The staff is very professional and efficient. I was not impressed with the Dr. Garner.
She is a children's dentist. I had my two front teeth crowned. I am not happy with the result, I went back 3 times, she kept putting temporaries on. It was such a process, the third time I was so tired of being drilled, and removed and try again. I just settled for an outcome I am not happy with. The color is all wrong, too yellow.

Dr. Garner is the only dentist I trust. I've had terrible experiences with other dentists in the past-- one accidentally severed my lingual nerve and left me with permanent severe nerve damage. Dr. Garner is always very understanding and puts me at ease. She's been willing go about things differently for me since I can't handle numbing shots near the area of my nerve injury. No other dentist has understood the severity of my injury or taken it seriously. Dr. Garner always remembers me even if I haven't seen her in over a year. I will only ever go to Dr. Garner from now on. I feel very lucky to have found her!

Dr. Staci and hygienist staff are so friendly and great, I have nothing terrible to say about them and their services. The reason I won't return has to do with needing OB/GYN clearance for a routine dental cleaning. Had I known when I made the appointment 6 months ago (while I was pregnant and not needing clearance at that time) it wouldn't have been an issue, but at no point was it mentioned. To be told during the confirmation call the day prior that it's now required is unbelievable. I've also had issues at the front with appointments. This is just the nail in it for me. Wish the doc had a better front office system/staff.

Edit 5 months later: Dr. Staci contacted me after this review and was very apologetic. She understood if I chose not to continue seeing her, and informed me it is difficult to know what goes on at the desk as it does not always come to her attention. I've since been back for my cleaning and will continue to see her. I suggest speaking to Dr. Staci if you have issues before CX an appointment, just in case. Leaving my original review for transparency, increasing stars from 2 to 4.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and have had an excellent experience every time. The pleasantness starts from walking in the door and being greeted by Meeranda. Dr Garner is also extremely kind and professional and makes you feel at ease in the chair as she gets down to business. The rest of her staff (Joana, Brandi & Noemi) have all been fantastic on every visit. I’m looking forward to the next time I need my teeth cleaned. Oh and the office is always fun to walk into during the different seasons with all the decorations, especially Halloween. It’s a very fun place to visit.

Dr. Staci is a wonderful dentist. I've been coming here since 2021. She's a great professional, and I've always been grateful to have her as my dentist. Unfortunately, I've been having such bad experiences with Miranda at the front desk that I've decided to find another place.

I called and left a voicemail on the office phone sometime in early June (2024) regarding a new cell phone number, and I was not given a call back to confirm the update. I had been recently CANCELED ON by this place because the office was having a "maintenance/cleaning day" (according to Miranda, who was in the office that day), so I wanted to make sure the office had the correct number on file so that I can avoid repeating the humiliating experience where I show up for an appointment when it's closed.

There was no reply to my voicemail, so I had to call the office AGAIN a few days later, where I spoke to and confirmed with the same ol' Miranda. ("Yes, we received your voicemail." Okay, then why not call back to confirm? Isn't responding to voicemail basic front desk protocol?)

Later that same month in June, I made an appointment in person with Miranda for a cleaning in December. She said that Dr. Staci would not be available during the later-half of December, so we chose an early December date for my next cleaning.

When I arrived today for my appointment, I was greeted by Mr. Garner. Miranda, on the other hand, did not greet me and asked what my name was in a rather discourteous, curt tone. Swiftly returned the tone back, because what was with the attitude? She then proceeded to tell me that there was no record of an appointment for me today. (??!?!?)

She then goes on to state (absurdly) that my number was called to confirm my appointment but it had went directly to voicemail. I never received any calls from the office, and if, indeed, it went straight to voicemail, why didn't Miranda leave a message? Oh, most importantly: Why would Miranda call my number to confirm my appointment when she stated that there was NO RECORD of an appointment for me in the first place? (Girl is just all around incompetent, even at lying.)

Stood around for a few minutes waiting for some form of apology while she was busy "investigating" what "happened," but all I received was a dry, smug face and a "you can wait 15 minutes for our next opening."

I send all my love and respect to Dr. Staci, but the service at the front desk is just not it.

Dr. Gardner and her staff are the absolute best. I recommend everyone here. I’ve never once felt uncomfortable or slighted like other dentists may make people feel. For the last few years my whole family started coming here, and now even my toddlers don’t want to leave here during their check ups! I cannot imagine a better dentist office from the staff to operations. Great job SmileOn team!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. My cleaning was rushed and only lasted about 15 minutes, which is far shorter than a proper cleaning should take. It felt like the hygienist didn’t take the time to do a thorough job. I expect better care and attention to detail when it comes to my dental health. I won’t be returning.

I went in for a broken tooth, and the staff was so nice to me and helped me, I had to get a root canal done and the Dr referred me to Endodontist she trusts and the Dr that did my root canal was very nice and made sure I was numb all the way through, and when I came back to Dr.garner she helped me with my crown and made sure I was completely out of pain and comfortable. She also checked up on me a week later to make sure I wasn’t having any pain issues.

Due to unfortunate circumstances I needed to find a new dentist. Living in the area I saw SmileOn Dentistry on Sunset and figured I would stop in. Within the following week I was set up for an appointment promptly.

I just left my appointment now, and I will attest to everyone else's reviews on Google with how much they enjoyed SmileOn Dentistry! Everybody was super friendly and attentive along with having a very clean and thorough cleaning without breaking the bank!

I had some horrific experiences with some dentist here who were not concerned this is a 2023 update for SmileOn Dentistry. I was greeted by Meeranda front desk was gracious and helpful and not a lone waiting period either. Then Chris assisted me making sure I was okay and offering something to drink while I waited on Dr Staci Garner
Chris also took time to explain my prescription s and what to expect
As always Dr Staci Garner explained my options regarding my choices which in detail gave me options and what to expect from each one I didn’t feel pressured making a choice for my treatment

I just relocated to Vegas and was looking for a great professional General Dentist who would do everything from cleaning to crowns, and most importantly provide advice. I'm pleasantly grateful for the work they provided to clean, fill in a cavity and install a crown, all within my insurance limits. I was also a bit behind time as the pandemic hit, so all got delayed, but I had to finish the few things before the pandemic. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the entire office. Love love love this dentist place. Everyone was super friendly and the overall vibe was amazing, even the front desk. I had a couple cavities that Dr. Garner filled and I was so surprised. It did not hurt one bit & she was gentle and gave off such a comforting vibe.
They were all professional & made easy conversation. A bonus is having a nice flat screen in front of me!

This dental office is outstanding! From the moment you walk in to the time you walk out - it's pure pleasure! Office staff is nice and welcoming, the place is clean and tastefully decorated. Appointments are easy to schedule, variety of options are given and they work with your time and availability. The wait to be seen is minimal, usually within few minutes of arrival. All this is topped off by the amazing Dr. Garner and her dental assistants. Courteous, professional and knowledgeable, she quickly knows what needs to be done.
