Took me 4 phone calls over 3 weeks to get a call back about scheduling labs. They then proceed to tell me I have to see the Dr before and after labs, even though the last time I went the only thing they wanted me to do was get labs.

It's run-around after run-around, prioritizing business profit over customer care.

I’ve been going here for a few years and made Sunset Hills my primary care facility. I can’t say enough great things about the office , the staff and especially Andrea. She’s a busy lady, have patience people ! She has always given me the best care and attention. She listens to my jabbering detailed questions and provides solutions. Communication is key.. if you experience something that isn’t 100% perfect in your eyes , just let them know in a kind way and they will help you. I love Dawn as well. I struggled for many years with different doctors, even Mayo Clinic was my last hope , and then I found Sunset Hills and Andrea helped me.

The front desk needs to work on customer service skills and phone skills.
Went in twice and was charged $35 copay each visit. Turned out it was supposed to be much less. I’ve reached out multiple times and they stated they would refund me the difference. Months later still waiting.

I inquired about some services as I have been calling all around the valley. I spoke to a young lady named Dawn. She knew every answer on everything I asked about. The knowledge she had about everything I asked about was impressive. Extremely thoughtful professional most of all very caring about my situation. This is a 10 out of 10 for me. I had a great first visit with at Sunset Hills family practice, all the staff were polite and very helpful, in person and on the phone. Andrea is amazing, and may just be the smartest healthcare provider I’ve ever met… and I work in healthcare. I’ve had two chronic health issues that I’ve seen multiple specialists for, and I’m pretty sure Andrea just found solutions to both, within minutes of meeting and listening to me! I have had nothing but wonderful experiences since the first visit. Dr. Andrea, is extremely funny and always gives me an honest opinion. The nice part is their lab is right there so you can avoid driving to another facility such as quest diagnostics. You can have your blood done there. The phlebotomist was very sweet & kind and truly knows how to be professional and caring. My primary doctor is rad. It’s easy to write a referral. Both nurses handled me with care and compassion and went over my yearly physical with full transparency and wonderful communication. The office answers promptly and I appreciate them with scheduling. Dr. Andrea is gets to the point.

Highly recommend Andrea but their front desk worker, Christian I believe, cannot do his job, speaks like he’s on drugs (very slowly and slurs words), and does not understand simple things. For example, I’ll reschedule an already existing appointment to make an appointment for the soonest available please, and he’ll say “well the soonest available is the one you have” (rudely by the way) okay… well yeah but I can’t go to that one so the soonest after that… There was another instance where all I had to do was ask a general question and he was very rude and wouldn’t let me speak without giving my name and birthday first. I’ve had several instances like that with him and it’s very very frustrating when he answers the phone. He’s very unprofessional, monotone, unhelpful, even rude and needs to be retrained.

Horrible experience. Andrea seems completely stressed and not fit for duty. This is a drastic change because she has been my provider for 2 1/2 years and I returned a couple of weeks ago to reestablish after giving birth. I arrived for my 9:10 appt at 8:50, and Andrea did not see me until 10am. She stormed in the room looking completely exhausted. And just made up stuff "drink crazy water", my visit summary was incorrect, and she did not provide explanation for lab results. Extremely disappointed at the lack of care and I can no longer trust her judgment. I'm sad to give this low rating, however, this is my true experience as a returning patient I will find a new provider.

As hard as this last appointment was for me Andrea didn’t make it any better. The nurse working under her showed WAY more empathy and compassion as I cried asking for a referral for therapist and talked with me for like 10 minutes. Just the utmost respect I got from her. Then here comes Andrea literally STOMPING in the room demanding I go on medication to work towards a better future and see a psychiatrist. Not caring about my feelings or how I felt about that. Medication is not always the answer sometimes talking and working through the problems works better than taking the drugs these doctors wanna push people to take, knowing how addictive those things are… I called back this morning and asked if I can just get a referral for a therapist to talk through my issues because I wasn’t interested in getting on medication and the from desk guy said she doesn’t give referrals for that kinda of thing but I’ll talk with her and let you know. With Sunset Hills, the office appointments are not stacked so that within 10 to 15 minutes, you are in the patient room and within a short period after that, you are seeing Andrea Warburton and she gets down to business and sets a treatment plan. Went in for preventative care and the billing was not coded to preventative care on LabCorp or imagining. We have been dealing with this issue since February 2025 and sent numerous emails of our bills because the different people we got on the phone claim that they will fix it. The story keeps changing. Do not go there unless you want to pay co-pays for preventative care on every test and visits. We were told that there was a stack of bills with the same complaints that the billing person is supposedly still fixing because the office messed up months ago. This is straight up negligence and fraud, which will be reported. The dishonestly and finger pointing between their office staffs to avoid responsibility is horrendous!!!

