I came here to get help. The staff harassed me and encouraged patients to harass me. They violated HIPPA and told patients detailed information about my case. biggest culprits was josh. Don't go here.

I have 2 stay here now. First stay 4 stars no real discharge plan. Their idea of a discharge plan is to make you have transportation to leave, have place to go too and sheet with 7 hills and desert parkway PHP and IOP no help getting enrolled in them. Second stay I was assaulted on my first day in B pod no one de-escalated person when things started at dinner. I had to demand to be transferred to a different pod or discharged, care was minimal no real ice packs glove with ice was best option, did get CT scan, ibuprofen/nsaids for pain. Only one tech and nurse showed they care everyone else treated me like it was a burden for me to be there or I caused the assault. Food if you have a special diet like gluten free good luck. The first 2 days I no options. I had hamburger for lunch and dinner when I was given a Gluten free option.

Do not let your child be admitted into this facility. You will not be one bit satisfied with the treatment results. We just spent the last 7 weeks begging and pleading on 7 different requests each week to have our child released. Now we have to pay for private nursing services as a condition of the release. 208.00 now per day to have our child released!
You will lose any parental rights you think or thought you should be entitled too. Guess what you don’t. They take control and will not release your child despite your pleas to do so.

Great staff all around very caring and on top of things. Food was best hospital food I’ve had and rooms are nice with a shower. First time going to such a place and couldn’t ask for a better experience
