I’ve gone here for years but likely won’t go back. The new dentist who works Mon-Thu has terrible communication skills. It felt like she had gone to some seminar on how to make people uncomfortable. Like how to Neg a client! Was super annoying. She kept asking what did I want to do without even explaining options. Like I’m supposed to know if a veneer is better than a crown? Does she not know options? Is she hoping I guess right? Did not instill confidence and there’s too many dentists to try to train her to guide patients thru options. Hygienist was great as always.

I have always been so scared to go to the dentist because Ive had really bad experiences with them since I was a kid. I knew something was wrong with my molar so I called first thing Monday morning. They were able to get me in the same day! Everyone was so kind to me. My tooth was broken, and it was pretty bad. It took 3 hours but Dr. Kruyer was able to fix it while seeing her already existing appointments. I am pretty sure she is Wonder Woman. She made sure I was comfortable during the appointment as well as afterwards. Thank you to everyone, I will definitely be back!

I went to get a quote for braces and they said 9000 + dollers. When doctor said it was only 9 months.of work before.
And got mine for 2400$. Elswhere
And they don't talk your ear off like Southwest Vegas smiles doc talks to much making you think she's not focusing on her work. Which messed up on a crown doing so. Plus doc is way to crown happy.

I highly recommend EVERYONE go back to your bills and claims and do manual calculations to ensure you haven't been overcharged. I have been overcharged by almost 100% (in other words, charged almost double), and over 6 weeks later I'm still fighting tooth and nail to get my money. The math is simple: Insurance processes the claim against the "allowable" amount contracted with the vendor. If there is any balance of the allowable or denied items after insurance pays, the patient is responsible. The patient is NOT responsible for amounts above the allowable if they were accepted by insurance and not denied. Math doesn't change based on opinion. And it's too bad because I really liked the dentist and hygienist.

I’ve been looking for a Dentist here in Las Vegas and I’ve been dissatisfied with a few, I saw a Facebook page and the reviews were awesome, I went and got work done and (She numbed me real good), I didn’t feel anything …Everyone was very friendly from the front desk to the dental chair.

Would give more stars if I could! Their team is amazing! I live out of town and have a 3 month old baby that I exclusively breastfeed and 2 other children at home. So trying to make time for the dentist for myself isn’t easy. They took my situations into account and were able to get all my dental work done in one day. Not only was Dr. Kruyer and her team familiar with the clearance I needed, they were able to expedite my crowns and fillings, allowing me to deploy on time. I was a bad girl and had not been to the dentist in 3 years. Life got in the way and I decided to put my health back in order. The front office was so warm and welcoming. The assistant and hygienist were awesome. I’m blanking on his name but he was hands down the best hygienist I have ever had. He was super gentle and explained everything. While my 2 appointments were OK, when I moved and had to transfer my Invisalign back to my original office and this office took almost 2 months to get my trays transferred back to my original office. This was after an email from me, calls from me, my original office, and my husband. I had left messages with others in the office and them promising they would be calling me back and handling and never did. I wouldn't recommend going here to anyone because if you ever have an unforeseen circumstance they will NOT move your file in a timely and professional manner.

This represents my second via to this office. This time it was to diagnose and treat a cold sensitive tooth. Turns out a root canal was in order.

Process so far went very well. I was sedated.

The entire process was well managed/delivered and so far, great. One more procedure is due for the porcelain crown, the entire procedure is paid for both via insurance and self pay.

This doctor botched my daughter wisdom tooth extraction. This was an emergency extraction since it was already infected. The doctor( if she can call herself that), performed the surgery without extracting all the infection. My daughter’s face was swollen and in extreme pain for 2 weeks she thought this was normal, and after 3 weeks she went back to her so she could look at her mouth, the doctor was so inhumane telling her she’s a big girl and pretty much to deal with the pain. She prescribed her antibiotics, which didn’t do nothing. My daughter’s swollen face and infection is still there. Now we are seeing a real professional because this is not normal. Please do not go to her!! We will see how we can report this person!

Everyone is always smiling and welcoming and it’s definitely not like your ordinary dentist office! State of the art!! Courtney and Paulina always take excellent care of me, and I always have fun during my time with them! Justine is a Character! She is a no non-sense hygienist and without a doubt, she knows her stuff! She is Amazing for sure! It’s easy to tell when people love what they do and it shows by how everybody works together! I’m just glad I joined the family! From Routine cleanings, a small emergency ( you guys rock can’t believe we did that!), to my Invisalign journey and a million dollar smile! After a couple terrible experiences with local dentists, I was thrilled with my experience with the entire staff: professional, friendly, and empathetic. Dr. Kruger discussed what needed to be done and completed a new crown for me. It was quick and painless. Unlike other Las Vegas dentists, she is not insisting on discussing or completing a long and involved plan. Thank you!

I never had the privilege of regular dental care until well into my late 20's. And I was terrified to have even simple work done. I needed to be sedated for every procedure then I found Dr Kryer we trusted each other and I am not afraid anymore she understands how I need full explanation as we go to stay calm. Someone without the fear and dread that I had in the early days of my treatment would never understand how panicked I would be in the early treatments. But not any more. What a blessed gift. I was alittle disappointed because they are very expensive, and i have to have a tooth pulled of no fault of my own. The people who work with Dr. KRUYER are very nice. However I'm getting to old to keep spending money like this, I'm at a point where I don't know what to do. I do know if I don't take care of this, I will probably have nothing but problems with my teeth.

Haven’t been back since 2017! Life happened and had 4 babies . Coming back for the full X-ray examination to the oral hygienist, to dr Kruyer setting a new plan for my smile made me feel very welcome again . Recently moved to vegas from abroad, and this is the best dental visit I’ve had in the states. After some scammy dentists in the Las Vegas area - I’m stoked I found Kruyer dental. Everyone from the front desk, to the dentists were fantastic. Special shout out to Justine the Hygienist. She was fantastic, and did a very detailed job. They didn’t skip anything with me, and I felt very taken care of. Most importantly honest, and fair.

Received a flyer in the mail for 1st time patients, flyer stated ex rays and cleaning for $80. Office personnel were very polite, but throughout examination it felt like I was buying a used car. I had to see 2 technicians and 1 financial. After the 1st technician did her examination, made her treatment recommendation to me, the finance person came in with a quote of $1,121. 2nd person(Doctor) came in made her recommendation was again given a quote for around $4,000. ($5,100) When it was all done never got a cleaning, and to make matters worse had to pay a $50 I’m guessing exam fee, which I must have missed in the fine print.
I can give you 3 guesses if I would ever recommend this dentist office, but you’re only going to need one.

I’ve had tmj for years and have been to specialists, chiropractors, dentists and more. I was giving up on ever getting rid of the pain. I went to Dr Kruyer and the pain is now almost nonexistent after a masseter botox treatment. The office staff was friendly and on top of everything. There wasn’t a wait and everything was clean. I was especially impressed with the knowledge of the staff and the technology used. I traveled a few hours to see Dr Kruyer and it was more than worth it. I can’t begin to express my gratitude to her for finally helping me find relief. If you’re looking for a great dentist- you’ve found it.

I’ve been going to Kruyer Dental for about 14 years. They have always been heartfelt and get to know their patients, almost like family.