I was trying to give them another round of hope but sadly it is still the same. They offer online scheduling. However you schedule and can't get in on the day you did. They offer same day appointments sadly you can't get in for another week out. They offer walk ins but you're told that no one can see you. The doctor herself is great, staff not so much. I LOVE Dr. Warburton, but this new PA here...eh not so much. Andrea was out last week, so I had to see the PA. I am bleeding from my urinary system. I asked if she could refer me to the urologist seeing as it could be a number of different things and I have already been treated for a UTI and that's not the issue. She said how about a GI doctor...I'm not shitting blood...?! So why in the world would you send me to the GI doctor y'all already referred me to and I have an appointment to on love day for another issue I have going on. That makes no medical sense in the world. At this point in time, it would be easier for me to be a doctor and treat myself, but it probably doesn't work that way in this scammy healthcare world. Gastro and urology systems are not interested correlated doc, tubes are all separate and perhaps going back to school and learning that are asking Andrea, the doctor, is highly a good recommendation because I had to go to another specialist to get a stat referral an hour after you didn't give me one because pissing blood is not a normal thing to do, don't you think?!

If I could give no stars I would, I have a possible UTI and I have contacted my primary doctor about having my medication filled more than 10 times in the last week , it’s always an excuse from the three workers who answer the phones . I called again yesterday 1/29/2025 and the lady who answered said Andrea is out of office . I am in pain and this service is inexcusable. I will be changing my PCP . Do better !! My husband and I started seeing Dr. Warburton a year ago. From the start the office seemed very unorganized. We had to hound the office repeatedly to send our prescriptions in on time for the duration of our care. The facilities are old and cheaply maintained. Dr. Warburton spent very little time or emphasis trying to get to know us and paid no attention at all to our lifestyle/values. Her recommendations and responses to lab work were outdated. The staff was not personal at all, I don’t think I ever learned any of their names.

When I spoke with the office manager about the constant problems, she attributed what we’ve experienced to the fact that we often have our scripts sent to different pharmacies because of our insurance. In my view, it is poor bedside manner to attribute the staff’s negligence to us being complicated patients. Asking to have prescriptions sent to a specific pharmacy once a month seems hardly complicated to me anyway, but I did try to have patience with the way Sunset Hills conducts itself as a clinic this past year.

Overall this office seems to be really struggling with their patient relationships and I would definitely not recommend them. We are looking for a more effective and reliable family practice.

Getting my first appointment was easy. I came in for a physical, something I haven’t had in sadly about 3 years. So I came in to get the “car” fully checked out. Here’s how it went down…

1) Doctor comes into the office, “what are you here for”… told her I wanted a full physical, have labs that checks for everything and just wanted to make sure I was healthy and good to go. The physical went down like this…. Looks in my ears, grabs the stethoscope listens to my heart and sends me out for a stress test and labs pulled. Now…. Maybe things have been changed in 3 years, however, I would have at least been given the most basic physical. I am almost 42 years old… grab my nuts, check for lumps, grab that little rubber hammer thing and check my knees…. I mean isn’t that what a basic physical is? That was the last I saw of the “Doctor” she is actually a PA. Just felt very undervalued and very unprofessional.

2) The only positive was the lab ladies… they were super cool and did their job.

3)Looking for Lab Results: I had to call after 2 weeks for the verification of lab results. Now historically whenever I have gotten my labs drawn, I’d say it takes within a week to hear back. Now, with July 4th in the mix during that time, I was understanding to a point. but I ended up calling on the July 9th and was told “Did you have the labs drawn here?” I replied, “yes”, “Okay hold on…. I see they are done but haven’t been uploaded yet”…. Now okay, thats fine, but they use some app called “Healow” which is truly a hunk of junk. They have issues with their email system so I never got links (yes I checked my spam multiple times). That didn’t work so they sent me a text…. That didn’t work. Now I still don’t have access to my labs as they are having issues.

4) Calling the office on July 10th: I called on July 10th to follow up with a text I got that morning of “We have received your recent results and they are normal.” That’s all I got… so I call and ask that I want to see my labs and that I am still having trouble logging on with Healow. The receptionist was rude and stated, “I cant be on the phone I have other patients”…. Excuse me? What am I? Am I not a patient and one whom has already paid my dues? Probably the most unprofessional of the experience. They seem to be a meat grinder plant, just pay up or shut up. Awful experience.

Final thoughts: I don’t know if this is a reference of who we are as a people or society moving towards not caring…. But when it comes to finding a family doctor/office, I feel that BED SIDE MANNER, COMPASSION, and just having the simple HUMAN touch is vital. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a hospital and I will continue to search for a better family practice facility. I would not take my kids to this place nor recommend any of my friends based upon my experience here.

