and peaceful bedside manner is incredibly calming. I had a an amazing experience recently he took silver filing and made it white he was so gentle that when the numbness wore off I didn’t even feel sore or any residual feeling like I had been to the dentist at all. The best addition is not only is he amazing but his dental assistant Marykay provides just the same experience. I didn’t feel like I was being drowned by water. Dr. sings while he is working and they way they speak to each other is so calming for the overall experience. He and his staff is timely with his appointments he doesn’t leave you waiting in a waiting room or in a chair you feel like his only patient starting on time and feeling like his only patient he has all day while in the chair. The whole staff is friendly, welcoming and a true pleasure to deal with. Good or bad experience in the past look no further he will change a bad experience to good or a good experience in the past to an exceptional experience.
