Went in because I had pain on my wisdom tooth , they did the exam and X-rays, dentist recommended 2 crowns, a few fillings, due to cavities and old fillings, also recommended getting my wisdom tooth extracted, and was able to answer a few questions I had, informed me an estimate was going to be given to me, I agreed and waited. My estimate is around $6,000. My issue is what happened to asking questions such as, when was the last time you went to the dentist, how do you brush your teeth, providing the right way to brush your teeth, talking about flossing, nothing was asked, no recommendations was given in how to complete my cleanings and recommended treatments, it was left for me to figure out? Do I do the cleaning first, or the crown first? But this is what I was expecting, the US healthcare system is all based on money, and I understand everyone needs to get paid. I’ll go and find a different doctor, and if you are wondering about the referral for the wisdom tooth removal, I wasn’t given any information or referral.

I used to love this place, the doctor and staff used to be so kind and the prices were affordable.

THAT IS NO LONGER THE CASE.
These new owners, dentist and staff put $$$ over their patients.

I was in the office for a hour doing forced x-rays. They came up with a treatment plan with charging my insurance for things I didn’t want need or even ask for!

I simply wanted a routine exam and a deep cleaning and fillings. My prior appointment under the old Owner I had more work done and paid way less.

They make you feel ashamed for not waiting to pay $1000 randomly when unexpected. I felt shamed and unwelcome when I spoke up for myself and simply asked for a routine exam that my insurance covered and to have time to consider the rest.
I have a tiny chip on my tooth that no doctor has ever mentioned before but this one wanted to sell
Me veneers. That alone should’ve been the first red flag. I will never return and for your sake I hope you find care elsewhere

I love my new dentist, and smile. If you're looking for a new dentist, new to the region, had a bad experience, cry and flinch a lot with dentist..... These are your people! EVERYONE treats you so well, and they fix your teeth! I love you guys for assisting me in reliving my pre pandemic smile! There's far more work to be done, but I will be there. Today, I smiled from the heart, for the first time since this pandemic. My Christmas list just expanded.
