Downstairs they have the most fabulous nurses and help down there. It's amazing. I have to go in and get hydrated and is so good at what they do. Nothing hurts by the time I get out of there. What a treat.. I felt very lucky to have a staff that knew how to do incursions with one prick 😄

Don't have 24 hour imaging like they used to. Was told at checkin that there wouldnt be imaging. I was okay with that.
Didn't find out until I was in the procedure room that they didnt have running water and hadn't for over 2 hours. Seems like something you should close the medical facility for, or at minimum let the patients know.

Don’t go here it’s a pipeline to UMC ER they will make you wait for care then the physician will tell you they don’t have the equipment to treat you and make you think you need an emergency room so not only do you pay copay twice but then they BOTH send you bills for treatment when you did not get anything accomplished at the quick care. This happened to me THREE times with totally unrelated issues. They even use words like “continued care” to make you think they won’t charge you again until you get a thousand dollar bill for nothing.

I was a patient here for the first time last night and I’m blow away by the care I received. I was seen by Maria Delarrazabal (NP) Norma (RN) and Jacqueline (MA). They were kind, empathetic, efficient. I suffer from multiple autoimmune issues and when I get sick, it can be very scary. People with chronic conditions are often dismissed in healthcare, but not here. I genuinely feel like I was heard, and my input was valued, which is very rare these days. Las Vegas is not necessarily known for the best healthcare and I’ve lived all over the country so I can confidently say that treatment that I received here is five star not just by Las Vegas standards but national standards. In the spirit of NOT handing out 5-star reviews like candy anymore, here goes. Since 2023, I've been seeing Optum Urgent Care at Rancho & Charleston for almost any medical reason, and they're IDEAL. Unlike PCPs, Optum U.C. is open 24-7; usually not crowded; and equipped to do x-rays, CAT scans, etc., during the same visit. Optum U.C. stitched up my bleeding eyebrow from when I fell off my bicycle landing on my head, they examined a 4-year-old lesion on my upper-left earlobe later diagnosed by an ANTI Reservoir Dogs dermatologist as cancer, and they now have me well on my way to recovery from a 3-week lingering dry cough. Besides being impressed with the professional/friendly service from front desk to doctors, I constantly refer to Optum's easy-to-read, 5-page report of everything that transpired -- invaluable toward ensuring consistent successful outcomes for me. Thank you!

Horrible service, charge nurses who argue with patients without looking at any documentation. Suffering from reoccurring issues with E. coli poisoning, and they did not take it seriously at all. Extremely unprofessional, abrasive, and not willing to look at any other Information before refusing to help.

This is the only urgent care open on the weekends, so please be prepared to be insulted not listen to and being taken advantage of.
I have never been treated this way by any medical staff, and whether they’re having a bad day or not, they’re here to help people. And they refuse to help me make any suggestion or take any of my issues seriously.

These charge nurses should be fired and I don’t know about the doctor because they refuse to let me see him or her.

I will never understand going into a career in healthcare and making patients feel like a burden for seeking answers. I felt so uncomfortable here trying to request an ultrasound for abdominal pain. I suppose it’s common to not be taken seriously for abdominal pain as women- though that doesn’t make it okay. I was told “even if we find a cyst, not much I can do!” with a smile and piercing eye contact. What are we smiling about? Like I would still like to know if I have cysts, what do you mean? Last time I checked, you can’t order ultrasound equipment on Amazon, so I have no idea what these doctors expect us to do. How else would I find out what’s wrong? Spend $1000 to go to the emergency room? If it’s inconvenient for you to set up an ultrasound for a patient- find a new career path. Not to mention they mixed up my urine sample with someone else’s, so they came to give me results on random urine when I had my sample with me all along that nobody had come to test. HOWEVER, the woman who did my ultrasound was awesome and made me feel safe & not stupid for getting imaging done. I wish I got her name. Turns out- I in fact had a cyst. Moral of the story: if you come here, be prepared to stand up for yourself to get the care you need.

Came in trying to get a re-evaluation for my mother’s work injury, because our workman’s comp handler suggested we did, my mother can’t bear weight on her leg still. The doctor put on the paper she was good to go back to work on the 30th!!! Only given a couple days after her injury she’s 64, I don’t understand suggesting she needs an MRI and only giving 4 days of rest that’s insane. The lady we spoke to as we explained what happened she just kept saying “No , nope , No nope” we don’t handle anything after initial visit. I was being very kind not argumentative asking for guidance and she just kept going no no talking to ur case handler we don’t handle none of that anymore. You should have papers for Concentra they could handle it. So I say I don’t remember getting that paper should I contact them I’m not sure what to do, straight back to”nope no, talk to ur case handler we don’t handle it here not after initial visit” I work in customer service if there’s nothing I can do for someone I’m at least sympathetic and try to be as kind as possible. Sounded like she wanted to get the line moving.