Where to begin?
I spent 90 dollars on a telehealth call. Warburton was 15 minutes late and rushed me off the phone in, no hyperbole, 5 minutes.
They won’t respond to request from my pharmacy to refill my medication. Last time this happened it was because I “hadn’t seen them in several months” — but said 90 dollar telehealth appointment was 2 months ago or less. If you can prescribe me a birth control over the phone while not physically seeing me, you can’t ask if I still need a refill on a medication I’ve been taking 10 years?
During my pap smear they did not ask if I was comfortable having a student in, then told me the pap smear hurt more than expected because “I’m too skinny”. Spoke to an OBGYN — that’s nonsense.

I have no idea what’s going on with this office. I should’ve left the moment they charged me 90.00 for a 5 minute phone call.

I really liked my doctor and the staff were really nice but they lost my blood samples all 9 tubes and it’s very important that I keep my levels monitored. I thought I found my new primary care physician. I’m very disappointed

Update. They were able to fix everything even though the lab is a separate entity. I went to see Andrea Warburton to fill out paperwork and request lab work required for a job offer. She was friendly enough, however she lacked attention to detail. My lab work required very specific labs (written out on my paperwork). She briefly looked at them and she apparently knew exactly what I needed. Turns out I am out $1K because I was referred for lab work that was not specified on my paperwork.

I highly recommend this office. Especially, Andrea because she is in tune with today's medical treatments. She has a wide range of knowledge so I feel like I could go to her for anything. I read some of these reviews about prices but I haven't experienced anything besides the normal co-pays if you were to have insurance. Overall, I think I get great service for monies spent. I've given opportunity for a call back. I've called 2x allowed 48 hrs for a call back and emailed still no response.

Regarding medication that was supposed to be provided and instead they refilled a medication they told me not to take and by the way makes me hallucinate..

I had an appt Feb 24
To get rx refilled and follow up.
Got blood work done. They call a couple days later asking if I wanted a teleheath appt.
I said sure. No mention of copay of 90$.

They call the day of . Rep says , calling to get copay for ur results it'll be 90$. I laughed cause
Who in their right mind would pay 90$ for results. The rep says it's not them charging its my insurance. Like mam no.

So I cancelled appt because I also had a pending mammogram to complete and if they charge for results why on earth would I pay again. Why not wait for my mammogram to give me results all at once.. so I cancelled..I was able to get my blood results via other avenues and had another doctor go over them for FREE! NO CHARGE!

I have been calling to follow up on my medication that the doctor was supposed to prescribe me . I have called left a voice mail waited the 48 hrs, still no call, sent email, no response. Called again left another message..no call..

The medication that was sent over was the same medication I told the doctor was causing me to hallucinate. Yet they refilled it. I didn't pay for it and asked the pharmacy to remove it from my refills.

I am pre diabetic and she was supposed to send a diabetic medication and a anxiety medication, from that appointmenti had ..still nothing...

Don't even bother calling me back . I'm searching for another doctors office.

The actual appointment was fine, however, I can't seem to get anyone to answer the phone to take my bill payment! They send me a bill every month since Nov for $25 but no one will answer the phone or call me back to get this paid! I cobtacted my insurance to ask for PCPs in my area who accept my insurance. Sunset Hills was on the list. I went on their website to make a doctor's appointment because I was suffering from an upper respiratory infection for the last few days and lost my voice. On their website it says they accept UMR insurance. Sunset Hills waited until 15 minutes before my appointment time to call me and tell me a doctor wouldnt be available so they will have to reschedule. I rescheduled for the following day and took off work so I could go to the doctor appointment. At the doctor's appointment, the front desk girls then decide to tell me they dont accept my health insurance. Even though it says they accept UMR on their website, they dont accept my insurance because in very small print it says Sierra Health-Care Options Inc. on my insurance card. They wanted $90 for the office visit, meanwhile I was already loosing money for calling out of work, and it was 3:30 in the afternoon so I couldnt find a doctor appt anywhere else. You would think they would disclose this information on their website, or the front desk wouldve confirmed my insurance prior to rebooking my appointment. The most unprofessional doctor's office I ever had the displeasure of not doing business with.

The actual visit was pleasant, the staff was friendly and I was in and out pretty fast. I provided a blood and urine sample for the physical and was on my way.

Two weeks later I get a call for my results (which you have to pay for over the phone) and they proceeded to go through “my” fecal exam. I stopped them because I never got one and reminded Dr. Warburton I only gave a blood and urine sample. Dr. Warburton seemed confused and then said I had an infection completely unrelated to what you’d be looking for in a physical which I thought was strange. She said she didn’t see my blood test results but would call back (she never did and it’s almost June).

