Needed a really specific medical certificate for my Spain visa and honestly wasn’t sure anyone here would know what to do with it. Britney and Nakita completely took care of me. I can’t say enough about this quick care team. From check in to walking out, everyone was amazing. My nurses were Heidi and Abigail and they were great at helping me and explaining everything and putting me at ease from the first moment to the last. Dr Elsa was really great. She was very considerate and careful to help with my injury without causing more pain while cleaning and bandaging my wound. A big Thank you to Dr Thom for taking on extra patients while Dr Elsa tended to me, so she wouldn’t be rushed.
It’s rare that healthcare facilities are positively impressive anymore, so I wanted to share that the level of compassion and medical care at this quick care was exceptional. While I hope to not have another “quick care moment” I would certainly not hesitate to return here again.

Management needs to train the medical staff at Centennial to be more professional in dealing with patients. I have been in the clinic twice, seen both times by nurse practitioners. I can careless about coming back. It's getting to a point where I dread this place and will need to find a new and better primary care office. In interacting with the nurse practitioners, they came off as very rude, wanted to brush you off, it's almost like you were a nuisance for getting medical attention. The tones of their voice did not sound like they were coming from caring medical professionals. How they get into this profession with this attitude is beyond me. One time I called in with a quick question, the nurse immediately ordered a medical procedure without even asking my consent for it. I called in with a lot of pain, and the advice I got were "oh just take over-the-counters and check back in a month...ok bye bye." Great advice UMC. Thanks for caring! NOT!!

I came to this location since it was closest to me, and I was concerned about an upper respiratory infection. I was promptly checked in and taken back and had x-rays taken. My x-ray tech Barb was so friendly and thorough and eased my anxiety immensely! It’s never fun going to Quick Care, but when or if I ever need to go back, I’ll absolutely choose this location!

I got injured in a fall and was able to be seen by the provider. They have xray equipment and was able to check to make sure I hadn't broken any bones. Although it was late in the evening, the staff wasn't rushing to get out of the door. They took their time. They listened to what I had to say and I was able to ask questions.

If you can't get an appointment with physician, then I recommend them for your urgent care needs.

I brought my baby for a cut that wouldn’t stop bleeding. The doctor came in quickly for about 2 seconds looking distressed and asked why we were there. We told him and he said someone else would be in to stop the bleeding. He didn’t bother to look at it. The nurse that came in was nice and bandaged it up but they didn’t clean the wound. It just didn’t feel like quality care.

I have been to Urgent several Urgent Care locations and this one by far is the best one. The people at the front desk are caring and friendly and they even remember you the doctors are on the spot they don’t make you wait for everything they take care of what you need right then and there and if they need to recommend you to the hospital, they’ll do that but all in all the service is exceptional and I would want not want to go to any other one. They all should be operating just like this one because the Customer Service is off the Chart Carmel Cameron.

Barb, the X-ray tech, was absolutely fantastic tonight. It was an insanely busy day at Urgent Care (we were told they’d seen over 70 people), and we were there from about 3pm to close to 7pm. Despite the nonstop pace, she stayed in high spirits the whole time with us and somehow made what should’ve been a long, stressful visit with my son genuinely hilarious. She was witty, smart, and so caring. Exactly the kind of person you hope to meet in a situation like this. Please recognize her as she made a huge difference for our family.

On Saturday 1/24/2026, I had the pleasure of being a patient at the UMC Quick Care -Centennial Hills. First of all, I was seen promptly. The Nurse that took my vitals and my other information ( her name is Mary) was not only professional, I experienced her as a naturally caring person. For my treatment I was seen by Dr. Son. I appreciate that he took the time to thoroughly examine me about my past experience with the pain that I was having and make an assessment based on that information. He prescribed medication for my treatment, that has relieved my pain and has allowed me to return to normal function. Never before have I had a problem at UMC quick care Centennial location. But the hostile treatment from the xRay tech to my 13 year old daughter was completely unacceptable. She was rude from the beginning because my daughter needed a wheelchair and then would not let me accompany her to the X-ray room I didn’t question her but in the past I have been able to go back to the X-ray room with my children. After speaking to the charge nurse I was informed that yes minors can be accompanied by a parent. Her hostility towards my daughter was worse when she had her alone every question was asked multiple time as if she was lying. She was asked multiple times if she was pregnant. And did not believing she was in pain. It was as if she was lying about being injured. The X-ray tech also didn’t help her on and off the table and scared her for making mistakes. This women should never be alone with any child she is completely unprofessional and a hostile person. My child left UMC quick care traumatized by the treatment she received. Everyone else at this facility was completely professional and supportive to my daughter. I want to say thank you to the nurses and PA who listen to my daughter when she explained what happened and for the quick response from the charge nurse!!

