If your looking for a great PCP office. SOLUNA MEDICAL is awesome and they are now in a brand new location. The staff is wonderful, Dr and Nurse Practitioners alike. I have been going to soluna family medicine for 8 years. I go every month. The staff is the most wonderful of people. Michelle handling all the phones and Roxanne dealing with all of the insurance and clients. When I go in I feel like I'm family. The most wonderful doctor's office ever. My husband and I have been going to this Drs office for 5 yrs and I promise every visit with the Dr gets better and better. A Dr that sits down listen and also explains never never makes you feel rushed. He also reminds you on yearly check ups instead of us asking. I am a patient at Soluna and have been for many years because they have the best doctors and staff and at 85 years of age I have gone through quite a few. Everyone here is patient and caring and they go out of their way to help when you need something. And I can’t say enough about Dr Victoria. I recently called the office to inquire about whether a specific vaccine is offered by the provider. Unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist was very disappointing. She was unfriendly, lazy to get the proper information and unable to clearly answer whether the vaccine was available through the office. The receptionist said well I can book you an appointment and you can ask the doctor yourself 🤯.. Yeah, cause I really wanna waste my gas and my time Just to be told they don’t have the vaccine I need.

As patients, we call seeking guidance and support regarding our health, so being met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude was discouraging. Because of this interaction, I have decided to change my primary care provider. It’s unfortunate, as a welcoming and knowledgeable front office staff makes a significant difference in a patient’s overall experience.

Trust me avoid this place. This doctor office, it's a joke The staff is incompetent. They do not fill your prescription. They lose paperwork, they lie.
About sending in your medication in.
Check the ratings. Do not believe the beginning ratings, that's probably what they wrote. But you're going to find a lot of one star and a lot of it has to do with the staff, they are absolutely the worst. Healthcare providers i wouldn't even recommend my hamster to them.

I have always received a callback within 24 hours or on the weekend the next business day. Everyone knows if your provider office is closed over the weekend. Was seen by the nurse practitioner there and he was able to put in referrals to specialists and imaging orders that I’ve been wanting for underlying conditions for a long time. My old doctors were in a very lush office but just wanted to throw meds at me instead of getting to the root of the problem. The care seems great, I’m feeling hopeful. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Edward Victoria’s for years now. One thing that I can say is that he and his staff will help you, and I mean, scheduling you in for an appointment(even emergency if they can), seeing you, giving you the referrals that you need to see other specialists, sending over prescriptions to the pharmacist, and even giving you doctors notes or getting those disability/FMLA paperwork done( there is a fee for this service so be prepared for that ) for you. I’ve also seen NP Rommell who is very thorough and will help you come up with a plan to get you feeling better. Both of their bed side manner is great, they take the time to actually listen to you and respect how you want your treatment to be. Michelle and Roxanne are very knowledgeable and will do what they can to assist you. As a patient who has a chronic health condition I can truly say they deserve 5 stars. Keep up the good work everyone, we will always need good quality healthcare in Vegas!

I normally don’t give companies reviews but Jay the guy with long hair who took my Vitals I think he’s a Medical Assistant or a student he says he’s in school for RN. But he is really good at the job he does, he really needs a promotion I haven’t been cared for and felt like one has cared for my problems in years other than Dr Victoria. Roxanne is rude, impatient & doesn't need to work the front office or take calls. I doubt anyone working the front has had any customer service training. 1 person doesn't know what the other is doing. They either don't call you back or when they do they are confused as to why you called despite you leaving a detailed message.

This place is a third world operation. The front desk staff is ignorant and clueless. I had a breast biopsy ordered by one of their doctors. The front desk staff had me wait 3 full weeks for results when the results were in in 2 days. When it's a cancer scare you need to know. Dr Victoria prescribed Almodipine in April 2022, by May I started getting edema in my feet and lower legs. I was in excruciating pain. My feet were so painful it was hard to walk. I started sitting with my feet up most of every day. I spent 4 months in constant burning pain avoiding walking, wearing sox.

I went to Dr Victoria 5 times for help- I got water pills.

A friend alerted me to the edema side effect, I stopped taking it immediately. The edema is going down slowly but two weeks later still very painful..

I wrote him a letter documenting everything with dates- no response.

