The staff, dentist and work were all great. However I had two instances where I was given two different prices, and what I was told did not match when trying to do them in person. Work was first 1523$, but I halved what was getting done because of finances. I was told a wrong time and told 600$. When i went in, it was 704. Not a big deal, but I get work done and then they attempt to charge me more than what I was originally quoted for all my dental work. Again, great staff, but either communication, POS issues, or just changing prices on the fly has made me not want to return.

There’s a hygienist here name RUTH WEBB who stuck me with a needle extremely hard and purposely because i didn’t want to get a procedure done i felt was overpriced. My reaction to her sticking me with this needle clearly indicated that it hurt painfully and she said nothing , no apology. This confirmed it was done on purpose. Nothing was done about it but a “oh I’ll speak with her” type of comment and i was scheduled with her AGAIN after telling someone from the staff what happened. Guess it’s my word against here’s being there’s no cameras right ? Imagine if she was punched in the face for that and told the staff someone assaulted her , would it be the same situation ? Clearly this practice supports this behavior and she should be investigated thoroughly!

After being disappointed by previous dentists at this location, I didnt want to come back but unfortunately I had a filling fall out and needed an emergency appointment. I saw Dr. Holmes and im glad I did. She was so nice and explained everything instead of just saying you need this and you need that like the other doctors here. The other doctors have no compassion or personality. I will definitely be back as long as Dr. Holmes is still there.

Dr. Bahar worked so hard to save 2 of my son’s molars. She advocated for him to get root canals instead of having his teeth pulled which is what a different provider recommended. He got his root canals and crowns and were able to save his teeth. I’m so glad I brought him to her instead!

A special thank you to Nathalie Aoun, the Healthcare Coordinator. She explained everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood every detail of my treatment and next steps. I truly appreciated how patient, knowledgeable, attentive, and detail-oriented she was.

I also want to recognize the two dental assistants who helped me during my visits—one during my initial check-up and another during my deep-cleaning appointment. Unfortunately, I don’t remember their names, but both were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, attentive, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.

Dr. Nastaran Bahar was equally wonderful. During both my initial examination and my deep-cleaning visit, she was extremely thorough and never made me feel rushed. She took her time, paid close attention to every detail, and made a genuine effort to ensure everything was cleaned properly. I truly felt that she cared about my comfort and the quality of my care.

The clinic itself also has a very relaxing and positive atmosphere. It is bright, beautifully designed, and filled with natural sunlight. The décor and colors are calming, and the entire space feels clean, modern, and peaceful, which makes the dental experience much more comfortable.

I've been going to Stephanie Dental for a couple years but they must have gotten new management and started scamming their loyal clientele. I went here in December for a cleaning and never got the cleaning due to them saying I needed a deep cleaning. I left the office after they said I couldn't get a price with insurance until after February. Unknowingly to me, the office billed by insurance for a cleaning that never happened. I've been going back and forth with them since December. The office manager said she would take the cleaning off for me since I never received it and my insurance is saying that isn't true. Also getting someone to call you back here is like pulling teeth. The only way to get a business to do right by their customers is to write reviews. It's so sad. I will never be back here. I should never have to go through this to get my bi-yearly teeth cleaning.

Dr Lee was very good and efficient. She had to break up my tooth to extract it but except for a couple of flying pieces, I assume that's normal, I was not in any discomfort, it was done in a very timely manner. I visited this office for a dental emergency when away from home. Initial visit for diagnosis and referral to endodonist for surgical work, and follow up visit for placement of permanent filling. Facility was pleasant, reception staff were nice, and endodontic referral was great. The service at this office was fine, pretty much what you'd expect, but wait times were long which, for me, really degrades the overall experience. Going to the dentist is stressful enough; you shouldn't have an extended wait to think and worry about it more.

I’ve sat on writing this review for a while because I knew it deserved more than just a quick “they’re great.” I needed to really take the time to put into words what this experience meant to me.
To be completely honest, I put off my dental care for far too long. Not just a little… a long time. A mix of childhood experiences, adult trauma, anxiety, and honestly just fear kept me away. By the time I finally walked into this office, my teeth were in pretty bad shape and my nerves were even worse.

