I love this place! Dr. Bentley is the best chiropractor I have ever seen anywhere! And he is really nice too. My back had never felt this good before until I started under his chiropractic care. We took our dad in seeking treatment. He speaks English, although he is not completely fluent. My sisters and I were with him and are fluent in English and fully capable of helping translate any words or questions he may have difficulty understanding or expressing.

Despite that, we were turned away and told that he needed to see someone who speaks his language.

It was incredibly upsetting to watch our dad be denied care when his daughters were right there, willing and able to help him communicate. We understand the importance of clear communication in healthcare, but there should be a reasonable effort to accommodate patients who have family members present and able to assist.

No one should feel like they are being turned away simply because they don’t speak English perfectly. My dad deserved to be treated with dignity, compassion, and an effort to find a way to communicate with him—not simply sent away.

However, I would like to thank you because the doctor we went to see took incredible care of him.

Unfortunately, the old chiropractic office that I had gone to for years had closed their business. I joined the monthly program and have been a patient at The Joint for about 4 months now and couldn’t be happier. I bounced around a bit to find that one Chiropractor that could adjust me like my old Chiropractor, as I’m a difficult patient and only a certain technique with a good rotation can adjust my neck.
I found that Chiropractor at the Montecito Marketplace location. Dr Bentley is the man and I always get a great adjustment from him and feel great when I walk out of their front door.
Shawn at the front desk is always friendly and helpful and Dr Bentley is my new “To go to Doc!”
I also like the fact that if I travel to a neighboring state, I can grab an adjustment while out of town, if needed.

This place is a ripoff, I thought I was signed up for a 3 Month adjustment plan I just found out they been charging me 35 bucks a month since Oct 25 and it's April 2026 now. My boyfriend came here Saturday March 14th, 2026 to get cracked because he has been having headaches, upon coming in we were greeted by Shawn at the front desk who assisted with getting him checked in and paperwork started,

I had real bad syatica pain in my left leg/lower back. My leg would be numb and sometimes I couldn’t walk. I have been going to the chiropractor since I was 14 years old and I haven’t been able to find a good chiropractor here in Las Vegas since I moved two years ago. I was in excruciating pain when I walked into the office on Durango and when I walked out of the office, my pain was relieved for the first time in about a month. I walked in twelve minutes before closing, and I was told at first that I could not be seen because I had to renew my paperwork as it was close to closing time. As a patient looking for care, I am not concerned about the staff wanting to get off work at 7PM. Their concern should be for the patient first. So even if someone walks in at 6:59, they should still be seen. The doctor who worked on me also did a lousy adjustment. I asked her if she could go over my low back again as she only adjusted once. She said that it had moved. I have been getting chiropractic since 2000. I can feel when my back moves. I didn’t feel like they were putting me first and that they did not have the right attitude to be in this type of profession.

They really do show an interest in the ‘why’ patients go to get work. I have *insert issue here* and Dr Bentley does an absolutely fantastic job ensuring that *location* gets the appropriate treatment before sending on my way. There might be a short line sometimes, but each patient gets the same level of care and attention. I always leave feeling like I have had my needs cared for. Im very pleased with the care and the results from my care provider here.

And Shawn does a great job both greeting and sending us on our way with all applicable information and a smile.

Update: 4 stars because the facility does not have a privacy wall (or pony wall) to separate waiting patients from patients getting treatment. Interaction with patients getting treatment from waiting patients should not be tolerated by the staff either by saying something or with signs. While some people might just want routine maintenance, some people are getting treatment from a medical professional regarding sensitive and legitimate medical issues.

Still love the interaction with Dr Bentley. He cares for each patient and gives them attention and treatment. Facility just needs work.

I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Bentley. This was my first adjustment and I feel amazing! Although I have more sessions to accomplish, I feel like years of compact pain has been released. I look forward to continuing my sessions. I have a goal of relieving me of my pain and helping correct my posture! I believe this will do just that.

Dr. Bently fixed my hip problem and knee pain in one visit. My primary complaint was my upperback (which he resolved too) but i did not expect that i can run without a brace now. And i can feel the comfort of my expensive running shoes, i really thought my shoes was trash up until i saw dr. Bently. This is all I can do to show appreciation, thank you Dr. Bently!

I’ve been going to the joint over a year and I have seen a lot of good doctors. I have had a pinch in my mid lower back the past month and a half. (It effects my job as a dental hygienist and sleep and just daily enjoyment of life)I saw Dr. Myerson for the first time at the Durango clinic who was supposed to be at the north Vegas clinic but the ac wasn’t working. So I am grateful for the AC not working because it was one of the best adjustments I’ve ever had. (I grew up in chiropractor offices with my mom being a massage therapist and I know the joint is a convenient place to get quick relief without needing an appointment)I got Immediate relief from the pinch in my mid lower back along with the constant sciatic pain (I didn’t even mention because I’m use to it). Super thankful for Dr. Myerson for treating me like a patient and not just the next patient. I hope you stay around. Also want to mention Dr. Russeau who I saw in Summerlin but no longer a convenient location for me to go to, he also gives amazing adjustments and great patient care catered to the pain or wellness adjustment you need.

Went here looking for some help with my back to just relieve the pain that day and the guy that helped me just made me roll down on the table and come back up while holding my knees and didn’t actually do anything to help me. It literally didn’t do anything and I paid $80+ for something I could have done at home. Also the name of this place fits perfectly because I am pretty sure the dr who “helped” me smoked a joint before he came into work that day. Not something I want to be smelling…it was not a fun experience and I don’t feel like the dr I was seen by had a license or maybe he was just too high because I could have gotten away with the crap he tried to “adjust” me with. Terrible place and too expensive.

You seldom meet a doctor at the Joint Chiropractor that is not there to just adjust you quickly but with Dr. Bentley, he is very detailed when explaining what’s happening to your body and what you can do to not aggravate the pain. He will suggest after care like hot compress or TENS. He is very good in adjusting. We felt very comfortable and we TRUST him!

I started going here due to back issues and a pinched nerve. First time ever using a chiropractor. Now I see why people go, it really works!
