The staff is great but their automated phone system is HORRIBLE. Just to schedule an appointment, you have to press so many buttons just to be re-routed elsewhere. I literally had to drive to the Craig location just to schedule an appointment. Time-consuming and RIDICULOUS. Why can’t they just give us the number to our assigned location & we schedule with them?? So AGGRAVATING.

Smith Therapy Partners is the best place to go no matter what injury you have they are here to fix that problem and I’ve been coming since I first started and it’s been helping my left leg untying the strings and going to Physical Therapy on the days I have appointments and they will also tell you to do stuff like you did at that place at home kinda like a homework assignment but these guys are the best and I hope people sign up with them I give them a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and I hope when the time comes I would love to come back to do sports and be smarter for now I rather come back stronger than come back with the same injury and end up in PT again.

Quick check in process. Ample parking including Handicap spaces. Facility is very clean. Staff are amazing. They encourage and show patience. They are well informed and extremely polite. Atmosphere was fine, therapists at my daily appointments were helpful, however I was somewhat shocked that the doctor checked in at the beginning, but never again, and then claimed I'd reported improvement when I reported little to none.

Zero mention that I'd reported my sciatic nerve slipping multiple times during treatment, when I hadn't previously had issues with that.

Accuracy in records is imperative to people getting care. Was going to go back for follow-up but changed my mind after realizing what was documented was different than what I had actually reported.

This place and these people are awesome. (I got to North Craig location) And I’ve been going to physical therapy for YEARS. I was nervous for a new place at first based on the fact we’re kinda just a number there. Like clocking in and out lol. But this establishment really focuses on the patient and watches everyone exclusively to see if there’s any wincing, or wrong forms, and if something is too much. My absolute favorite is Courtney, he like runs the thoughts of another persons body and pain like good doctor and adjusts your movements based on you personally. And if needed or necessary they stretch your injured area or gua sha? some. All the staff is super sweet & funny I just suck at names. Most seem bilingual as well. This is long just wanted to express how amazing these people are!
