I have only great things to say about Dr. Charlene and Dr. Justin. First, the dental office is beautiful and it provided a bright, calming environment for my kids. My son was complaining of tooth pain and luckily I found Smile Sprouts! I was able to make a fast appointment and Dr Charlene and Dr Justin were so patient and kind. They explained everything well and helped my kid feel at ease (which is no easy feat!). As an owner of a private practice dental office myself, choosing a pediatric dentist for my son’s first dental visit and cleaning is a decision I don’t take lightly. I don’t regularly treat kids in my practice either so a lot of research was done beforehand.

I wanted to make sure my son was seen by a private practice, specifically where the focus is on quality > quantity. The kind of office where they take more time to make sure both the parent and children are comfortable, not a drill and fill high volume office where each doctor has 10 rooms going at a time.

And that’s why I’m so glad to have found. Dr. Justin and Dr. Charlene. Even though they live well across town, they made the visit so comfortable for the whole family. Made excellent recommendations, showed us a gentle way to give him better teeth brushing at home and better habits.

I know it’s scary taking your little ones to the dentist because you don’t want them to get traumatized, but I don’t think this visit could have gone smoother.

Bonus points for the beautiful sprout we got to take home as one of their first patients in their beautiful new spot! See you guys in 6 months!

I took my niece here a few days ago. She was having a particularly bad day and unfortunately was letting it out in the lobby. I apologize to the staff in front on her behalf - I know she doesn't mean to. Special thanks to doc Justin for soothing her after the tantrum. He even got on his knees to comfort her and make her feel better. She was all smiles after...I couldn't believe it either.

The doctor was amazing. She was super kind, gentle, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring, which was so important to us for our daughter's first dental visit (wanted to make sure she had a good first experience). And bonus, she speaks Korean, which is really cool.

Dr. Justin and Dr. Charlene at smile sprouts are as good as it gets. My little one is usually terrified of the dentist (don’t blame them!) - but these guys know how to make them feel comfortable and calm. Never had a smoother experience than with smile sprouts!
