I’ve been coming to this office for maybe around 3 or 4 years now, maybe more - Janice is our absolute favorite! She always takes great care of us and we love how she truly cares about what she does and educates about oral health. Kassadie at the front desk is always so positive and friendly, very welcoming every time I come in. She always remembers me even if I’m only in my 2-3 visits a year. Annie is friendly and very efficient at her job. They are such assets to have.

Oh my. Dr. Azar... I already loved her for my son's dentist appointment but to have her for my appointment today for the 1st time.... A very pleasant experience! More than 5 stars for sure! Super caring and she doesn't rush you to hurry so she can get to next patient. Very detailed so I am left with no other questions. And then hygienist Janice... Super caring and AMAZING CAN'T say enough about her. My son loves her as well..... Everyone is just outstanding! No skipping, "is this ok?" And Annie X-ray and dental assistant - She was PERFECT. Overall.. I have anxiety however.... They all made me overcome my fears. I'm happy here.

This office has an incredible, caring, and professional staff. From the front desk to the doctoral staff, everyone was wonderful. I been coming here for years, now all my family come's here. everyone here are great, everyone here are here to help, from getting me checked in, to making sure that my x-rays are up-to-date.

We had been loyal patients at Spring Valley Dentistry and were initially very happy with their service. Unfortunately, our recent experience with the front desk was disappointing.

My husband had to cancel an appointment and was told he would be charged a $100 cancellation fee. When we explained to Kassadie that this policy had not been communicated when the appointment was scheduled, she acknowledged that it had not been mentioned. However, instead of considering a waiver, she simply insisted that we would still be charged and repeatedly interrupted me during the conversation.

Cancellation policies should be clearly communicated in advance, and loyal patients should be treated with greater understanding and professionalism.

I mistakenly arrived on wrong day for my appointment. The front desk (Sequoia) handled the situation very well. She looked to see if the schedule would be able to accommodate me, checked with the office and was able to make it happen. I went in recently for a wisdom teeth extraction. The lady who did my IV was oddly fixated on the fact that I was only getting 2 removed, despite me explaining having multiple large financial obligations on the same week. I had my teeth cleaned a few weeks ago, and the experience left me very disappointed. After the visit, I was quoted over $1,000 out of pocket, even with insurance, for additional treatments they said were “recommended,” including a laser procedure. I did not move forward with any of those treatments because I didn’t feel they were necessary, and it honestly felt like upselling rather than genuine care.

What bothered me most is that I don’t even feel like my teeth were cleaned properly. For the amount of money discussed, I expected much better quality and transparency.

This experience made me uncomfortable and distrustful, and it felt more like a money-driven practice than patient-focused care. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this office to others.

My appointment with Dr Brown went well, I hadn’t seen her for years after starting out with her. I hadn’t seen her since her pregnancy, I was moved to Dr Noh, which I loved, now I’m back where I started. My appointment was nice but different, I will have to get use to her again.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Azar and Meron. They’re both incredibly kind, professional, and thorough. Wonderful experience! Front desk staff were professional and friendly. The space is clean and plenty of seats with water and coffee available in the waiting room. Annie was my dental assistant and she was a rockstar. They were also very informative and thorough with my dental health. As far as costs, their staff was very helpful and transparent about what my insurance covered and what it didn’t. Dr Brown was amazing too, highly recommend this office and looking forward to my next cleaning!

I have really bad anxiety when it comes to dentist and I must say the staff really made sure I was comfortable and was patient with me.. Everyone was phenomenal and put me at ease and checked on me throughout. The atmosphere was very nice as well. Dr Brown is very kind and understanding and the hygienist numbed me for my cleaning as I am very sensitive.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Brown for a while now and I can’t recommend this office enough. She’s incredibly friendly, honest, and straightforward — exactly what you want in a dentist. I always feel like I’m getting clear, transparent information about my care.

The entire staff is amazing, too. The front desk team is consistently kind and helpful, and they make payment options easy to understand (which is a lifesaver when dental needs pop up unexpectedly). And the rest of the team — like Annie — are always so positive, knowledgeable, and upbeat… even at an 8 a.m. appointment!

Dr. Azar is very communicative and gentle does a great job explaining everything. Annie is personable and fast with x-rays. Letty does a fast and thorough polishing job. Everyone at Spring Valley Dentistry is amazing! They also have such clean exam rooms and they use MyChart! I’ve never had any reason to look for another dentist office and I won’t as long as I live in Vegas.

I've been needing to see a dentist lately and I decided to try Spring Valley Dentisty. I am so so glad I did. Everyone is super nice. My dentist is Dr. Tsang and I mentioned how my past experiences with dentists weren't so great. He listened to my concerns and made me feel super at ease..truly one of the best dentists ive met in this city. I was there for a most of the afternoon but it didnt feel like it. His assistant Maron is one of the nicest assistants ive ever met, she really helped my nerves and she was super sweet!! Taylor, the front desk girl was really good at explaining everything and going over different and affordable options. I also met Letty who was kind as well. Everyone ive encountered has been great to be honest. Im looking forward to getting my teeth healthy again and im glad I chose them!
