They were always so accommodating for appointments. The best person here was Chanel Smith, the massage therapist. She always listened to what was bothering me and adjusted her technique to help the pain in my back. I feel like because her I recovered faster and felt more relief. What a fantastic clinic! Every time I come the wait is very minimal , they are quick to get me to the back to start my therapy! The physical therapist at the clinic is not doing a good job. She lacks work ethic and enthusiasm, unlike the other friendly staff. She doesn't even bother to call me by my correct name, even though it is written on my packet. Sometimes, she doesn't even acknowledge my presence. She is always texting on her watch and walking away. She has a bad attitude, and it seems like she gets angry when I forget the stretches in between visits. When she does talk to me, she talks to me like I'm a dog. Other patients complain when she leaves the room. I wish I could switch clinics so that I never have to see her again.

I loved coming here after my accident back in May of 2020. I always felt welcome and cared for. The staff is amazing. The appointment times are flexible for anyone. If I was ever late all I did was call and let them know. There was never an issue with them for 3 & 1/2 months! If I ever need care like this again, I'm definitely coming back here.
