Helped me walk without pain again, after 15 year with other Docs. Clinic is busy and it helps to understand their Schedule. Days when team is in Surgery, yeah it may be difficult to get a hold of them. But they are professional and will help to solve spine problems. I never felt any pressure and was offered multiple treatment routes. Thanks Dr.Thalgott and the entire team that helped me through the process.

Dr. Thalgott and his entire staff are incredible. The best attentiveness I have ever had from a surgeon and staff ever, and this is definitely not even close to being my first surgery. I would not let anyone else operate on my neck then Dr. Thalgott.

The greatest surgeon I know. He is very attentive to his patient and knows how to get any pain under control. His staff is very helpful with appointments and any other needs. Thanks to all for a great experience through this hard time.

My visit today was extremely pleasant. I am an established patient of Dr. Thalgott for 26 years. He is a wonderful and caring doctor that has taken good care of me. His staff is also very helpful and caring as well. All of them are very much appreciated.

Staff were very nice and accommodating, and although the clinic was very busy this morning, I was in to see Dr. Thalgott within 10 minutes of my appointment
Time. Dr. Thalgott was also very nice and thorough, and would highly recommend his services for any spine related issues.

This bussiness never answers their phone always all day thing to get a hold of them, takes them 3 weeks to send out referrals.

I read the reviews and I was a little nervous about going there, however, all I found were kind and compassionate people from the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out. My wait in the lobby was maybe 20-25 minutes and that's because I had a stack of paperwork to fill out ( new patient). Waited in the room about 5-10 mins and in walks this very happy doctor that had no problem answering my questions and showed me all that the neck surgery would entail, he also has a nice sense of humor! I was very happy when I left and will go back again soon. I will update you with that appointment also.

It is STANDARD PROCEDURE for this doctor to keep his patients waiting THREE HOURS every time! No matter what time you set your appointment for - you WILL wait THREE HOURS. And his staff will act like you're the unreasonable one if you object to that. The staff is rude and uncaring, and it is very clear that Dr. Thalgott has no respect for his patients - not for their time, or their pain, or their lives! There are other doctors. Find one who doesn't treat his patients like cattle.

I'm not saying there was an emergency one time and I had to wait - what I am saying is that you will wait THREE HOURS every single time you go in for an appointment with him. And this is worth repeating - his staff is rude, uncaring, incompetent, and unpleasant to deal with even for the simplest interactions.
