Every appointment was efficient, 5 or 10 mins each checkup. Rescheduling is made easy with a phone call, and also gives reminders a day prior to the appointment. If there were any problems with a set, calls were fast and easy to provide solutions.- Magi

I love the office set up. The waiting area is my favorite. I can either be on a big table if I need to work on my computer & iPad at the same time, or in a small table with high chair for more privacy or the couch if I want to relax while waiting. My son love the gaming area. People are very courteous and accommodating from the front desk/receptionist to the dental assistants. Dr. Truman, well for me, a well run office is always a reflection of its owners.

Two kids went through double treatments with Dr.Truman. Staff is always pleasant and friendly. Overall a positive experience. Staff always does their best to get patients in for broken brackets or bands. Prices especially for replacement retainers have drastically gone up. Disappointed we didn’t get before and after pictures of treatment like we use to or a photo with Dr. Truman. They will email them upon request but was always nice to see the progress in a folder upon removal.

We had our consultation today and the whole office was so nice. They have arcade games, snacks, and coffee in the waiting area, in addition to friendly and helpful staff. My kids enjoyed the complimentary arcade machines, as well as the gifts they were given after their braces were put on. The check in process is seamless every single visit, and the gals at the front desk are always extremely polite in the greetings. I love when I get Robyn for my visits, she makes checking the progress of my teeth quick and easy, and is so knowledgeable in answering all of my questions! Not to mention she has incredible customer service in asking how things are going my outside of my Invisalign.

My three sons saw Dr. Zachary Truman in Henderson for their braces. After finishing his treatment, my oldest son had a sports accident. Dr. Truman coordinated with our oral surgeon and dentist for care that included braces for a second time.
I chose to pay up front for each of the children. When I changed jobs, new orthodontic benefits became available. Dr. Truman’s office refunded the amount the new insurance covered.
Appointments are easy to make. The staff makes an effort to schedule around school and other activities. Appointment confirmations and reminders are sent by text.
The office is clean and well decorated. The lobby includes tables with chairs, an arcade game for the kids, and a gourmet coffee dispenser that includes hot chocolate. That said, the wait is never long. Parents are welcome to go back with the kids and there’s ample seating available.
Dr. Truman is knowledgeable and kind. He and his staff willingly answer questions and explain treatment. You’ll be hard pressed to find a more efficient office with such a pleasant atmosphere.
Dr. Truman is quite precise about the outcome of the treatment. Thanks to him, my three sons have beautiful smiles. I give Dr. Truman my highest recommendation.

We loved our experience with Dr Truman! He's a fabulous orthodontist that is a perfectionist at what he does. From every step through the process (assessment to removal) was very positive. His entire staff is nothing but nice and kind and you can tell they love their jobs. His office is very clean and welcoming. I love that I can text them when I have questions (not answered by a robot/machine). They do everything they can to work around your schedule. There are some appointments that you have to do with specific timing, and they do what they can to make those work as well. It doesn't always align but they try. Even keeping you on the call/cancel list if something comes up. We were extremely happy with the end result. Just a heads up, ensure you talk about retainers up front. There is a pretty significant cost (higher than others) for replacement. They offer insurance but also pricey. You do get a pair post braces. Just make sure you have the info so you're not surprised near the end. Other than that, you won't regret going to Truman.

Truman Orthodontics is honestly such a well run business. They knock it out of the park in every way. They make my kids look forward to coming in for their appointments!

Our first experience was with Lauren for our consultation and I can not say enough good about her. She was kind and attentive to my kids and made them feel special. We had several different appointments with my youngest 3 kids. We brought the oldest of the 3 in first and then the youngest 2 a few weeks later. Every night at dinner we share the high and low of the day and Lauren was literally the high of all 3 of them. VISITING THE ORHTO WAS THE BEST PART OF THEIR DAY?!?!?

Dr Truman is just as awesome. He is very kind and personable and extremely good at what he does. We brought our oldest to him about 4 years ago and everything went perfect, our second is midway through the process. Our youngest 2 are going to keep coming in for yearly checks until they are ready to go.

I write a lot of reviews but not many places are as awesome as this orthodontist. They have a great business plan, great people, great service. I wish I was as good at what I do as these guys are at what they do.

10/10 experience during treatment
.... but 0/10 if I could for my experience after treatment.

During my time as a patient, everything went very smoothly. Dr. Truman is super great, personable, kind, and knowledgable about what he does. The assistants I worked with were also very great! Scheduling was easy, and I really had no problems throughout my treatment.

