I have had nothing but helpful service and good experiences from Dr. Delgado-Almanario for the last couple years with my daughters. She is caring and kind and listens to her patients. Her staff is friendly and takes care of things I need immediately, and gets me in for appts very timely (especially if there's a problem). I trust this provider and recommend her to others.

Used to be a good place but the staff upfront has changed. It's a major inconvenience for them when you want to check in or make a appointment. I followed the doctors orders to make a appointment for the next week and double checked they had the right pharmacy on file. Well they have no record of a appointment and told me I was lying, why on earth would I lie? When I went to get the prescription the pharmacy never got one. I understand people make mistakes but do not call me a lier because you messed up. The doctor is great but if the issues continue we will find another doctor.we have been going here for 7 years.

Friendly, but not adequate for patient treatment, my child was barley examined for a annual check up- and has existing condtions. Will not return and do not recommend if you care for your kids

Been taking our kids here for 5 years, Dr. Delgado is caring and kind with them. Not sure what the other reviewers are talking about, we usually get in and out including waiting, doctors visit, and shots in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

Love Dr. Stella and staff. She has been my son's Pediatrician for the last 12 years. My son has been through 2 other Pediatrician's before attending to Dr. Stella's office where she found out my son had fluid behind his eardrum, which delayed his speech impediment at the age of 2. She sent him out for a referral to an ENT (Ear Nose Throat), and found out it was mild. She spends enough time on his check ups, questions, and recommendations if I have any concerns. With yearly flu shots she will ask, and now my son is old enough I let him make the decision. He loves visiting with Dr. Stella and her staff is so kind, as well as Dr. Stella. There is one girl who has been with her staff since my son has been a patient since day 1. I couldn't ask for a better pediatrician for my son, yes some days may seem a little faster if she does have a few extra patients, but she will always do her best to make sure your child(ern) are well suited before leaving. Thank you Tri-Star Pediatric for doing what your doing. Highly recommended.

My daughter was in need of a physical and vaccinations, everyone was nice,and helpful, I went early expecting it to be a long appointment considering we were new patients, but no,Dr,and staff were quick,and efficient. Definitely recommend Tri-star pediatrics.

I recently moved from Washington DC to Henderson NV and chose Tri-Star pediatrics as my daughters pediatrician.
The wait time is horrible!! 30 min to an hour. And they have the nerve to ask for payment upfront! I will be switching pediatricians. What bothers me most is Dr. Stella reffered my daughter to a speech therapist and totally forgot that she did when I followed up with her about it, I was very disappointed. She seemed to be more interested in leaving the room. The staff seem nice but clueless, I work in customer service and customer experience. So for a patient to have to ask the receptionist how long is the wait time, that means the front desk failed at communication and that should unacceptable!

Do not leave a message after hours This office does not return phone calls if your child is sick.... doctor does not catch any signs of illness!!!! Not recommended!!!

We moved from another state where I absolutely hated my son's doctor. He is very particular about who he trust. We have been going to dr. Delgado since 2013 and both my boys love her. She is always patient with them and very sweet.

I have been taking my kids to Dr Delgado for about 5 years my kids enjoy going to see her. The wait is actually not that bad, compared to most. She always takes care of my kids when they are sick no matter what. I have made appointments for one and when I get there my other child is sick she would see them both together. All I have to do is let her staff know that way they could pull his file. Her staff are helpful and make you feel welcome. Great job! ! ;-)

Dr. Delgado is pretty good with my children. The wait in the lobby is about 20-30 minutes and in the back room it's about 10 minutes. Dr. Delgado is in the back room with you about less then 5 minutes. She's quick. As long as she gives my children the medication they need I don't mind. What I mind is that I took my child to get looked at and I had to bring my younger child along. My oldest was getting checked out by the Dr. and my youngest was also sick but not as bad as the oldest, well Dr. Delgado did not go out of her way to even take a look at my youngest child. I've been to 2 other Doctors(out of state drs) and they will do this types of things, go out of their way. This is why I give it a 3 star.

Eventhough it's hard to find a great Pediatrician for you kids,meeting her & have all my kids come to her office even when she was first starting out.....I'm grateful that she's not just helpful,she cares of what she do.She also takes her time getting to know each child character,she builds a trust!She doesn't rush her patients out like some Doctors so they can just get paid!! I Thank Her & All HER Staff for being such a great team