It is intriguing to observe the positive feedback that the x-ray tech is receiving following my review. It appears that there may be a concerted effort to elicit positive reviews or that family members or friends have been involved in this process. However, I must clarify that I had two nurses and a doctor confirm that this X-ray tech has a history of difficulty with patients, particularly children. Furthermore, I have engaged in constructive conversations with upper management who assured me that this X-ray tech has been addressed and reeducated regarding UMC policy regarding patient treatment and the rules regarding minors being accompanied by parents in the X-ray room. Therefore, if the X-ray technician has indeed become more compassionate, I am pleased to have made a positive impact on those who visited after my daughter. Conversely, if these reviews are fabricated, it is equally concerning for all of us.

I was seen at UMC Quick Care in Centennial Hills on November 15th and I was impressed with the service I received. Nakita greeted me upon arrival and assisted with my registration, she was kind and caring. Mishal was my triage nurse, very attentive to my needs. Laura was my Nurse Practitioner, she was very knowledgeable and quick, being that I wasn’t feeling good I was really happy about that. Connie & Emily RN’s were amazing with checking me out and making sure I knew I would feel better soon. On the way out Barb, the X-Ray tech told me to get better soon and if I wasn’t feeling better in a couple of days don’t hesitate to come back. My daughter's dad was seen here just moments ago. He had suffered a seizure a few days ago and has not been feeling well since. Experiencing pains, clamminess and general weakness. He is also experiencing pain near his kidneys that is radiating up the left side of his back. I encouraged him to go in and try to get some help. He saw Dr. Thomas Serbousk who completely ignored all of his complaints. He told him about the seizure and the doctor literally told him that No, he did not have a seizure. He told doctor how it all went down including blacking out and voiding his bladder and was still told he did not have a seizure. He was dismissed completely and sent to pick up and anti inflammatory medication from the pharmacy. Id also like to add that the seizure took place in a plasma donation center where there were several witnesses and the medical staff there had told him when he came to that he suffered from a seizure and extreme drop in his blood pressure. In my opinion this is completely unacceptable treatment. No care for the patient atall not one bit of help. Do not go here if you are looking for actual medical advice or help.

Two stars for my visit yesterday; been here several times before and have had excellent visits . Doc was excellent but the wait time was unbelievable! Arrived around 5:45 Sunday evening; two people in waiting room. Got checked in very fast. Shown to room for vitals check; weird conversation with nurse. Just felt she made comments about my condition that made me feel a little unsettled. Big issue was the wait to see the provider . Was shown to the examining room. Waited there for an hour and a half. I came out twice to check and see if anyone was going to see me. I received a lecture from a nurse that they have to see patients in the order that they come. Really? Because when I was in the waiting room a couple came in ( rather boisterous - let everyone know that they were there earlier that day) and were taken back before any of us waiting. Back to waiting to see someone in the examining room. Heard patients being put into room next to me coming and going. Told the nurse twice that I have an autistic son that I had to pick up; that didn't faze them one but. After waiting an hour and fifteen minutes I left the examining room and walked to the front desk. Lady was nice but told me that she could not refund my $55 insurance co pay because I had already been triaged. Now I'm angry. I paid my copay and no one is still not going to see me? Lady from front desk walked back to nurses station to ask ( with me) when I would be seen. Nurse said I was next. Went back to examining room. Provider came in two minutes after I went back into the room. And hour and a half had passed since my vitals were taken and no one in the waiting room. Did not see any patients in exam rooms. Provider apologized for the wait. I was told I would be seeing a Dr. Chan. Provider was not Dr. Chan. Didn't even know that there were two providers there; the nurse certainly didn't offer me that information when I began to complain an hour prior. Tell me umc; was I not put in the cue to see anyone?