Now when I call I have to listen some strange commercial before being connected. But I won’t be back to Dr Victoria.

I’ve spent the entire morning looking for a dr office that not only took my medical but had availability. First call and the receptionist Roxanne was more than pleasant to the point where I stopped to just thank her for her kindness. Like any establishment they treat you right just as long as you don't say anything. God forbid, you catch a mistake or discrepancy on their part. If one staff member can't answer the answer is, sorry you just have to figure it out. It's absolutely so disappointing how disrespectful people can be, when you bring something to their attention, the way they act under those circumstances that they want to act high and mighty. The thrill over the phone of "o well, we did our job", the cut off of a patient who is in distress of finding out that the prescription they've been getting has been cut 50%, with no discussion of it and having to call month after month to ask about the same thing, It's called NEGLIGENCE and DISRESPECTFUL. Being cut off at every moment for the sake of an ego over the phone and behind the desk, their is a way to speak to people. To sit there be on the phone with a patient who is rightfully trying to get answers and when the answers are you figure it and not acknowledging the distress over the phone is real, is disrespectful. I shared that the situation at hand was giving me really bad anxiety, as a nurse I thought was to show skill and concern (and I understand if I wasn't being disrespectful, but I was standing up for myself while month after month they put me off with just ask the Dr) I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN, I am sure it doesn't matter to them they have plenty of patients probably better for them, I am a professional and I would never cut off my clients or provoke them by not listening to them and sending them off to figure it out on my offices mistake and even it was their fault I wouldn't speak to a client the way I was treated to today, what a SHAME

Does anyone know why their office has been closed since Monday? I was just seen as a new patient on Friday and loved it there. The receptionist Roxanne made me feel welcomed. My wait time wasn’t long before being seen by nurse practitioner Milda. Everyone was so warm and welcoming.
I went back to their office because I forgot my doctors note and had to update my information but the office has been closed Since Monday. There isn’t a note on the door stating why they’re closed. While waiting for the doors to open at 9am on Monday, other people started showing up asking if I knew why they’re closed and started venting to me about their scheduled appointments lol so If anyone can give us any information as to why they are closed, I would truly appreciate it.

I've been back to see him multiple times and the service is same great service that I have gotten right from the start!

I have had numerous experiences with a variety of practitioners some good and others terrible. With Edward Victoria I have found the last primary care doctor I will ever need again. He is attentive, compassionate, and always makes himself or his team available with my urgent issues. I found his office staff to be very friendly and spent extra time enjoying chatting with them.

Well I came from Illinois and have a problem trusting anyone new especially doctors, so after being here 2 years without medical treatment I decided to give this Doctors Office a try. The girls at the front desk were so helpful and made me feel so comfortable so I decided to bring my son and daughter to them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I was assaulted by a staff person, literally had to call the police and file a report! They were unprofessional from the beginning. Cursing, playing loud music in the office, and not paying attention to the drs orders. When confronted about mistakes they get hostile, loud. And even more ghetto. I’m not sure about the Dr. but his staff are horrible unprofessional that will eventually run his patients away

This the most unprofessional doctors office I have ever been to in my life. I had an appt today and when I came into the office there was no receptionist at the front, The sign in board didn't even have a pen for me to sign in, thank God I brought my own. Then some nurse walks in singing doesn't even look at the clipboard or acknowledges me. I had to go back up to the desk and let her know I had signed in. My appt was at 9:15a several people came in after me and were called back before me. I then had to go back up to the desk to ask what was taking so long and was told they were waiting on my insurance to answer the phone. I had no idea what that meant. The only reason why I am here today is because I had bloodwirk ordered and was never called about the results. Literally a month had passed and then I had to call them to ask why I wasn't called. All I was given was a sorry and the crazy thing is they needed me to come in because the doctor had concerns about the results. So when was I going to be informed? The staff are very impersonal, you can tell that this is just a job for them and the man that took my vitals wasn't even in uniform, he was wearing streets clothes, pants and a hoodie. I will never come here again for anything. I do not recommended this place if you have higher standards in your health care.

I went to Dr. Victoria’s office yesterday for a physical exam. I had schedule it as a physical. I was asked several times what brought me in. Very impersonal.