Fast forward, I now have four lab claims on my insurance, all for thousands of dollars each and all denied by my insurance. The charge codes are for fecal tests, vaginal swabs, testing for staph, etc. I’ve called the office multiple times and the front desk has no idea how to even help and has never even heard of the labs that are charging me. All of the claims are for the “labs” they sent out on the date of my physical. My insurance has called them multiple times, only to find the billing department is completely unrelated to their practice. We’ve also called the labs who refuse to help. Also, my insurance discovered the actual office visit wasn’t even billed correctly which I already paid for.

I’m not sure what type of scam they’re running here but if I can’t get a resolution on this soon I’ll be reporting them and these labs to the state. Completely unethical practice to have me fix their issue of charging me for FOUR different labs for thousands of dollars that were never performed.

Avoid this place at all costs unless you want months of headache going back and forth with them, your insurance and these sketchy labs!

I've been looking for a family doctor for a while and I heard a lot of great things about Andrea, so I decided to give Sunset Hills Family Practice a shot. I didn't wait long in the waiting room, which was a plus. The front desk girls, Damaris and Ashley were very pleasant and greeting me with big smiles. Andrea was patient and listened to all of my concerns. I didn't feel rushed by her at all. She ordered me an ultrasound and blood work. Heather, who did my blood work was very friendly as well. I was shocked by the time I pulled into my driveway, I had a text from CVS that my prescription was ready. I will definitely be returning.

This was my first experience with a doctors office in Las Vegas since I’ve moved in 2018. I saw Andrea and she was super helpful, informative and quick. My appointment was @ 9 AM, I was out of the office by 9:45 with my Nexplanon removed, a new BC prescription, and lab work done. Definitely recommend!

I went here to have some routine bloodwork done. After 2 weeks of not getting my results, I called and was told they should be back any day. After 3 weeks, I called again and was told I would get a call the following day because the lab tech was out that day and they needed access to the portal. After almost 4 weeks I called again and was told the portal was down. I went to a different doctor and had blood work done during the 3rd week of waiting, and their results are already back after only 2 business days. This place is a sham. Never in my life have I had a lab take 4 weeks to get blood tests done, or heard of a lab taking that long and my husband even works in the medical field.

Andrea is by far one of the most caring knowledgeable doctors I’ve ever been to, and that is saying a lot because I have a chronic illness and have to see A LOT of doctors. She always listens and knows exactly what to do. I have a complicated issue that a lot of doctors have never even heard of but she gets it. If I call or message her office she always responds. I am so thankful to have found her.

I went for a visit, they didn’t take my insurance so I paid $90 for the visit and labs were done. The PA was very kind and helpful. However they forgot to call in a prescription. Then I got a call that I needed to come in for my lab results. I got there and they wanted to charge me another $90 to get the results. That’s ridiculous. I’ve never been charged for both the apt for labs and the apt for the results. So I could be at high risk for something and I’ll never know because I’m not paying to find out. They lost a long term patient over the price of 1 visit. Bad business … not to mention shows you care more about the money then the patient!
I’ll go back to my cranky doc with better business until I find a doctor that can do both… What a disappointment !

I can not recommend Sunset Hills Family Practice enough. First of all, the front office manager/ head nurse Joanna is THE BEST. She is welcoming and knowledgeable.
Next, Dr. Warburton is amazing and thoughtful. I will never change providers. She listens, takes time to understand and to help you to understand anything you might need you know. I feel like most doctors out there only give you 5 minutes and then on to the next patient!
I never feel rushed or unheard when at Sunset Hills Family Practice.
Oh and Dr. Warburton also does weight loss and some facial rejuvenation stuff so if you are like me and would like to get your botox or whatever while in office for check up they can totally do it!

Sunset Hills Family Practice & Dr. Wharburton, is like family when you walk in, until the time you leave! I have been seeing Dr. Wharburton for some time now, and she is now also my mother’s primary care doctor as well. I had seen many different providers before finally finding Dr. Wharburton and every single other one, has just been like robots, they bring you in, take your money, and send you on your way, many times, not even getting to actually see your primary care physician. Well, not here, Dr. Wharburton GENUINELY cares about her patients and takes time, and listens to whatever problems you may be going through. I have not once felt like just “another number,” with Dr. Wharburton! Her front office staff, is also, second to none! Extremely friendly, knows their patients by name when they walk in, and treats them with the utmost respect! I will not see anyone else!

Doctor Warburton is a great doctor for me and my Mother. She really listens and gets down to business right away. Most always referrals are sent out the same day. If i have questions about my Mom's medications or problems with her health, her wonderful assistant Joanne always gets me an answer right away. I had an appointment in the afternoon to see the PA Andrea. She thoroughly addressed my concerns and was quick and to the point! It seems like she is very efficient. I have used Andrea as my medical provider for a few years when she was located at another practice. When she left & started out on her own I did not hesitate switching my health care needs to her new office.
