I usually don’t right reviews, but I figured it was about time I did. Dr. Goh and his staff are amazing. I’ve been seeing Dr. Goh now for more than 10 years at least, and the experiences is always fantastic. I’ve seen many dentists in my time, but Smiles by Goh is by far the most experienced and the friendliest place I’ve ever been. You do not have to be nervous going to see Dr Goh. He will make you feel very comfortable and so does his staff. Ashleigh, his assistant is very sweet and so amazingly knowledgeable at what she does, always friendly and explains every step she does. Even though it’s been at least a year and a half since I saw him last due to moving and my teeth were in really bad shape, Athena, who is the dental hygienist is amazing, and really saved me from major issues with my teeth . I apologize for this review for being so long, but I could literally keep going and just telling everyone how amazing this place is. If you’re looking for the last Dentist you’ll ever need and the best, go to Smiles by Goh, You will not be disappointed.

I went to him for a second opinion on quoted dental work and walked out of the office happy and smiling because he didnt find much of the previous quotes needed and did the absolute best consultation and exam I have ever had with a dentist.

I‘m not from here so I dont have much to compare but the practice is beautiful, welcoming, clean and very professional.
A lot like what I‘m used to from overseas.

Anyone who I have spoken with was very friendly, accomodating and took great care of my dental fears 😅

I dont like going to the dentist. In fact I‘d prefer childbirth over it 😂 thats how big my fear is !

I also want to give a special shout-out to Amber, who helped during my visit. She took the 3D imaging of my teeth and did such an amazing job explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. She walked me through topics like sleep apnea, teeth grinding, whitening, and other dental concerns so I could better understand both my current dental health and things to be mindful of in the future.

What really stood out to me was how kind and thoughtful she was beyond just the dental care. She even took the time to step into the lobby and show attention to my kids while they were waiting for me, which meant a lot as a parent.

His front desk lady April is extremely rude and tried to cheat me out of money. April is highly disrespectful, manipulative and a liar. I have never been treated so poorly at a dentist office. Dr. Goh is skilled but very condescending.

April tried to over charge me for services and yelled at me when I corrected about the charges not being correct. Tried to charge my card for the yearly amount for the VIP package withou my consent and didn't ask me if I wanted to pay monthly.

April lied to Dr. Goh and the dental hygenist about the services I needed. The Dr. Goh was acting rude to me because of lies April told him.

I was so scared to go to the dentist because I have super bad dental anxiety, but when I called, Bella made me feel way less anxious even just over the phone she was SO sweet and reassuring. Everything about this place down to even how they decorate their office is very much patient-minded especially for the ones who are scared like me haha. April was super nice too at the front desk and Athena my dental hygienist was A++ she made me feel so comfortable despite how anxious I was. And then Shay (the dental assistant) was an absolute doll and Dr Goh was great too! He was super attentive and took his time answering all my questions and explaining everything to me. It seems like a regular occurrence in healthcare where there’s always at least one person on the team that has a bad attitude towards patients or is just so worn down from being in the field so long that they become grumpy towards people, but here? This place is for me!!! I despise going to the dentist... someone poking around in my mouth ranks right up there with having a catheter inserted in a field hospital or enduring a prostate exam by a chupacabra. When I go to the dentist I need gas, music, and a gentle touch or otherwise I'm the hittin' the door like Daffy Duck sittin' on a tack. I research dentists like I'm translating the missing pieces of the Rosetta stone and I thankfully found Smiles by Goh.
The office is clean, modern and very pleasant. My gas mask was fitted perfectly, my headphones were large and comfy and I was able to listen to super sounds of the seventies! But most importantly, my hygienist (Athena) had the hands of an angel and I felt NO PAIN. Dr. Goh was not rushed and took his time with me. After vaping for years, I'm highly concerned about oral cancer and he examined me with patience and diligence. He also had this fancy machine that mapped my mouth for a guard and I didn't have to gag on mystery goo like back in the day. Yeah, I love Smiles by Goh and I'm sure this will be my dentist for many years to come!

I had a dental visit to this office for a cleaning in February 2023. I was a bit surprised by all of the services mentioned when filling out the paperwork because it seemed like a spa more than a dental office. That's not necessarily a bad thing though and might be considered a plus by some patients. I didn't see Dr. Goh during the visit, but that was made clear to me prior to the visit because of the type of appointment I had. The receptionist and hygienist were very nice at the time of the visit, and I was actually impressed with both. There was some upselling but nothing out of the ordinary from what I've seen at other dental offices.

However, when I told my wife I had been charged for the cleaning, she was surprised because cleanings were supposed to be fully covered by our insurance (except for the fluoride treatment). After calling our insurance company, it turns out that my visit was coded as an extensive cleaning that was not fully covered. The receptionist later told us that this was shown to me on the estimate, but this was certainly not explained as such. At the time I wasn't aware that our insurance was supposed to cover visits completely so I didn't think anything of it. The receptionist said that it was coded that way because I needed extensive work, but at the time of the estimate, there was no way for them to know that. So they just made that assumption and didn't fully explain why or the implications in terms of cost. There was nothing out of the ordinary during the cleaning to indicate that it was extensive so it certainly seems like more of a money grab than anything.

In short, the office itself is very nice, but the communication leaves a lot to be desired based on this one experience. It's a shame because I came home with a positive outlook until finding out that they were dishonest about how they charge and communicate with their patients. The situation could have been handled much better in my opinion.