I was placed on an exam room where a woman in a clinical jacket came in and started asking me questions. I asked her if she wouldn’t mind introducing herself before we got started.

She was nice and did so. She is a PA, which is fine. My main frustration is that I came in for a physical to do cancer screenings etc. the physical took five minutes and I wasn’t offered any screenings.

I asked where Dr. Victoria was. I was told that his is an administrator and doesn’t actually come to the office. This was frustrating because most cancer and other disease can be treated with preventive medicine and screening. None was offered. Additionally, they only accept cash. This is highly irregular.

I looked up Dr. Victoria on healthgrades and Yelp. The issue is that you aren’t getting Dr. Victoria, and you are not going to get a proper exam either.

It was a waste of time. Maybe it would be worth while if you wanted “cool sculpting” and other esthetic treatments as these advertisements took up most of the waiting room. Also highly irregular.

Very dissatisfied, this office should have the RN name since is the only one seeing patient's, she doesn't explain anything just prescribed medications or therapy . She doesn't take the time to listen to any questions or concerns you may have. Overall feels like you're just another number on the list & quick to prescribe. They also only accept cash.

I love this doctor's office. Just don't make an appointment with the Asian lady doctor. But if you do, at the time of your appointment, first go run errands, get some food, go to the gym, and get a full car wash and detail. By the time you're done, drive back here and you'll be called in and weighed. Then leave again to go paint your house, take a cruise to Japan, and hike to the top of Mount Everest. Then go back to the waiting room. You'll be called in within 45 minutes.

STAY AWAY!! The people here are a joke. Full stop. The ladies have the front desk have the worst attitude and don’t seem to care for their jobs or the people who come in. I called ahead to iron out insurance before I came in as I’m in a lot of pain. Upon arrival I’m told by the same lady that she needed a number from the insurance which she neglected to tell me when I called ahead. So I get the number Then I’m taking back for vitals. From there rushed to a back room with nurse practitioner who spends all of 5 minutes with me. In said time I tell her my issue and she prescribed a pain reliever, mind you I made no mention of any type of pain reliever. Before I can leave I have to get info from the I could care less sisters at the front desk. I ask them to put in my scripts to the pharmacy and give me the mri info. I immediately call mri center and soonest they can get me in is in a month. No problem I’m not dying I’m just in pain and something doesn’t feel right in my foot. I wait 2 hours and I don’t here from my pharmacy so I call front desk and say can you please put in those scripts so I can get some relief that I’m not getting from aleve. I’m told they want to wait until after my mri because it’s a controlled substance. First I didn’t ask for a controlled substance I haven’t had any pain meds in my medical history since a surgery in 2015. So I make them aware I need something other than aleve as I can’t have mri for a month. They agree to release the scripts. I wait an hour and call pharmacy which proceed to tell me they didn’t call in the pain reliever. I call the office again, and again I’m told it’s a controlled substance look I didn’t ask for a controlled substance I’m asking for anything to help. After I go back and forth they agree to give me Tylenol or naproxen that’s fine all I wanted was damn compassion and relief. I pray that they don’t ever have someone in their family have to go they what they just put me thru.

Update: they sent in script with a drug I can’t have and told them I couldn’t have will be calling the medical board on them ASAP beware of this chop shop

Called yesterday spoke with a receptionist that was a little brisk, I let her know I was in for a car accident. She didn’t tell me I would need to use my regular health insurance even though I was not responsible for payment. When I went in this morning and spoke with them their demeanor was rude and unprofessional. At this point it wasn’t about not given the proper information that I was leaving, I left because they seemed careless with an “it is what it is attitude”. I am physically in so much pain from my accident and the last thing I want to deal with are rude receptionist.

Dr. Victoria is a GREAT doctor and truly provides great care for his patients. He makes himself available to his patients even if he has to squeeze you in to be seen, he always makes an effort to lookout for his patients. I highly recommend this office! They cant seam to stay focused guy in front is rude,they lose paperwork,dont fax over meds,was on hold for 15 minutes never enough people to answer phones. They were work out pants or sweat shirts no one has a name tag on will let you sit in waiting room for 45 minutes to get paper work with no explanation.

