Best Physical Therapy establishment and staff! I went there to recover from my LTKR surgery and after 6 months of 3x, then 2x sessions per week, my knee is fully functional and I feel confident to continue strength building on my own! I've been to many physical therapists over the years and Synergy has outperformed all of them. I was seen for a badly sprained ankle in the beginning of February, by mid March I was walking well, and by April I'm pretty much back to normal. I just finished my physical therapy program at this Synergy office today. Overall, it was a great experience, and I am pain free. They encourage me to challenge myself by gradually increasing the weights and the band strength. I am stronger and more confident in my movement today.

All the staff were professional and helpful. My main PT was Alvin. I worked with many PT assistants. The front office was always efficient. I think everyone works there really enjoy working with each other. It was a nice and enjoyable atmosphere.

I had ruptured my Tricep Tendon and had corrective surgery; I was provided a referral to Synergy Physical Therapy and came to the Blue Diamond location. Off the bat, they were an amazing PT team. Alex demonstrated a profound understanding of my challenges, having undergone a similar procedure one month after me on the opposite knee. The customized exercise routines were well-planned, and I found the exercises to be perfectly suited for my needs. My primary concern was the risk of falling while carrying my six-month-old up and down the stairs, but with the railings, I was able to overcome this fear. I just finished about 2 and a half months of physical therapy at Synergy Blue Diamond with Alvin. For reference, I was referred for a chronic pain issue rather than an injury or surgery.

This was my first time doing physical therapy so I did not really know what to expect. Alvin took the time to understand my condition and on each visit he would try to learn more about my triggers, what was helping and what wasn't. He was so knowledgeable and I really enjoyed working with him! After regular visits for the past few months I not only have less pain, I also have tools to manage my pain at home when symptoms do come up. I feel like I learned a lot too.

I also need to shout out the therapy assistants at this location. I was blown away by how friendly and patient they all were. I worked mostly with Danica, Josh and Grace but I know they have other team members as well. They always greeted me right away and remembered my name, and seemed genuinely happy I was there. It was a welcoming and positive environment. It sounds simple but things like that really go a long way in a health care setting. The staff here are always anticipating your needs, thinking about your safety and comfort, and available for questions.

I would not hesitate to return here for any future physical therapy needs, or refer my friends!

I had been unable to move my shoulder and could barely raise my arm without excruciating pain for about 4 months before I decided to do something about it. With targeted stretching and strengthening exercises for my shoulder, in 5 weeks I have full range of motion back and am able to move my arm and shoulder without any pain. My second time at Synergy did not change from my initial visit which was last year. The ones who still work there actually remembered me which shows how well they know their patients. As always, the crew there (Alex, Eddie (aka "Flex Pants"), Brittany, Abby, Eve and Jennifer) were very professional and personable. Attentive and helpful with their patient's needs. There was definitely a big improvement from day one until today, which was my last visit. I also ran into an old co-worker here which made my visits better also. I just completed my PT for a distal radius fracture that had to be surgically repaired. I was referred to Synergy by a friend and it was such a great experience. I completed the majority of my sessions with Alex but I also had the opportunity to work with Gina. They are both extremely knowledgeable on the type of injury I had. The variety of exercises they taught me to do individually and the one on one work with my wrist provided great results within a shorter timeframe than I had anticipated. Making an appointment with Eve was always easy and they are very flexible in working around busy schedules. The facility itself is very clean and the equipment is always sanitized by staff members before another person uses it. The staff that I worked with was Gina two of the assistants whose names I can't remember ‍(sorry ladies) and one of the students that Gina had.

The environment, patient experience and convenience of this location were top notch. the location in Henderson was a lot closer to me however it was an important to me to get started immediately as work could not wait. The Henderson location was at capacity so they informed me that the Blue Diamond location would be accepting immediately. Hence, I went there...nonetheless, the drive outside of Henderson to Blue Diamond was not at all bad and if anything helped clear my mind before I stepped foot into their facility to focus on myself.

The therapists & assistants are so professional and extremely well informed about the latest protocols and best practices. They consult with each other continually; and they are great about educating patients on the recovery process, correcting form and encouraging to all. Not only was I able to benefit from the staff at this location but also from the camaraderie with the other patients that were there on the same days and times that I was.

I I couldn't have been more appreciative on the day when I couldn't get a babysitter and they allowed me to bring my six-year-old...she played with Toby & everything was fine. I was still able to complete my physical therapy session that day.

I would recommend Synergy Blue Diamond location to anyone of any age or treatment scenario.

A+ experience with the Synergy PT staff at the Blue Diamond location. I came in as a new patient one day after my birthday. Melissa greeted me with a birthday card signed by the staff.