And from that very first moment… there was no judgment. Not even a hint of it. Just calm, genuine care.

Dr. Lee created a plan for me that didn’t feel overwhelming or shameful .. it felt hopeful. Like, “okay… we can fix this.” And that feeling alone meant everything.
And then there’s Ruth, my dental hygienist .. hardworking, calm, gentle, and so incredibly sweet. The way she speaks and explains things immediately put my anxiety and even my heart rate at ease.

Both of them are very knowledgeable, but what stood out most was how safe they made me feel. I won’t sugarcoat it, I had a LOT of work done. There were days I was in pain, days I was stressed before every appointment… and yes, I cried. A lot 😅 But every single time, they met me with the same calm energy, patience, and kindness. Never rushed, never annoyed, never anything but understanding. I honestly don’t know how they handled me as an almost 40-year-old woman with that level of anxiety, but they did . and they did it with so much care.

From check-in to check-out (okay… maybe minus that very first nerve-wracking visit 😅), every experience has been nothing but reassuring. I walk in now with a sense of bravery I never thought I’d have at a dental office, and more importantly, a deep knowing that I am in good hands.

My teeth are finally on their way to being in tip-top shape, but more than that… my mindset around dental care has completely changed. That’s something I never thought I’d be able to say.

I truly can’t rave enough about Dr. Lee, Ruth, my surgeon .. and the entire office. They didn’t just fix my teeth .. they helped me work through years of fear.
And I mean this with my whole heart .. I never want to have another dentist or dental group ever. That’s how much trust and comfort they’ve given me.

Part of me almost wants to keep them a secret because I’m worried they’ll get too busy and I won’t be able to get in anymore 😂 but they deserve every bit of recognition and more.

I visited Stephanie Dental Group for a dental checkup/cleaning with Dr.Lee and her assistant, CT. The dental cleaning was very thorough and gentle. Dr. Lee thoroughly explained every process, treatment, future treatment suggestion, and x-ray. She also took time to answer every question I had regarding at-home dental care. The assistant, CT, made the X-ray process quick and gentle. Both had very great bedside manner, and were very friendly. I would highly recommend visiting Dr.Lee and CT for a dental cleaning/checkup!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience getting my crown placed with Dr. Eunice Lee. I had to get a crown for my front tooth, so I was a little worried that it might look different from my other tooth. But the outcome turned out perfect! The shade matches so well that you honestly can’t even tell which tooth is the crown and which one is my natural tooth.

Dr. Lee did an amazing job from start to finish, explaining everything clearly and making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The crown fits beautifully and feels completely natural just like my original tooth. I’m so happy with the result and really appreciate the care and attention to detail.

Oh my gosh, the most excellent service yesterday! We have been going to Stephanie Dental for years and always had excellent service, however, yesterday at breakfast I broke my tooth in half! I called when they opened and they got me in early afternoon. Dr. Quinn was amazing, professional, gentle and expedious. Taylor, her tech, was also very gentle, kind and helpful. Dr Eunice Lee is excellent in both her skill as well as her compassion. I have been coming to Stephanie Dental for about 15 years and have always had good experiences but she took it from good to great. She helped me with 2 crowns in the last month and even though one of them was way in the back and difficult to access she and dental assistant, Jade worked magic turning what could have been a terrible recovery into a manageable one (no dental service is pleasurable but they kept it from being bad)

Have had less than positive experiences with my last 2 dentists. Well, that changed today when I had my initial appointment with Dr. Eunice Lee.
The moment I walked in the front door, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff welcomed me and gave me the initial pre treatment paperwork. After a short wait, I was taken to an back for x-rays. Very efficient and friendly.
Then, it was on to an exam room, where Dr. Lee introduced herself and welcomed me to the dental group. After a brief conversation regarding prior dental experiences and present concerns, she proceeded with the exam. We talked about treatment options and then the billing person came back and discussed pricing. Very welcome news as my PPO has very good coverage.
Next Dr. Lee did a much need extraction of a molar. So much better than prior experiences.
