Yesterday my son had some dental work done. Including 2 extractions due to crowding. Dr. Milne and Jasmine were the ones to do his work. They are absolutely amazing at making both of us feel safe, and in good hands. I recommend them 100%. Granted my son is pretty brave but I believe the whole atmosphere gives off a very pleasant vibe. The game room was a fun way for me and my son to enjoy waiting for his sedative to kick in. We love this dentist.

They are my kids' first dentists and continue to be. I have not had any major issues and they are close to my house. The parking lot where this office is located seems to have no open business, just a ghost town of a strip mall area. The plus side is there is always parking. The dental office gives out ice cream or candy, which seems to be antithetical to teeth protection but who knows. We never ate that.

They have a little game room which my daughter loves, even though her legs are too short to drive the cars. And we never waited that long either, which is excellent.

Now that my older child is four they seem to be doing a more extensive cleaning with her. With my toddler they said to just do my best with the brushing, which I have not been able to do well and now they both have one cavity each!! In between the teeth. I'm pretty upset about it but I've been doing better with brushing twice a day now and flossing at night. So hopefully these will be their last cavities. The staff have always been nice and I feel like they do a good job with the kids' teeth. Hopefully now that I'm consistent with their oral care we won't be having any more cavities.

I’ve been bringing my family to this dental office since my oldest was 13. Over the years, we’ve trusted them with everything—from braces to major dental procedures that required my child to be put under. Up until recently, our experience had always been exceptional.

However, within the past year, things have taken a serious turn—and not for the better.

New policies are now being enforced unfairly, using missed appointments from BEFORE the rule change as grounds to label us “noncompliant.” I was told my child missed three appointments, which is absolutely incorrect. I am extremely diligent when it comes to scheduling and canceling appointments—I don’t take that lightly.

In fact, I clearly remember missing an appointment in February due to an emergency at the funeral home where I work. I felt terrible about it. Yet Vanessa dismissed my concerns entirely, stating that because I couldn’t recall the name of the staff member I spoke to over a year ago, there was “nothing she could do.”

To make matters worse, she went on to say that we should have been discharged as patients last year. No empathy. No effort to understand. No accountability.

We were never notified—by mail or otherwise—about any policy changes. You do not treat loyal families this way after over a decade of trust and commitment.

What was once a warm, family-oriented practice now feels cold and profit-driven. Vanessa didn’t even bother asking why my son needed an urgent appointment—that alone speaks volumes.

I will not be recommending this office again.

Just took my 6 year old for an extraction and fillings and Dr. Milne, Jasmine, and all the receptionists were very attentive, they explained everything with care and my little one even got an extra coin for their toy machine! 😇 they have a nice playroom for the kids and the service was just beyond exceptional! thank you to everyone at The Kids Dentist!

100% kid friendly! They make it very comfortable for kids. The staff is super friendly and professional. They have an arcade, frozen yogurt machine, plenty of Popsicles, and a fridge full of bottled water. I have zero complaints and am so happy to have found them. Dr Milne and Meleny were AMAZING!

My son’s first visit went really well! The entire office was super friendly and my two year old wasn’t even the tiniest bit nervous! The office was very clean, everything was explained to him so that his little 2 year old mind would understand. The hygienist was gentle and talked to him through the entire process. This is truly one of the BEST kids dentist in all of las Vegas NV. Both my kids 3yrs and 15yrs old go here, they been going here almost two years now. I wouldn't go anywhere else. So how did I not know about this place!? Not only do they make their office kid friendly and inviting.... but the staff is AMAZING!! Very friendly made my kids feel extremely comfortable! We saw Dr. Viss, she explained everythig to me, ensured she answered any questions or concerns I had. She also ddressed my kids concerns directly, from the 13 yr old to the 3 yr old!

Not to mention...they have an AMAZING strawberry ICE CREAM!! That the kids can have when they're all done!

On another plus, if ortho is needed, they also offer that service there instead of having to be referred elsewhere!

The girl at the front office on 7/2/24 was not friendly at all. Seemed as though I was interrupting her while she was busy on her cell phone . Gave off the vibes that she did not want to bothered while I was checking in my child and asked a question regarding my insurance. Other than that the dentist is amazing. Took my daughter here for her first ever dentist visit, and I must say I was impressed.
For starters, they have a small arcade with free games for the children to play while they wait for their appointment. My daughter was excited to see that.
Second, they have tvs above every dental chair for the children to stay occupied / distracted while they have dental work done, that was also very cool.
We were greeted by the dentist’s assistant Ana. She was extremely kind and sweet to my daughter, making sure she was not afraid or anything. She was very gentle when getting the x-rays of my kid’s teeth, and overall a very positive influence to have at that establishment.
Dr. Milne was the one to perform the teeth cleaning for my kid, and was also very kind & friendly. He made sure my kid was perfectly fine throughout the encounter, and he was able to explain things to me about my kid’s teeth easily so I could understand.
Then after, they let my daughter pick a toy out of a little treasure chest box, which made her very happy.
Overall we had a great experience here, and will definitely be continuing to go to this location for all future appointments for my daughter. 5 stars for everything, I was very satisfied with this visit.

