My wife and I recently moved from Southern California and I needed some emergency dental work done... I was referred to another dentist office by insurance (Medicare) who insisted that the work would be greater than $30,000 OUT OF POCKET and in order to begin the process I need to agree to that plan.

Needless to say I sought out other options and eventually spoke to my brother and sister-in-law who had been visiting smile Haven Family Dentistry for many years along with other family members. I was shocked how friendly and fair this dentist office is compared to the ones I had visited previously. Haven Family Dentistry does not take Medicare but were still tens of thousands of dollars less in the treatment plan for me to get started they handled my emergency situation with kindness, compassion and a genuine concern for my health.

I’m a patient of Dr Ku at Smile Haven for over 15 years. She is the best of the best as Dentist and also as a person. Always treats you with kindness, explains your treatment and next step. Her hand is secure and precise and at the same time fast. Very honest in business dealings for never try to sell you something you won’t need. I’ve been coming to Smile Haven for over 10 years.
Dr Hsieh helped me fix my tooth drama. The dentist I went to before him didn’t detect that I had a root infection. That dentist put a really bad crown on my bad tooth. That’s why I searched for a new dentist and found Smile Haven.
Dr Hsieh not only took over the horrible situation. He gave me a nice dental implant.
He’s fast, precise, and efficient. He keeps in mind that I don’t want to have all of my gum bleeding and sore when he’s done.
Last year, I had to go to a different dentist due to the F1 road construction. I regretted it. The simple cleaning left me sore and bleeding for a few days.
I couldn’t wait to get back to Smile Haven.
I recently just went back to Smile Haven and had THE BEST cleaning done.
Not only Dr Hsieh is good at what he does, he’s friendly and fun. It makes the whole experience even better.

I went through to Smile Haven because I was having a lot of pain in my wisdom tooth. I went in and they examined me and said they could take it out that day. The procedure went smoothly and they are very reasonably priced which was something I was worried about since I do not have dental insurance! I saw Dr. Hseih and was amazing! He talked me through the procedure and answered any questions I had. I will be recommending this place to my friends and family!

I went for a deep cleaning and Erika did my cleaning. She is a great and very professional and helped keep me calm because I was scary to feel any pain. She is a very strong and professional women. She behaved very professional after receiving ver bad news in the middle of my cleaned yet she continued.

Hands Down the best dentist in Las Vegas and the whole world in my opinion. He makes the process easy and has you laughing in the chair. I have had multiple teeth pulled im in the process of upper dentures...its not been too painful either and he takes care of my whole family. To be fair I hated the dentist and im 44 I will never miss his appointment and his office staff is alwaya so helpful and nice even when things get nuts like insurance changing they do what they can to make you ok and i appreciate them . I was very nervous and scared to get my tooth pulled. My husband recommended Dr. Jason, to me because of the other dentist office's i have visited were plain scary. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Jason and the nurse were good a keeping me calm while he numb my mouth and extract the tooth. I didn't eat prior to surgery so, the doctor informed me to go eat and I can still come straight to the back, I was shocked because normally the doctor's will see another patient. I loved my experience and I will be joining the rest of my family in having Dr. Jason as my dentist.

Dr. Hsieh is a real character... he is funny and makes you feel very comfortable, but more importantly he does a great job. He did an emergency root canal for me the very first time I was there and also replaced a couple of old fillings a year later. He also did the best, most thorough cleaning, I've ever had. His wife, Dr. Ku, seemed nice, but I haven't had her do any work. All the dental hygienists are great too. I get the impression that they serve a very varied clientele - from those with insurance to those without who are on a tight budget. My dad and his girlfriend go there and they too are very happy with Dr. Hsieh. I've been to quite a few dentists over the years and he is either the best or really close to it. I highly recommend going there.
