Just completed four months of PT, working with Zach Taylor with extremely positive results. From initial evaluation and every subsequent appt, his professional demeanor, knowledge, patience, thoughtfulness and kindness provided me with the tools to cope with my decision not to have shoulder replacement surgery. Additionally, the front office staff, therapists and techs are the BEST...helpful and caring!

Synergy is a wonderful company! From the top down everyone was kind, wholesome and patient oriented. I knew when I met Audra, owner/CEO, I had found the right folks for me. She was meticulous in planning for my care and thoughtful in selecting the right people for me. Over my convalescence, four caregivers were with me. Each was patient, accurate and caring. I loved each of them. I always felt that I was in the best of care possible!

There is absolutely a cure for vertigo and for me it was Zach my physical therapist of Anthem Synergy Physical Therapy. The treatment is called the Epley Maneuver. Zach took a dedicated interest in my health and helped me back to normal and high functioning 64 year old self. I’m grateful for everyone at Synergy, from the front office to the interns. If you have bouts with vertigo you don’t have to live in that spinning nauseating world call Synergy and get your life back!

• The staff is a team! They work that way and care for patients as a team.
• The staff is warm and welcoming. They greet each patient by name, making them feel valued and welcomed to the clinic.
• Familiarity with the therapist is important for the patient’s feeling of comfort, security and trust.
• Alexandra Wilson is clearly the leader of the clinic. She’s wonderful. Caring. Skilled. Empathetic.
• Overall, the staff makes it “fun” to be there doing the exercises, which is a heck of an accomplishment for physical therapy! I stay motivated to go largely because of the staff at Synergy Anthem.

First incident: I was the 2nd person in the waiting room and it started to fill up quickly. After about 5 minutes, the room filled with about 10 patients. When you enter, you sign in on a list and wait your turn. A lady at the counter decided to schedule an entire month of appointments, so the front desk lady was busy with her. Being the 2nd person on the list, I expected to be called right away. They actually call people by how close you're standing by the window. So I was last when they called my name because I was seated. That was irritating to say the least because I was 15 minutes behind with my appointment.
Second incident: Walked in, signed the sign-in sheet, said hello to the front desk lady. Waited 10 minutes and was never called. Three people were served and I was still waiting. She greeted me with a "oh, I didn't see you!" I replied "well you said hello." I was behind schedule again.
My time is important, and it irritates me when the business does not respect that. I decided to not return to this place because it is dirty and some of the workers there talk so loud. The owner plays golf, has kids, and is very active with her family. Apparently, she's pretty amazing. Thankfully there are other PT options out there that are cognizant of your time and schedules. I don't recommend this place because after finding a new PT, Synergy is dirty and you will find other businesses that have fair practice. I think businesses that are clean is very important when it comes to recovery.

They have excellent knowledge on how the how the body works. They explained how they would teach me which muscle's effect my shoulder problem. I know have a 15 minute morning workout that I know I must execute or the aches and pains will start to show up again.

I am so appreciative of the staff at this Synergy Anthem. I've been assigned to other Physical Therapists before and can't help but showcase this team specifically for the way that they've gone above and beyond for my care. They were extremely flexible with my schedule, executed a game plan that worked with my insurance deadline, and helped me execute, prevent, and maintain my body functions that allows me to show up for myself everyday. Thank you Synergy Anthem! Still using all the exercises taught to this day.

I highly recommend Synergy Physical Therapy for whatever for PT needs you may have. As someone living with chronic illness, PT has become an integral part of my treatment plan. I have tried other physical therapists in the past and have now found the best. Lauren at the Anthem location is as caring and compassionate as they come, and has the knowledge and experience to tailor the sessions to your specific and individual needs. She takes a vested interest in your improvement or recovery and I know I can rely on her encouraging and hopeful energy to get me through the tough parts. You are not just a number here! All of the staff cares, learns your name, checks on you and even go out of there way to learn your preferences or quirks to make you as comfortable as possible. Synergy is hands down the cleanest PT office I have used and the equipment is top of the line and varied. If individual attention and a family like feel is what your looking for, you've found it at Synergy.

I was fortunate enough to work with Lauren and the staff at the Synergy Physical Therapy Anthem location for two separate injuries. Each time Lauren has used her expertise and knowledge to help me recover and more importantly educate me on my injuries and underlying conditions. It is rare to find such a knowledgeable and friendly staff in the Vegas area and I cannot recommend the Synergy team enough. Everyday Lauren and team have a great attitude and provide a supportive and friendly environment for all their patients. They go beyond what is required and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family for their physical therapy needs. I cannot thank them enough for all of their help!

I cannot say enough good things about this physical therapy location and staff. I was referred by my orthopedic physician for a torn meniscus, and I have to admit that I thought it would be a total waste of time. I have tried PT for other injuries, but found it to be of no value.

From the initial evaluation by Scott to my last visit for therapy, I couldn't have been treated any better. Walking in that first day, I was greeted warmly by Miranda, always a big smile and a soft sweet voice.

Scott and his team are all very warm and obviously happy people to be in the profession. A big thank you to Scott, Tony, Miranda and Emily for making the experience fun and successful! Don't change a thing.

In October I had a Reverse Total Shoulder Replacement. After 3 weeks my surgeon said it was time for physical therapy. Since I couldn't drive yet, I looked for a center close to my home. I noticed the sign for Synergy Physical Therapy, stopped and got the number off their door and called them. First of all the person answering the phone, Lindsay, was very friendly and helpful in setting me up with an appointment. When I got there for that appointment, Ben, the therapist who was assigned to me came out and introduced himself. We went back into a room for a consultation and I felt completely at ease with Ben. To make a long story short, I spent 3 months at Synergy and will never go anywhere else. The 2 therapists, Ben and Scott, are very knowledgeable and considerate of your discomfort. The assistants, Tony, Korin and Riley, are always within an arms reach if you have questions or need help with your exercises. I highly recommend Synergy Physical Therapy!

When I started physical therapy at Synergy, I was suffering from muscle pain in my right calf. I'm a recreational runner but my calf pain was pretty much preventing me from running. Ben examined my leg and noticed scar tissue. For six weeks I received excellent care that focused on rehabilitating my calf and educating me as to the best way to prevent new injury. I truly enjoyed working with Ben and Tony. They were both very knowledgeable and fun to work with. Highly recommended.

This is the BEST!!! Alexis, Director, & her team are tops. I am recognized by all when I come in which is unlike other places. I tell whomever comes to me quickly first of my current problems & Alexis although maybe across the room hears everything & is there is a flash. The hours program is tailored to my needs & I always WALK OUT (limp in) feeling so much better with the pain gone or significantly reduced. My Name is Ann L. I am a 70 yr old women that has been seeing Alexis for my hip & back problems. This is not my first rodeo with PT but 1st experience working with Alexis. She has really been very patient and always looks for new ways to help the pain and problems I have been experiencing. If I am not able to do what is asked of me, Alexis always comes up with different things that work for me. I am SO pleased that I found this caring young women to work with me.