I’ve been looking for a good dental place for my children. Liberty Dental Plan of NV had their list of children dental and I was comparing where I wanted to bring my kids. I read the reviews on them and I liked what I was reading. So I got there, checked in, liked the fact all paperwork was online when they send you the portal, and kids got there deep cleaning. My oldest son still had 2 baby teeth stuck in his mouth. And was intertwined with his permanent teeth so Dr. Milne was patient with my son. I explained to him that my oldest son doesn’t lie needles and if he had other options… and he did. My son got the laughing gas and he put the numbing jell on his teeth to see if it would work. But unfortunately my son still felt it… so they had to do the needle and my son did not feel a thing… he was so distracted from watching a movie and having Ana (Dr. Milne assistant) talking to him step my step on what’s going on in both a very calm manner… I couldn’t ask for a better Doctor and staff in my life… they are super nice and patient with us. They also have an ice cream machine for them to eat after the clean up. And while I was doing by paperwork my kids was playing in the small Arcade so the kids won’t be bored waiting. It was really cool!

I absolutely love this location. It may not be as "nice" as Henderson, but I genuinely enjoy the staff a million times better (yes, I've been to both locations). Dr Shaw is an absolute joy. He spends adequate time and really wants to make sure he's making the right choices for me and my mouth. Jose is an AMAZING assistant. I never want any other assistant working on me. He remembers personal tidbits and jokes around. Kara and Alex are both so welcoming as soon as I walk in the door. If either two of them are near the front, I don't even have to introduce myself to whomever is at the front counter. My only complaint is that several times the receptionist has been a bit rude (not making eye contact, smiling, being short, etc) when I've been there.. but she's not one who usually is at that location. Vanessa on the other hand, is super adorable and great!
Thank you guys! I'm glad that I get to spend the next three years of my ortho experience with y'all. I chose correct :)

The best experience ever!!!! My daughter has extremely bad dental anxiety. She was in need of a dental exam and braces. We were out and about when I noticed the Wirig Orthodontics sign. I was able to talk her in to stopping by. When we walked in everyone dropped everything to greet us and show us around. I have never been anywhere where every single person was over the top nice, help, understanding, caring, knowledgeable until Wirig Orthodontics. The technology was very impressive. Then they also have great games and contests. MY daughter LOVED it!!! Three days later, she had her new braces on and is doing great. Her second appointment is soon and she is excited to go back. Anyone who knows my daughter was amazing with how much they help her/us. Another thing I loved was they didn't pressure me/us at all. Would recommend to anyone, any age, any time!!!! I would give them a million stars if I could! My toddler is on the spectrum and has been turned away from countless offices in the Las Vegas area. Not only is this office clean and well organized but the staff is truly stellar. The assistant Ana and Dr. Viss are truly hidden gems so don’t sleep on this place! I had an appointment I waited for over 1 month. The day of the appointment this establishment sent me a reminder text and I have so many things going on. My baby had gotten out of surgery 5days ago. I only payed attention to the last reminder they sent me and I copy and pasted the dentistry name from the last reminder onto Google, it lead me to a dentistry in Henderson so I made my way over there although I live in spring valley I thought it was my mistake to have booked with an office so far. On my way there my sister calls me to talk and upon talking we realize I was headed to the wrong office. As I was half way to the Henderson office I called The Kids Dentistry and let them know of my confusion with the text message and I would be about 13min late. The lady over the phone said they had a grace period of 10min I asked her for 3 more minutes because I have twins and I will make it on time but getting my babies out of the car alone and bringing out the double stroller with a diaper bag takes at least 3min. The lady over the phone was not understanding and told me I would just have to reschedule due to the 3min and kept telling me I was wrong that she could see the text messages sent to me and everything was correct , but it wasn't! Anyways I won't be coming here ever. For 1 reason they sent me the wrong name of the office 2. They tried to tell me that they did not and 3. They really couldn't wait 3min ? That's absurd.

Wirig orthodontics is honestly the best orthodontics there is they are awesome. They have the best staff there is every one is nice and helpful. I had more than 5 broken brackets and had to pay 25$ but didn't have the money then they said don't worry about it just come in so we can fix that bracket. I love this place!!!! :)

The doctor was horrible, we transferred from out of state and needed to find a new orthodontic doctor for my daughter. The first Orthodontist we seen was awesome and had a great plan, this doctor was the total opposite, said we need to remove a bunch of teeth and there was no way of saving her over bite and that she needed to be on treatment for much longer!! Horrible! I will NEVER go to this place or recommend anyone take their kids here!!

Dr. Wirig and his team are the absolute best at what they do, I would like to think of them as my dental family :). They are clean, organized, and possibly the sweetest people you would ever want to handle something as important as your teeth- they welcome you with open arms, or if you leave and come back (like I did) they don't push you away, they continue right where they left off. I just want to say as a “professional” place for you guys to go out your way to call cps and not only that make some very rude remarks is insane. It’s giving definitely some type of racism your guys are disgusting and judgmental. If I could leave you a zero star I would. Horrible service. They scheduled appointments without my permission and then when I called to reschedule they rescheduled the wrong appt that they made on their own without my approval. They wouldn't see her for her cavity and pushed out months and just said to bad.

So thankful for all the staff at the kids dentist at meadows lane! From the front desk, to the dental assistants, to the doctor! Everyone is so welcoming and professional. My 5 year old daughter had a cavity, and they made it the most comforting experience ever! The doctor is extremely gentle, and and moves with grace 🙏🏻We look forward to continuing our visits with this location and staff :)

Todo muy bien y rápido, el dentista habla español y puede uno comunicarse perfecto, es muy consciente y amable. Hacen lo posible por no lastimar ni quitar dientitos que no es necesario solo por cobrar. En otros lugares solo iban a lo fácil.
