The crew that works here are the sweetest! From the second you walk in the door Kelly and Melissa make you feel at home. Kenna, Amber, Eddie, and Daniel are amazing and make the healing and recovery process that much easier. I actually look forward to coming here 3 days a week. Honestly, my experience at this place was terrible. From the moment you walk in, the first thing you notice is the attitude at the front desk: sour faces, zero friendliness, and a very uncomfortable vibe. They make you feel completely unwelcome.
The customer service leaves a great deal to be desired. The staff members are rude, unprofessional, and seem to have absolutely no interest in helping or providing good service.
Furthermore, if you speak Spanish, this is definitely not a place I would recommend. There is a complete lack of consideration and attentive service for the Hispanic community, which is deeply disappointing.
All in all, this is a place I do not recommend whatsoever. There are far better options out there where you will actually be treated with respect and professionalism.

My wife and myself,after the rear end collision of our vehicle with the vehicle declared a total, were literally panciked without knowing how to move further in our day to day life with so much pain.
Luckily, one of our friend recommended Neck and Back for our therapy.
At the outset, both of us were impressed with the Neck and Back facilities in the South west branch in Spring mountain Road, Lasvegas.
The Doctors, administrative staff, traineers, therapists were kind and caring,which made us feel at home, and we never missed out on our weekly appointments to learn the exercises and go through all the therapies.

Edson, Alexa, and Jocelyn are EXCEPTIONAL workers and are the DEFINITION of CARE THAT CARES! The whole team honestly!!! I just had the most interaction with these 3 people… Edson and Alexa are GREAT conversationalist…. This is an environment where people have experienced something so traumatic and they do not discriminate anyone experience and instead give them the A+ service we deserve! Edson is so kind to his patients! I have been watching him attentively and see how easy going and smooth he is with every individual and that is an AMAZING quality to posses that most people are unable to effectively achieve day by day. Same with Alexa! She communicates to me VERY well and is so kindred and kind and raises my spirits each visit I come. Jocelyn has been a gift to me… I thought I just had to “suck up” each experience I’ve had and just let it go…. When she stood there and listened…. And took action…. I was speechless because that’s something I would do. And I told her that, I rarely see people like me in the medical industry… always willing to go above and beyond like she did for the sake of our patients CARE and EXPERIENCE….
I have so much more to say but this is an AMAZING practice that CARES.

During my visits here i am pleased to say That all the employees are very friendly, welcoming and helpful,
The customer service over the phone or personal visit is above of what i expected specially during covid season and i have to come in with my toddler,
After almost 3 months My lower back is totally better thanks to Dr.Hung as well that gives me ideas to make it better quickly even if I missed my appointment and just do a home remedy.

This location has the best staff, they always had my chart ready when I arrived for appointments, never had to worry about the office not answering their phones. They answered every time I called if I needed to reschedule or wasn’t able to attend. They are very flexible with work schedules. All staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, they really care about their patients and are attentive. Dr. K. Hung is great and understanding with patients. After having an accident you hope for a speedy recovery with minimal to no complications after and he certainly does just that. Definitely will recommend to any Las Vegas resident.

I was in a accident some time ago and I never wrote a review. Well here it goes. Nothing but 5 stars. From the moment you walk in they treat you like family. Very odd for a chiropractor office but they did. I always felt comfortable and welcome, besides when I had to deal with one person there named Garlene. She just always seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered and had that “rbf”Other than her, everyone else was top notch. I never felt rushed or pushed to do any exercise that I couldn’t handle. Even the front counter ladies were so awesome. Everyone knew me by name. The massage therapist Erica was always the highlight of my day. Too bad they don’t let you schedule an hour massage non insurance with her. She was so awesome.
I felt doing the exercises was a benefit from other chiropractors I’ve been to before that didn’t utilize anything but xrays and neck cracking. This place makes everything so easy. It was a very sad day when my time here was done. No more Erica.

After being in a terrible car accident, it was refreshing to visit an office that not only took care of me and treated my injuries, but also had compassion and treated me like family. I never had to wait more than 10 minutes to see my doctor and the entire staff was friendly, knowledgable and professional in every way. Neck and Back Clinics also offered massage therapy as part of my treatment program.....would definitely recommend!
