Great experience, from intake/receptionist, to the "nurse practitioner" to Dr. Fletcher. I was very satisfied w/the personableness of the entire staff, the level of professionalism & the various recommendations of items to promote my well-being by the doctor. I left my apptmt w/optimism, feeling great that the doc actually looked at me, instead of her clipboard.