Just had a weirdly gross experience at UMC QuickCare in Centennial Hills with Dr. Josef Abbo. I was cutting leftover steak this afternoon using a serrated Cutco knife and slipped cutting a chunk of my left index finger. I called my spouse who is an Emergency Nurse and told him I cut myself and it was deep and needed stitches. We live about 30+ minutes from town but he headed home from the golf course to come get me and take me to QuickCare. We got there, checked in and were triaged within 15 minutes. The triage nurse asked details of the accident, grabbed some wet gauze and told me to hold pressure on it because it was still bleeding. She didn’t have gauze in the room so had to go get some. I was taken back to a room to see the doctor then moved to a bigger room so he would have more room to take care of my finger. Dr. Abbo came in, looked at my finger and said he would just be gluing it. He left the room for a minute and returned with glue. I assumed he would clean it and straighten the flap, but he wiped it with the gauze and proceeded to glue it together. He was blowing on my wound while gluing it back together, which really grossed me out. Again it was not cleaned prior to proceeding with glue. He told me to take Tylenol. I said it was throbbing and he assured me it was not throbbing because it was bleeding. He then left, saying a nurse would be into discharge me. At checkout I asked the nurse if my experience was typical and she apologized. Really hoping this heals correctly and does not get and infection.

My grandson was injured by an emergency door at Target, it opened by its self and hit him, hurting him and leaving marks, we took him to your location, because we were told to by Target, and the physician laughed at my daughter. Worse medical center ever all they do is cancel appointments and waste time very unprofessional they don’t know what there doing every visit my mom had was always with a nurse practitioner who’s name is awoke ginikachukwu who is not qualified to take the role as a dr when they should be having a actual dr there at all times,many times she order test for my mom that she didn’t need which waisted time and money them knowing my mom has high blood pressure which is serious didn’t advise her to go to the hospital and made my mom’s health worse that she ended up going to the hospital because this nurse practitioner who they have treating patients did not care about the concerns and isn’t qualified to even take this role the hospital ended up keeping my mom in due to her pressure being so high over 190 due to her being in constant pain. This place should be shut down I could imagine all the others who went through the same thing this is malpractice please avoid going here because you won’t really see a qualified dr.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE BEING SEEN FOR WORKERS COMP. This was a frustrating experience. Our first front desk worker was very friendly and amazing. However the doctor who saw us filled out the C4 form incorrectly. Because the doctor is not there all the time, they cannot “fix” the form. The second front desk lady we saw was honestly rude. She interrupted almost every sentence spoken. Honestly, wouldn’t be leaving a review if it wasn’t for her. It’s not the frustration from attempting to navigate workers comp and the healthcare system. It’s the infuriating rudeness this lady had the audacity to give us. If I wanted to be interrupted constantly I would call my mom. Extremely disappointed with this experience and that she is the first person sick patients have to deal with.

I just had a major surgery about 2wks ago-Prolapse, Hysterectomy & bladder mesh. I have 3 Rambunctious Boys I didn’t want to be here. All came in for random symptoms I have been struggling with for the past 2days. My brain is only on the surface. I am usually on top of their health. And being that it’s early winter season and holiday gatherings are happening. It was very hard to get into their primary doctor or @hm services. So I had to go into Urgent Care thinking they can’t do anything for my kids/give sch/doc note/let’s go... Since runs & throwing up they can’t do much, they could’ve just let us go... It would just need to pass since no fevers present. So I’m like hurry up my kids are driving bonkers & I am extremely exhausted at this point. My son said we were there for 50 hours!!! Haha it was only from 6-8pm. Which is understandable checking in 3@ once which by the way they have always been helpful to my family. They literally always make it work! I truly love and appreciate them all…It even warmed my heart that they got them toys, suckers, worked as a team to rotate help and keep me informed that they are juggling and moving along my paperwork as fast as they can. I never felt judged by them, now the waiting room folks is always something I want to run from. ; / I always get comments because I have 4kids back2back all under 7. So Again! High 5! To all the staff, I mean not one can’t help but notice when I walk through the door with 4toddlers! They never have sent us away, unless it was serious & I had to go to a Children’s ER in Summerlin. This place is now my back bone to keeping my family healthy! Amen!!! They checked them thoroughly & found out my sons all have Strep! I was shocked-Thanks to the Doc Noticing what’s been going around & wanted to double check on my babies, one also had an ear infection, swollen lymph nodes, throat swob and did a phenomenal job with juggling them all. Extra precautions indeed-Every Doctor there has Gone Above & Beyond for my family!! Esp. Since toddlers are quick to get others sick, They are protecting the community by far…And I am also respectful to fellow classmates & staff/community as well. The nurse and the front desk were great. They were the nicest people I have met ! However, when the doctor came in, she was just brining up my medical history from over 5 years ago. She was telling me that whatever I made an appointment for is not her specialty, and “she doesn’t remember, it’s been like 10-15 years.” Even though I called before hand and asked if they provided that care, so they made an appointment with her. Of help.. She made me feel so uncomfortable and judged the whole time. Asking me why am I there & asking personal questions. It felt like an interview. She just ended up ordering a bunch of blood work based off my medical history. When my reason of visit was not even close to that. Anyways, I am not sure why the doctor was wearing heals to work….
I hate to have a negative review, but sincerely I’ve never felt this uncomfortable and overwhelmed.

