Everyone there are very professional and give 5 star service. Jonathan is very knowledgeable and will explain to you what exercises he wants us to do and always ask if we have any other questions or concerns for him.
The staff work together very well, the facility is very clean and I see the staff constantly sterilize all the therapy beds after every use. But I do suggest they should also sterilize the equipment machines and exercise devices too after every clients use of it.

I’m new to STP & found Jonathan my PT to be knowledgeable, professional, and with great bedside manner. Jonathan keeps an eye on all of his patients to make sure all of us keep going. Unlike some other PT places where they only care about charging their hours and prolonging our visits. STP is a breath of fresh air in PT and with Jonathan’s care, I have the tools to help my post surgery recovery much faster.

I have to say that Smith Physically Therapy was exceptional. I was really feeling down and suffering with my pain and they worked with me. They asked how I was doing and tried/trying different exercises to try and alleviate some of my pain. I do have to say that a lot of what they are doing is helping. I had frozen shoulder and my left shoulder started to hurt, and after three months it became stiff. Jonathan listened carefully to my symptoms and created appropriate exercises and videos for me to do at home. At first, I still had pain, but gradually the range of movement in my left arm improved. I had my first visit with Mike Sideco PT and I was so impressed with the depth of knowledge he had about my condition. He listened to my concerns and explained why I was having pain in certain areas.

I am currently going to the S. Rainbow location even though i live closest to the Henderson location. Doug as my PT and Southerland as the main assistant that works with me. Miss Grace is at the front desk with a sweet smile and friendly greeting every time and sends to know every single person that walks through the door. I love the team that works with me, they're thorough, friendly, caring, and kind. Doug works with me every session, checking in and keeping track of my progress. ALL of the staff check in with each other and help each other out, interact with all of the patients, and keep the atmosphere upbeat.
I have previously gone to the Henderson location (a few years ago, things may have changed) and the overall "vibe" between the two is totally different. I am far more comfortable at the rainbow office. I'm truly thankful that I had to go to the rainbow location for scheduling reasons, it's truly been a God sent gift.

Let's face it, having to go to physical therapy (PT) is never fun. There's the whole thought process of 'do I need this?' Well, yes, I think you do if you want to get better.

I have been in the facility for a couple of different things and clearly see these guys a lot. A few times a week in some cases.

PT does work. I watch these guys with new patients and I remember the time when I first went in and listened to 'my evaluation' and the road to recovery. Mike was very friendly and informative. He explained the process step by step and answered all my questions with great information. Mike’s knowledge was awesome and gave me new insight on how my body worked and how to improve it, instead of just accepting it.

You have to do the work, plain and simple. These people will guide you through the process and manage your goals with you.

PT is not magic, it's work, I highly recommend this group to get you where you want and need to be at.

I worked with Doug from 2020-2022 on my cervical then I had a bad fall which required lumbar surgery, I was out recovering for a year, Just released to start back with P/T March 2024, I now have the pleasure of working with Michael, I’m a work in progress, but Michael is very patient and knowledgeable so we’re taking 1 step and 1 day at a time. The new skill set that He has brought to the clinic, for me at least, has been nothing short of a miracle. I’ve had a lot of physical therapy since the cervical fusion I endured in 2017 and I’ve had very good therapist but Michael has introduced me to new therapies and have touched muscle groups and relieved knots I’ve never known about or knew that I had. I am writing to formally express my profound dissatisfaction with the recent office review and subsequent treatment I received. Over the past two weeks, I have consulted with two different therapists regarding a significant issue with my facial (Bell's Palsy). Unfortunately, the treatment I received today, which involved the application of electrical nerve stimulation directly to my eye, resulted in a severe and distressing experience. The intensity of the shock was so significant that I am deeply concerned about the potential for long-term effects and am apprehensive about pursuing further treatment of this nature.

My mother had been suffering of a pain in her left leg for years, she was only prescribed pain medication to fix the issue, but she went to this facility and on the first visit her doctor noticed there was an issue and had to do a physical treatment I never heard before, fix her tailbone to be realign. She had a significant improvement and has been able to do a little more to other activities she never did before and they are training her to stretch. Highly recommended!!

For me, or anyone else who may need rehabilitation services after surgery or an accident, I can truthfully say that working with the well trained staff of physical therapists at STP will restore functionality to about any part of your body. I was told that The nearest location that could treat my vertigo was on the north side of town and well I live on the farthest southwest and that I had to think if I wanted to make that very long drive. So what do you do?You send my doctor a notice that I am not responding to correspondence or complying?

Ask for Karoline - Physical Therapist. She's getting ready to transfer to the Alta office in Summerlin. Mon the 7th of Aug. Smith Physical Partners is the #1 Best in Las Vegas. I have been to several different physical therapist companies, and I'm sorry to say the others & forgive 🙏 me. I will not go back. Bad experiences. I came here with a torn tendon and hopeless that it would ever heal or repair. I went by myself and
Submitted two referrals to the place at 10040 Alta last Friday the receptionist said she will call. I did call three times & left voice message but nobody bother to get back to me so it just seems that they have very high standards of customer service and they never care to call back because they have enough patience so that’s why I ignore it and I went to another reliable physiotherapy.

Not impressed with the professionalism or politeness of the staff here. Per CDC as well as our governor if we are fully vaccinated for Covid we no longer have to wear masks indoors or anywhere. Went to an appointment I had and was escorted OUT because I had no mask even though two agencies....one federal and one state....say I no longer am required. NOT impressed...rude, impolite and very very very inconsiderate. Won’t go back.
