Love this place. I waited way too long to get my teeth done and I had to pay the price for it.

Except that where I work at Smith's, we have a really good insurance plan with this office. I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket and my insurance paid for everything.

I'm extremely grateful to Dr.Vu and all their staff for being so kind and welcoming.

They made me feel at home and the experience of getting a lot of work on my teeth done - be a lot more smooth and easy that I was afraid it would be.

I've had a lot of bad experiences in the past but I've never been to a better dentist than Dr.Vu.

She and all her staff are very caring and listen to what you have to say and get to know you as more than just another patient and treat you as a person. I really appreciated that.

I can tell how good a dentist is by how much less pain the experience is. When they inject the shot - she is very gentle and listens if its too much and made it painless and quick.

She was very gentle and knows exactly where to inject in the nerve to numb my mouth as painless as possible.

They also cared to listen to my needs of not being able to take lidocaine and made me feel reassured and safe.

Thank you so much Dr.Vu and all the staff. I will be returning again.

Dr. Vu is an excellent Dentist. I have been over 5 yrs. Patient and I didnot have any issues. The staffs are nice. Although the front desk staff is new , i am hoping they are treat their patient nicely just the way How i was treat nice too before. The patient feeling comfortable starts from front desk , i was treated nice so im hoping the same with others. Thats the reason or one of the reason i lasted with this clinic. Now i move out to other country I am still referring you.with others. Thanks Diana McInnis

I respect Dr. Vu. She is a doctor first in a world where some dentists are mainly businesspeople. She will take excellent care of you and refer you out when necessary. Her entire staff are polite and professional. As pleasant as a dental experience can be.

First visit I went for a routine cleaning left with gum trauma. Against my gut I went for fillings and left with nerve damage. It’s been a week and I can’t feel the right side of my tongue and I’m officially starting to feel tugging in my lip and inner ear headaches. I brought this attention to the office and told it wasn’t nerve damage and that Dr Vu made me aware to notify of shocking feelings BEFORE the local anesthesia LIES LIES LIES. Steer clear

This dentist office is AWESOME!! I had to have some work done on my teeth and the whole TEAM was GREAT!! The receptionist, Janeen, was more than a receptionist. She took the time to explain to me how my insurance worked concerning the procedures that, I was expected to have! She even called me later that day to make sure I wasn't in too much pain. The dentist was very gentle with me. Most people have a fear of the dentist office, but this crew knows how to put your mind at ease!! My hat's off to Smile Brite Dental!! Keep up the GREAT WORK!!🥰😍🥰😎

Office manager or Receptionist (Smile Brite Dental, 4975 S. Ft Apache, Las Vegas, NV 89148was very unprofessional when I called to make a appointment. I was referred there by my Medicare Plus group. The lady said my plan was not part of the accepting plans. I asked her can she call the group. She refused three times. I told her nicely I never had difficulty in making a appointment. She then told me “if you don’t like it, you can go elsewhere”. I did. Filed report with BBB.

Dr. Vu and her staff are awesome. They'll take time to answer your questions without rushing you. They're not judgmental or belittling like some Doctor/Dentist offices can be. I've been able to schedule all of my appointments without any problems. Janine (easily one of the best hygenists I've ever had scrape my teeth) takes the time at the end of every appointment to explain all of the insurance mumbo-jumbo and provide simple tips for how to improve brushing/flossing. I really can't say enough great things about this office.
