What really impressed me about this Doctor is she takes the time to thoroughly go over the results of your exam and explains any questions that you may have. She also suggested different eye drops that I would need to use in the future and I did not seem at all rushed. I also in the past Have seen the other optometrist there and he is equally as efficient. I’ve been going there now for about five years and never have left there feeling disappointed.

I've been a patient of Dr Eng for more than 10 years and would not think about seeing anyone else. Dr. Eng found a macular hole in my eye on a routine visit that required immediate surgery and saved my eyesight in that eye. He's patient, understanding and gives you all the time you need if you have questions. He explains thoroughly what's going on with your eyes using your pictures and you'll leave knowing that you were in good hands. BTW, despite having insurance through work, I pay cash to see Dr. Eng. Nice friendly staff. I was treated with care and compassion. The Dr that treated me went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. I have Lupus as a result I suffer from extremely dry eyes. I forgot to wait around to wait for an eye drop recommendation. I was half way to the parking lot when the Dr.( not her staff) ran out with the name of the drops and walked with me to their location in the store. She also handed me free samples of various drops to try along with the recommended brand. I still use the drops to this day.

I can honestly and personally say the Dr Really is passionate about what he does. He took the time to explain the eye and how it functions and what measures can be taken to potentially regain my eye sight and protect it over time. They take great care of their work environment and the vibe is very positive from the moment you walk in. Love this office. Been mine & my son's optometrist for years now and won't go anywhere else. The staff has always been friendly, helpful & attentive. The doctor is excellent, friendly, very professional and very helpful about answering questions you might have. His prescriptions were always accurate to the tee w/o needing for a re-do or a second opinion unlike my old optometrist from the past. 15 years ago I was looking for an eye doctor, just wanted a new prescription and pair of glasses. Someone suggested the Eye Care Center at my local Walmart (Dr’s Eng and Tan). I thought to myself, this was going to be a mediocre experience, but what the heck.....I needed new glasses.
Boy was I surprised, I totally misjudged both Dr Eng and Dr Tan. Just because they practice at Walmart, it doesn’t make them “mediocre” in any way. In fact, my experiences with them over the past 15 years have been nothing but professional and excellence. All my exams and prescriptions have been right on point. When it came time to recommend that I be tested for macular degeneration (which runs in my family), Dr Eng tested me, but then referred me in to a specialist. He didn’t mess around with it, he had no problem handing me over to a retina specialist whom I continue to see to this day. What’s more, Dr Eng has called me to see how I’m doing, has researched answers for my questions and has “been there” for me.
I highly recommend these two knowledgeable and dedicated eye doctors to anyone seeking better vision and service. They are two of the best in their field.