I took my daughter here to get a sports physical. The entire team (Lisa, Natalie, Heidi, and Dr Chang) was impressively fast, efficient, and very professional. Checking in through the kiosk and then finishing up with Nick at the counter was a breeze. Waiting time was less than 5 minutes to get vitals and moved into a room. Provider, recently told me yesterday he doesn’t know how smoking could relate to oral health because he does not smoke himself, and laughed, and asked me how that is relevant to my mouth that has thick long white cuts on my cheeks bilaterally…additionally I was diagnosed a diagnoses that didn’t match well with many symptoms vs other possibilities imo. Additionally I had little to no symptoms of the diagnoses I was given. When I highlighted symptom differences, I saw his demeanor change. I’m concerned about my mouth, I paid to see and speak with a provider about every possibility and the best course of action to take. It should not be one sided. A patient needs to be involved in plan of care and any questions and concerns need to be addressed professionally. My concerns were ignored, I was told by a doctor he was basing his conclusion from his own experience (not personally smoking), and other possibilities were not discussed. Just only 1 diagnoses with little to no symptoms I had of vs others…

He eventually brought up a biopsy but I didn’t even hear it in my discharge instruction.

I usually enjoy UMC quickcare. I have never been to this location. This was my first impression.

There was one nurse/tech completely phenomenal. I didn’t catch her name unfortunately but she was extremely nice, and paid well attention to medication updates, asked if I had any new allergies (always important), and she was professional.

The entire staff at this location were warm, friendly and comforting. We arrived a few minutes before the end of business hours and the front desk staff welcomed us in & attended to us immediately. The triage nurse had a sunny disposition which allowed our teenage son (who was being seen for a potential football injury ) to feel at ease. i was there first thing in the morning on sunday, the first patient in the door and the first person to be put in a room, only 1 nurse bringing in patients to do vital signs, the doctor didn't come into the room till 845, 45 minutes, when i left the definitely wasn't anyone there with an emergency, i walked thru the whole place when i was on my way out, so what was the doctor doing for 45 minutes? beats me, thats horrible, usually quick cares are super fast especially when you are the first or last patient of the day, apparently not at this location.

Awful! They don’t prioritize. Took my gf in for severe pain and she had to wait a little over 3 hours crying in agony before being seen. I’m an ICU/ER nurse and every hospital/clinic I’ve worked at never let anyone in severe pain wait that long. They won’t even give her anything for temporary pain relief. This place is a joke! I was pressured to visit the UMC Trauma Center after this clinic couldn’t help us. The doctor barely even looked at my child’s issue. Wanted to immediately pass it off to that God awful hospital in a bad part of town. (Don’t go to UMC trauma center)

Having been a nurse myself I do not understand the concept of not giving antibiotics to a person who has been sick with a sinus infection for 3+ weeks and instead thinks giving a mountain of steroids instead is a better idea, but Monique Turner, APRN seems to think that’s the way to go.

I should also mention my husband and I BOTH came in at the same time on the same day with the same symptoms. He saw someone else who was quick to diagnose the sinus infection, Give antibiotics and send him on his way. Myself on the other hand got immense push back, told I didn’t know what I was talking about when I confirmed that you can actually prescribe both antibiotics and steroids at THE SAME TIME, and got attitude when I stated it seemed pretty counter productive to give one person antibiotics and not the other when they live in the same home, sleep in the same bed and have the same symptoms.

I demanded a new doctor and when I got one it was the same doctor that saw my husband. I got my antibiotics and was sent on my way. Something that should have taken an hour tops ended up taking close to 3. Ridiculous. If a patient wants antibiotics GIVE THEM. They know their body, and especially after WEEKS of doing over the counter drugs with no success. I’m sorry but these people don’t understand that concept and instead push their narrative on others that home remedies will work “ eventually” so tell me when I get deathly ill because no one listens to me who do I need to sue?

