I absolutely loved my experience at this clinic! From the moment I walked in, Ivana at the front desk was extremely sweet, kind, and welcoming. She was dressed beautifully and had such a warm, inviting spirit that immediately made me feel comfortable. She was so friendly and helpful, and honestly, she made my entire experience even better. It’s always nice when the first person you meet makes you feel genuinely welcomed!

I also want to give a huge thank you to Dr. Zayas for being so kind, patient, and thorough with me. We really like joints but be careful with who you get. We’ve stopped going to this location regularly because there’s consistently one guy we don’t like getting serviced from. He’s a big dready guy who says the same gimmick to anyone who comes in. “It’s because you have scoliosis” “feel my forearm and how soft my muscles are, now feel yours” he said these exact things to my bf on his previous visit. He seems to just have these dames pitches he thinks makes him seem like the expert and doesn’t really treat us like individual clients. Sorry dude you forgot who you already said your script to.

I was very hesitant on visiting a chiropractor for years. Dr. Yang has approached my chiropractic care with the upmost care, understanding my hesitancy and nervousness. I still stand by what I said about Dr. Yang—he is excellent, professional, and truly cares about his patients.

However, I need to address a frustrating experience I had today. After completing my 6th visit on my previous package, I was not told anything had changed at that time. It wasn’t until I came in today to purchase a new package that I was told I would now be charged as a walk-in first, and then expected to buy another 6-pack.

I’ve been a member for years, and this is the first time I’ve ever run into this. If this is a new policy, it should have been clearly communicated at my last visit—not after the fact when I returned.

That lack of transparency is disappointing and feels more like a sales tactic than patient-focused care. With how hard people are working to manage their finances right now, surprise changes like this are not acceptable.

Dr. Yang is great—but The Joint really needs to do better when it comes to communication and consistency.

My husband and I had the same experience as most of the one star reviews. We had two appointments scheduled for Sunday. We showed up and no one was in the reception area so we waited. Then a patient walked out, then I guess it was the Dr that walked out and we tell him we had appointments scheduled one after the other. He asked if we received a message which we had not. He tells us to give him a minute to see if he could log into the system as his front desk employees were not available . He then tells us that his supervisor asked if we could go to their other location on Blue Diamond because his front office staff was not available and he did not have a way to close us out as it would have been our first visit. From the time they opened in the morning and realized they wouldn’t be able to see us they didn’t have a single person like a supervisor, manager, owner or anybody that could have let us know no one would be available so we could have planned accordingly? Very unprofessional and disappointing.
Update: I received a few calls/voicemails to apologize and try to fix the situation. I appreciate that. Thank you.

I have visited most of The Joints across Las Vegas, and driving across town to see Dr Yang is always a highlight of the week. He does a few techniques that not many chiros here do (like this wild neck traction thing), and I just feel relief after. Also, he's so super kind! I work 6 days a week I try to use the fort Apache location I arrived there to be told there is no chiropractor there for the day so I drive to the rainbow location arriving 4 minutes past 4pm scan in and told they are now closed I explained the other location had no chiropractor which didn't make a difference I would not recommend the joint. The first visit they spend a few minutes talking with you after that it cookie cutter pop your back, neck and send you out the door within a matter of a minute or two. I will be cancelling the monthly and finding a chiropractor that actually gives a crap. Poor customer service.

I went to visit this location on Tuesday August 5th around 1:00 and it was closed I thought for a minute that I was just close for lunch hours however when I saw the window there was a notice saying that the whole office was going to be closed for the day because of the doctor was out of town so if you can please let people know ahead of time if they going to be close so we don't have to drive all the way there just to find out that the office is closed and also they don't answer the phone calls I've been calling the whole day on Tuesday they didn't answer the phone that's the reason why I start driving directions just to find out that the office was closed and then again I called again on Wednesday August the 6th and still nobody was answering the phone the whole day so there's no way that we know if the office is closed if they don't answer the phone and then we drove all the way to the office just to find out that the office is closed you know it took me about 30 minutes just one way to get over there to the office so the whole trip was an hour so if you will appreciate if you can please let us know reply that the office is let us know if the office is closed or it's open so we can go there thank you please let us know

The first chiropractor was great. He asked questions and seemed to know exactly how to help. He sold me on a plan and recommended multiple treatments. The second visit was a different man. He didn’t really ask questions and seemed to just yank on everything possible. He seemed nervous. I could barely walk for 3 days after the visit as my pain became progressively worse. Ive never had lower back pain before and now I do. I saw a third chiropractor at the Henderson location who was able to help a bit. I have a family member who has been my chiropractor for years until I moved here, so I’m familiar with treatment. I am also suffering from blurred vision and pins and needles now. I went back to the rainbow clinic today to see the first man but it was the guy who hurt me. No staff was at the counter and I asked him who I saw originally and he did not tell me his name, he just checked and said he’s there mon- Thursday. I can’t find anyone to speak with to voice my complaint, all phone numbers are just answering machines.

I would just like to say that Dr. Yang is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I started going to The Joint Chiropractic because of a back injury I obtained while sleeping, which was extremely bizarre btw, but nonetheless Dr. Yang and his outstanding staff were able to set me straight. I am feeling beyond better now and completely back (pun most certainly intended) his practice and recommend him to anyone interested is elevating their physical and mental health.

Being my first time at Joint Chiropractic, Mo at the front counter was helpful and explained all of my options very well. I went with the monthly plan that seemed to be the best value offer, and ultimately the best option to help me get better. Once in the room, the doctor listened to me about my issues and quickly pin pointed the trouble areas. I normally dont feel any pains ever. But, i was having lower back pain on the right side and after seeing doctor Yang i was healed immediately.

Been going about 2yrs. Staff is fantastic, and the Dr's are great. They are very attentive to my needs and always answer my questions plus you can't beat their package deals. I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 5 min. I am retired so buisness hours aren't an issue, but theyre open till 7 pm several days a week I believe. I've been to a few chiropractors in my life and these guys are the real deal. Also I have stage 2 spinal degeneration and Dr fong has kept me off pain meds and have been able to keep up my activities like auto mechanics and riding my quad. I really appreciate these guys.

Dr. Yang is truly a great chiropractor. I have personally recomended him to my friends. He runs one of the top Joint locations in the city. The Joint is a great organization that provides on demand chiropractic services to Las Vegas. The service is cheaper than paying the copay on your insurance and you do not need an appointment to get adjusted. Stop suffering with back pain and call them.
