I had my first appointment with Dr Gadde. I felt that Dr Gadde was attentive and thorough . The appointment was not in rushed appointment. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. my only complaint is the the web portal is not very good. It was very hard to figure out how to contact the office.

I came into to see her for an acute visit. I’d gone to urgent care a couple nights before, I had hives on my neck and had been continuously itching for about 48 hours. The itching I wasn’t overly concerned with in the beginning since I have eczema, when what usually works wasn’t and the hives began that’s when I became concerned. I let urgent care know I’d started a new med and per cdc and red box warnings I was supposed to have liver enzymes testing, so not sure if it’s that or seasonal allergies causing the itching since that was a known side effect. She then recommended I not start that med until I follow up mouth my pcp. I sent my pcp a msg and the office called and said she’s out of office but Gadde can see you the following day. Perfect I thought. The MA is asking all the questions and I tell her I’m not sure if it’s new med or seasonal allergies. Dr Gadde comes in and we start talking and she says it just looks like bruising, I vent my frustration of being let down by my gyno, she asks who it is and then recommends someone else who I was also referred to. I said no thanks that person has been in trouble with medical board. She then says she doesn’t recommend starting the med I was prescribed cause I take so many others. 2 weeks later I have my usually scheduled appointment with my pulmonologist, only to find out I had bronchitis. It was the seasonal allergies giving me problems. And actually still is. Then I try and send my pcp a msg about getting a referral to a urologist since the one I just saw the entire dept was shut down. Only to find out someone had changed my appointment to some other Dr for my next follow up without my knowledge, without my consent. Doctors can refuse transfer of patients, to even take on a new patient and I’m fine with that. I’d rather have a doctor that truly has my back.. But to change my appointment to someone else, after I scheduled it to be with you is unacceptable. No phone call asking me if that provider was okay, nothing. But the practice called to give me the opportunity to choose a doctor within the practice when I found out Rodriguez was leaving. You could have done the same. Sorry I offended your friends but my health isn’t about your friendships…

Dr Gadde is outstanding doctor and highly recommended. On my last visit, I was one of her last patients of the day at 4pm on a Friday. When she came into the exam room, she had read my file and was up to speed on my case. She made a preliminary diagnosis and gave me a prescription. Hours later, I got a call on my cell phone. It was Dr. Gadde. She had been doing research and revised her diagnosis and prescription. That was around 8pm on a Friday night! Her diagnosis was spot on and confirmed by a specialist. Really appreciate her professionalism and care for her patients.

Siri Gadde is a doctor that actually listens to your concerns and questions and then takes steps to investigate as appropriate. I've had doctors that are clearly on a timetable, looking at their watch as they ask the obligatory things and then hustle out. Dr. Gadde comes in, sits down and we actually have a conversation. Just to start with, the front desk staff were fabulous. They have an in process and an out process, the in check wasn't there at the time and the out process actually helped to check in instead of waiting for the others to get back, normally you wait for some period of time. Secondly they were on time and the Nurse assistant called me back to prepare for the Dr. The nurse assistant was very kind and polite. She made the visit very pleasant. My Family was with me as well and that made me fell comfortable. The Dr. Gadde came in and saw that my whole family was there with me and was very accepting of that.
She spent quite some time with me and my family answering questions and having very informative conversations as to my health. I didn't feel rushed or unimportant. Her and the team set up my future appts. and other stuff which made things very easy for me. I left feeling good instead of unsure. Thank you Team

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of responsiveness from this provider. After my insurance required additional documentation for a medication I’ve been using safely and successfully, I reached out multiple times through calls, emails, and portal messages over several months. I received no reply from the doctor and only one call from her MA. As a result, my treatment was interrupted and my access to medically necessary care was put at risk.

I understand doctors are busy, but completely ignoring a patient who needs timely medical intervention—especially for a chronic condition—is unacceptable. This left me scrambling for alternatives and forced to delay proper, insured treatment that should have been straightforward.

If you need a doctor who follows through with prior authorizations, responds to messages, or manages ongoing treatment responsibly, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I hope the office improves communication and takes patient continuity of care more seriously.

Unfortunately, I must amend my review of this practice.
I do not know who is responsible in that office for communicating with the patient, insurance company, labs and the physician.
My insurance company has been trying to get this physician and office to release my medical records for payment. The insurance company has not received any of my medical records - that I have legally released.
Physician flat out ignored labs repeatedly, despite having had an ongoing infection. I am a retired RN and I definitely do not recommend this practice.

I've felt degraded and disrespected by Dr. Siri Gadde on multiple occasions. This included her sighing and rolling her eyes during a visit, telling me that I "don't really want help for some of my issues," and belittling me for my financial circumstances. Specifically, despite knowing that I'm experiencing financial hardship, she snapped "Well, can't you afford an Uber?" when I mentioned having transportation issues due to a disability.

This past Thursday, after I asked for lab work for ongoing symptoms I've been experiencing, she dropped me from care without notice, effective immediately, and while I've been experiencing acute medical issues. This is called patient abandonment.

Furthermore, I feels she's an incompetent physician, as her medical advice is inconsistent from one visit to the next. For instance, after diagnosing me with allergies on one visit, she glared at me at the next visit while asking why I'm taking Allegra if I don't have allergies. She then told me to discontinue the Allegra due to an abnormal EKG, but then stated in an email that it's okay for me to take Allegra despite my EKG.

Just avoid her; it may save your life.