I came her after CareNow Urgent Care - Centennial Center refused to give me antibiotics for a Sinus Infection and Infected nail. The nurses & doctor were great. They actually listened to all my issues and symptoms and prescribed me antibiotics with no hesitation whatsoever. Complete opposite of the other Urgent Care down the street. Came in when doors opened to get immediate attention with a liver reaction to PLAXOVID they prescribed. The girl at desk kept arguing over my insurance and would not change to new one. I had to call my husband etc. meanwhile while I’m trying to help them she doesn’t put my chart up and 6 people are now in front of me! I’m itching all over and sick with COVID and because she won’t listen I’m sitting here for an hour itching and sick. I should have just let them deal with the mess they were creating. I will always remember Shelley that helped me at this office. I walked in with a cut from a can and I had to get the tetanus shot. I was so terrified to get the shot (even in my 30’s) and I was alone and crying in the doctors room. I will never forget how sweet Shelley was with me. She calmed me down, reassured me it was going to be ok and I got the shot. That meant so much to me and I will always remember her heart and kindness being there for me as this was a very vulnerable moment for me. Last week I went to a different urgent care and they were good, but I feel like they didn't quite listen to my problem. So yesterday I tried UMC Quick Care. I went in at 8am and was out by 8:55am. They did x-rays, which turned up an issue that i was unaware of. Doc was informative and at no time did I feel like a rush job. The staff listened and was empathetic. I left with prescriptions to help me get through until I can see a primary doctor. Today I'm feeling functional... which is a big change from how I've felt for 2 months. I appreciated the doctor and nurses here. Highly recommend. And looking at other reviews concerning wait time... just understand the doctor is spending time with other patients and listening to the problems they have. You'd want the same. Quality care is worth the wait.

The clinic is welcoming, clean, and enough seats for everyone. The few times, I visited this clinic, I/We were always seen and treated immediately. I would like to commend the front desk, Esmeralda (Esmee), for her quick attention and for processing my information so I can be called. The first nurse, I forgot her name, who took my vitals, she was friendly and professional. Nurse Mylene explained the details of my consultation and prescription. TERRIBLE . I don’t understand why it takes so long when there’s so many staff members and have people waiting for an hr just for a test???
No communication at all either from any nurse or doctor. They truly do not care about you.
I do NOT recommend going here. Go to an Urgent Care not UMC.

I got here before 10am and barley got a room to see the doctor at 11:30am. I also did a web check in. This waiting time is ridiculous. The Also did not give me a heads up on the wait time when i checked in. I spent my entire morning in the lobby with a closed and swollen throat. The workers here has no type of urgency whatsoever. I will not be coming back here ever again.

This is the only urgent care I will ever step foot into. The front office staff is amazing, all of them. They greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome. The doctors and nurses do an amazing job as well, they have great bedside manner and they are thorough. I have been here over a dozen times in the past few years and have not been disappointed one time. No matter how full the waiting room gets, they move you through the process quickly and efficiently, unlike most other places.

Sign in was quick/easy. Reception was friendly. Went in for sudden flank plain. Unbearable for 3hrs. Dr. Harman and rest of staff were awesome. Set me up with referrals and offered me a shot for pain which worked immediately. Very satisfying day.

This review is SOLELY for one specific employee by the name is Deb T. She was so rude and intentionally did not help me when she could have. I took two of my boys for a sports physical. I checked in at 4:03 p.m. and they had tryouts at 5 p.m. I forgot the paperwork for the physical and she refused to print them out saying she was not able to and my boys could not be seen until I had the paperwork. My husband brought the paperwork to me 10 minutes later and she took every other person before me even though I was already checked in. Then she wouldn't take me back until the paperwork was filled out which took me two minutes to complete and I could have done it while she checked vitals. Overall, my boys missed their tryouts because of Deb T. Yes I didn't come prepared with the paperwork, but she could have been helpful and printed them or took us back right when she saw that I had the paperwork. Something that should have taken 30 minutes tops took two hours. Deb T. Needs to retire because she is obviously burned out and doesn't want to be kind and helpful to others. She was completely rude and nasty from start to finish. This is one of the cleanest quick cares and I have always had good experiences in the past, but this time because of one individual it was a terrible experience. I hope she receives consequences because people like her give good places bad reputations. There are many kind and caring staff members at this facility, but Deb T. is not one of them. I hope more people speak up and write reviews about this woman because she is toxic to the environment there and when others saw how she treated me they all apologized.