The office staff is extremely unprofessional. On multiple occasions the people at the front office desk had changed my prescriptions without getting a doctor’s opinion. How is that legal, I don’t know. They had given me prescriptions themselves and they are not neither nurses or have any type of medical training therefore should not be able to prescribe medications. They had given me double the mg I was suppose to have and I had to tell them to change it. Just having them send prescriptions to a pharmacy takes days on end and multiple phone calls to the doctor’s office to remind them to send it. On top of that they will put you on hold for over 30 minutes and just keep passing the phone around and putting you back on hold. Dr. Victoria is a great doctor, but Dr. Achin does not really pay attention to what is going on with you. I would not recommend this place due to how bad the front office is and how I have problems with them every appointment.

Dr Victoria never rushed, any of us even when he was very busy. He always cared about how we were feeling, and solved our medical issues, that our previous Doctors couldn't find.

This place is so unprofessional and they take forever to send required paperwork to any office that they refer you to! And the fact that Stephanie & Aurora keep giving my mom the roundabout is beyond me. You don’t ever tell a patient that their health is not an urgent matter. Yea not an urgent matter because that’s not your mom right? How can a doctor let these girls run the office? I would give 0 if there was. The receptionists sucks. I was there at 2pm in March 15, doctor Edward gave me prescription, I have been in CVS at 5pm and March 16 for the pill pick-up. CVS told me there was not my　info.. In March 19, I came to Victoria　doctor's office, the receptionists finally sent the info. to CVS, after 10 minutes, i received phone call from CVS. In the morning of March 16, i asked the receptionists at the same day　about my son's X-RAY result that did in Feb.5,2018, they said called las vegas radiology twice, and not received the result. I went to radiology office, the receptionist gave the result to me and told me they have sent to Victoria doctor office in the same day. The receptionists in Victoria 's office totally don't know what they are doing!!!　　If you don't want to waste your time with the dizzy workers, don't go to Victoria 's office.

This place is AMAZING. And coming from someone who hates doctor's visits. I went in just for a check up and I must say this is the BEST office I have been to caring attentive and knowledgeable doctors and very helpful staff i cannot say enough about this place. The tall black women was very helpful and professional helping me get my medications and the front desk women was very helpful in answering all my questions and they made me feel very welcomed and Dr. Victoria and his staff are the best. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Also, on a side note the front desk lady is verry beautiful with a gorgeous smile and if she ever sees this then you should let me take you out. Lol

Front office staff does not follow up as they said they would. Have call 3 times to get a referral faxed . The first 2x's they faxed it to an office where the Dr. No longer practices. After the 1st fax I called and explained the Dr. Was no longer there and asked them to send to another Dr I choose. Gave them his name, phone and fax number. The next day I called that Dr office and they hadn't received it. Again call Dr Victoria's office to find out they again faxed it to the 1st. Dr. Again gave them my perfered Dr info and asked they call me when done. Needless to say I never got the call. Two days wasted waiting for what fax to be sent which takes less then a minute to do.

What I like about this office is that they don't keep you waiting so long like other places do and this is a huge fact to me but unfortunately the downsized part is that most of the time they never answer their phone after several attempts and at the front desk sometimes they don't make you feel welcomed.
Something that is uncomfortable to me is that I really don't like it when Dr. Edward constantly makes comments regarding my age practically mentioning the age difference between my wife and I.

Dr. Victoria is the down-to-earth, trustworthy, primary care practitioner I've been looking for in Las Vegas. He's very friendly, extremely competent and knowledgeable and not at all adverse to having you try simple, home grown treatments at home. I've had lactose intolerance all my life and IBS for the past year or more. He recommended I go gluten free (which is not easy, believe me, but it worked) and to get off dairy and substitute Almond Milk and fortified orange juice for the calcium. That cleared up all the problems I've had in recent years. All other doctors did was throw drugs at me.

Dr. Victoria has been my family doctor since we moved to Las Vegas almost 2 years ago. He definitely is a doctor that listens to his patients and their needs. This is not a typical doctor's office. I only go see him if there is an issue healthwise, but every single time he sees me, or one of my family members, he actually remembers us. If you a patient of Dr. Victoria, you are not just another patient for him, he truly does care and does listen about what you tell him. I would definitely recommend him.
