I was coming from some other chiropractor before I initially came here, and let me tell you, it's way nicer over here in comparison! They actually get hands-on, while some other chiropractors would just throw you on a machine and call it a day. I’ll be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect after my car accident in coming here, but from the first visit, I felt extremely taken care of & heard. Dr. Anderson made sure to explain every step of the process with me & was very attentive & transparent with what to expect in my healing journey. Even prior to the accident, I am a firm believer in that you’re only as healthy as your spine. So being diligent about my therapies was a priority to me. They had so many healing modalities to cycle through each visit & even a stretch / fitness room. I visited their location in the southwest one time & it was NOTHING like this Green Valley location! The staff was so kind & above all, patient with my ever changing crazy work schedule. I appreciated them making this difficult time in life manageable for me. If you find yourself in the unfortunate circumstance after an accident, I cannot recommend this facility enough! (Just maybe bring a blanket, as the roller massage bed room gets cold!)

I’ve done physical therapy before and honestly never completed treatments because I’ve had poor luck in the past. I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences in my 3-4 month rehab and the folks here really care and actively help you get better. Dr. Mel listened as well as explained all that my process entailed with my journey of feeling better. When I first walked in my body was not right, headaches to my whole back being in pain. My numbers in the beginning were so high. Now I am feeling so much better and feeling great.

Definetly trust the process, listen to what Dr. Mel has to say and do your therapy exercises. I have also done them at home and will continue to do so.

I can’t express enough how helpful every single one of the employees that works at this location is and I was so grateful, I was so nervous to start here after I was in a car accident but being here and having them walk me through every single thing made me feel so comfortable and again I can’t express how helpful everyone was I feel so much better and I can definitely tell a difference in my body. Dr. Mel is one of the best chiropractors I’ve been too. Dr. Mel is amazing! At first I was quite nervous, I didn’t know what I was getting myself into but Dr. Mel not only helped me get comfortable with the adjusting process but she also helped me really understand why I was feeling pain and explained a lot about how the spine, nerves, disc etc. work. Everyone is so friendly. Even when I miss appointments they accommodate me right away for the soonest possible appointment. Professional,courtesus and caring people. Dr Mel is great!