The biggest slap in the face for me was after I "wasn't a patient" anymore. The retainers given to me kept breaking even though I was super careful (part of the reason is also the shape of my teeth but they don't care), and if you're not buying their insurance plan, be prepared to pay a LOT of money for new retainers. Their retainers are nowhere compared to Vivera which are much sturdier yet they charge almost the same. I wear my retainer every night and I had tiny gaps form within the first two years and the office was very reluctant to try and help me with my concerns. Be prepared to be charged for everything after 1 year. (PSA: There are orthodontists in the area that offer LIFETIME retainers and checkups with treatment. Not here.) When I spoke with Leah, she was incredibly rude and made me feel like my problems were my own, and even though I had spent money with them, if I needed anymore help with my teeth, I would have to pay more money just to be considered a patient again.

I highly recommend Truman Orthodontics in Henderson, NV. I completed my Invisalign from start to finish over the course of a couple years. Each visit I had was easy, quick and for the most part painless. The staff and Dr. Truman were always friendly and compassionate. During my care with Truman Orthodontics, I had a family tragedy where my house burnt down and I loss my family dogs and most of my belongings. They were so kind and empathetic throughout the ordeal. When any issue arises (from retainer issues to rescheduling), I also feel that the staff is flexible and solution-oriented. Truman Orthodontics was such a pleasant, easy, smooth experience with braces for my 12yr old Mackenzy. The whole office staff and the ortho techs were incredible and so very professional, kind, and understanding. The part I love the most though is that Dr. Truman was so personable with all his patients. But he made you feel like you were his favorite every time he spent time with us explaining Kenzy's progress and the direction we were going in next. And I'm sure he did that with all his patient's; made them feel like they were his favorite because that is how kind and gentle he was. Not only could the parents sit back there and watch and comfort your child when they intially put on the braces, but every appointment, you were able to be present for your child and I think that is important to both your child who is nervous and the parent who wants to be there to comfort them. My daughter had a severe under bite where her bottom teeth would cover her top and you should see her smile now!!! She looks so gorgeous!! Kinda biased opinion but man Dr. Truman did a good job!! We are so happy with the whole process and the results speak for themselves. If you are looking for a exceptional orthodontist for pediatric and even adults go see Dr Truman in Henderson. Going through orthodontic treatment as an adult isn't exactly enjoyable but I wouldn't have choose any other facility but Truman Orthodontic in Henderson. From my initial exam to the final removal of braces, Dr. Truman and his team treated me with gentle kindness and caring. I always came with questions, which if not answered by knowledgeable staff, were addressed by the Doctor during each visit (even though that's a hoppin' place full of patients.) Speaking of staff, they are a great team who develop relationships with the patients; you are not a number but a person under their care. A big shout out to Tristan, who took me under her wings and cared for me along my brace journey. She made each visit special and now I can say we are truly friends! I've been impressed with Dr. Truman and his ENTIRE staff since the moment I walked in with my daughter for her braces consultation. The office area was spacious, clean, comfortable, entertaining and contained some surprising amenities. The consultation was done in a very professional, but easy to understand manner with NO sales pressure, I couldn't believe it! The day of the appointment went without a hitch! From an ontime start, to a speedy, but thouroght finish. The technician was very gentle and made my 9 year old feel at ease. She was doing so well, that at no time did I expect Dr. Truman to stop by my daughter's chair/work area, but he did! There were 8-10 patients getting work done and Dr. Truman stopped at every single one, checking the work, answering questions, and make us feel not only welcome, but that the right decision in choosing his practice. Our family has had a great experience with Truman Orthodontics - Henderson. Our son (who is in college now) has beautiful teeth thanks to Dr. Truman. Now our daughter is getting her beautiful smile. He had traditional braces, but she’s going with Invisalign because she has bonding on two front teeth. I was worried about risk of breaking the bonding, so Dr. Truman and his staff helped us find the best solution for us. Very happy with this provider. Appointments were easy to schedule and once in the office they very rarely ran behind. I liked that they gave us an option of traditional braces or Invisalign and did not try to force us into a certain option. I always heard great things about Truman ortho my treatment was fine staff was nice until I had a small balance I offered to make payments they refused to let me make payments and provide retainers to close gaps I ended with that I did not have when treatment started. Still have gaps, bill and no retainers. I don’t think it’s right I pay for services not completed.