Everyone here, from the front desk staff, the hygienists, to Dr. Goh is a pleasure to work with. I’ve been going to Dr. Goh now for couple of years, and I couldn’t be happier with how I’m treated every time I visit. I am a new patient of Dr. Goh and Im giving them 5 stars for receiving such a great care which I have not had in along time with dental care. My first encounter was with Jessica front desk personnel , she was so pleasant and friendly she gave me the time and patience when making appointment because I did not have my insurance info ready when I called ☺️ … and then I met Hugo who is awesome with great customer service skills , very helpful . Then finally met the back personnel , especial mention to Michelle and Dr. Goh everybody is with excellent chair side manner , made me feel comfortable , I was well taken care of… Dr. Goh explained everything to my satisfaction , I never felt not once that they are rushing out from my room ☺️ .. The worst experience I’m stuck with this guy bc of warranty work but worst staff, it’s never the same dental hygienist, be aware of charges with this office and get everything in writing before, very shady dentist, he acts nice but very shady with practice and when he asks warranty questions, they’re intended to trick you. I just had a regular dental cleaning and they charged me for periodontal cleaning but the hygienist did not do that. It shows the kind of practice he runs as every time I go there it’s new people…

Fantastic Staff. Clean office. Very well organized. Michelle the hygenist may be the best I've ever encountered. Dr. Goh is not only extremely well versed in medicine, his bed-side manner and ability to communicate with the patient is exceptional. Highly recommend.

I hate going to the dentist. Due to certain circumstances it was necessary for me to seek one out. I am glad I chose Smiles by Goh. Although, they just did an exam, and some xrays, they had to refer me out to an oral surgeon, I was made very comfortable and treated very well. I will definitely be doing my followup care & preventative treatments with them. They definitely impressed me.

From the moment I walked in, the only word that can explain my experience is amazing! The office itself is beautifully decorated, classy and inviting. The staff is wonderful, very informative and kind and Dr. Goh couldn't have been any nicer or knowledgeable. He asked what I'm seeking in my dental goals and what I'd like to fix, as opposed to pointing things out and saying "you need to fix this". First visit here and so far I like it! It’s a nicely decorated office with updated technology for your dental needs. Very nice! We’ll see how much it will costs me lol.
Everyone here is very friendly and makes you feel at home so to speak. I’m glad I came and can’t wait to get my dental work done here. 😍

After several appointments I’m starting to think this place is a little too expensive for the average persons income. It appears that if there’s a procedure that needs to be done Dr. Goh will take the more expensive route. I also priced Invisalign from here as well as another Dentist and this place is $300 more. So, know your options and prices before you make any decisions for dental work here.

This is a very nice office that puts my old dentist to shame. It's a really professional staff, modern office with nice décor, and you're treated royally. Dr Goh is very cool and easy to talk to about any dental issues you may be facing. He clearly knows his stuff but explains it to a layperson like myself really well. I couldn't see myself going anywhere else at this point.

Clean, modern, and very professional and knowledgeable. They are very up to date with their technology at this office. I need quite a bite of work done on a section of teeth, and Dr. Goh and the hygienist did a fantastic job of thoroughly explaining their plan of action to improve my dental health. My hygienist was extremely pleasant and fun to talk to during my last cleaning appointment. The back-end team is very good but the front office staff are not. Turnover, poor communications, inability to access dental insurance correctly, and general ineptness with the technology they try to employ are all continuing issues over the past 2 years we have been patients. It may be time to find another dentist office to seek treatment from.

I LOVE coming here! Dr. Goh and his staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and give you the best service. This review is way overdue. I've been coming to Dr. Goh for the past year. During the first visit they walked me around showing me the facility and even gave me a small gift. They always explain everything that they do and are very transparent. They truly care about their customers and not just making money off of you. In addition the office manager, I believe her name is Maggie is AMAZING! One of the best energies I've been around. In my last visit she was extremely helpful and broke down pricing for all of my options.

Never in my life did i think i would write a review for a dental office.
A bit embarrassing to reveal that it has been awhile since i have visited the dentist.
My main reason for this visit, was i had recently broke a tooth, and Dr.Goh and staff were able to take care of me quick on my visit.

Today was my introductory meeting with Dr. Goh & his jolly friendly staff, indeed they all were first class!
After the customary paperwork, I was given a tour of their quite lovely facility, it was comforting since I am a Dental Anxiety character.
The comprehensive complete mouth survey, was analytical and exacting technically as well as visual.
This was followed by Dr Goh presenting his findings/diagnosis of the nature of my teeth. He followed this by making suggestions of therapy and what dental decisions I need to make.
This first consultation I rate as 'First Class'!

Great Dentist office! First impression when you walk in is the friendly staff. My consultation and exam with Dr. Irwan Goh was AWESOME. Just move to the area and wanted to find a new dentist close by. My husband and I both go to the dentist routinely and were excited to get back into it since 2020 was a crazy year. I called maybe late Jan. to schedule our appointments and was a little disappointed that we had to wait till April and May for availability on their early day (Thursdays). My husband was contacted to reschedule his appointment and was offered the next available Thursday early morning in June or July. Pretty ridiculous that they only have one early day when you can see that so many people request it. We will not be rescheduling his and I will be cancelling mine.