I'm giving it a one star review because they no longer have Imaging opened after 5pm. The main reason I would come here was to get immediate results. I came on NYE, waited over an hour until they called me back, just for them to tell me they didn't have imaging available. They don't work holidays, weekends or after 5pm. Went in two days ago because of persistent foot pain on my inner ankle. I was seen by Dr. Insixengmai, the assistant was nice and asked some questions and said they would need an xray done. This is where I got irritated, xray tech came to get me knowing I had a foot injury and didn’t bring a wheelchair. He asked “can you walk at all?” I hobbled into the clinic, I was trying to be nice and say yes, but he was all exasperated and said “I’ll go get a chair for you” then proceeded to give me the 3rd degree about why my foot hurt and what did I do to it. I told him what I thought happened and he just “hmmm’d” me like I wasn’t telling the truth. Then the xray came back with no fractures or anything (thank goodness) the doctor came in to wrap it and again asked what happened. I told her that I believed it was from running (training for a 5k that is in March). She proceeded to tell me that they couldn’t see anything on the xray and that I had no visual bruises or swelling and was making it seem like I was being dramatic. I told her that it hurt to walk and again I got a “hmm” like I was a child lying to an adult. I was told to get a compression sleeve for my ankle she gave me crutches and I said I would need a note because I work with kids and walk all day at work, she made it seem like I could chase after kids at work whole on crutches. I don’t like having my pain down played. The MA or nurse that brought the crutches wasn’t any better. When I got my paperwork and asked a sensible question “how long on the crutches?” Because I didn’t see it on the discharge paperwork, she barely turned around and side eyes me and says “Well, what does the paperwork say?” I said, to follow up with GP. She said “Well, there’s your answer” then she saw me struggling with the crutches and didn’t even offer a wheelchair to my car. Only when I reached the reception desk, did I get help. One of the ladies there got a wheelchair chair and helped me to my car. That’s the ONLY reason I gave 3 stars.

Well for one i had a very bad rash and high blood pressure and a very painful boil on the back of my neck. She didn't really want to drain it. Said it was very painful. Now im here stuck with it was one of the main reasons I went and didn't offer any blood pressure medication until I could schedule a appointment with primary. I could of possibly had a stroke. I felt like Doctor wasn't concerned about my health issues that I explained i was experiencing. All I got was some prednisone and I don't even think it helped me. And over the counter cream I bought. So basically nothing helped. Now just waiting for a dermatologist appointment. Still having same issues.

Every time I’ve had to come to this urgent care I’ve had nothing but a good experience. All of the staff you come in contact with from the front desk, security guard, nurses and doctors are all pleasant to deal with and feel like they genuinely care about you. i went to urgent care with a cough that kept me from sleeping . My pharmacy was closed [ Sunday night ] and i wanted the scripts filled so i could sleep. They told me the Smiths very near the UC was open ....it wasn't. They then told me that that a certain Walgreens was open till 10, i drove over there...... it wasn't. We have frequented the SWM Urgent Care on Rancho more times in 2025 than we would have liked. However every time, whether it be for myself, husband, or child, the care has been top notch. The providers and nurses have such great bed side manner and are knowledgeable. Grateful that such great medical care is available 24/7 with a much reasonable co-pay than an ER visit. During our last visit, Nurse Practitioner Chiamaka took such good care of my toddler son. Thank you all for the wonderful care towards your patients.

My feelings are really hurt right now. I came in due to severe lower back pain. An X-ray was done to see if there was any injury to my spine, which of course there isn’t because I would of told the nurses/doctors this and would probably have been in more excruciating pain than I was in. All I get was a prescribed medicine for muscle relaxer and ibuprofen and sent on my way. If that was all I wanted I wouldn’t have gone to urgent care and got something over the counter. Obviously I’m coming in to be properly diagnosed and to not walk out in more pain than I was walking in.

Ugh I am so hurt and disappointed! I’m sick and tired of not being treated or cared for properly! I try to have upmost respect for doctors and nurses but when I know I am trying to be pushed out because I am just a number that is what really bothers me!

Nothing was done that helped me understand what is wrong with me or why I am experiencing lower back pain. Besides handing me more prescriptions!

I absolutely do not like healthcare professionals at this point.

Every issue I have had medically wise I have gone here since the take my insurance and treated me well even when I didn't have insurance. All the nurses are also friendly as well. Dr. or NP Chiamaka Ibeabuchi, APRN is very blunt and to the point but very friendly and understanding. She has helped me every time and very much knows her stuff!

Would recommend. I went in for a mean finger cut and she was very cordial about it. Also I felt like a wuss since I was jumping around since I am terrified of needles lol.

I went to Optum Care Urgent Care in Rancho Las Vegas Sunday the day after I got into a car accident. I didn’t want to go to the hospital, but I also wanted a place that was in my insurance network and could do imaging on-site, not just hand me a referral to go elsewhere later. Finding that balance was stressful.

Getting through to a live person on the phone was kind of a pain thanks to the phone tree, but once I finally got an operator, I confirmed this location had everything I needed. Bonus, it’s open 24 hours, seven days a week (I think), which is super convenient.

When I got there, I checked in and got into a room fairly quickly. It did take a bit of time before a provider actually saw me, but that’s pretty standard for urgent care, so no surprises there. My provider was incredibly sweet and kind, which made me feel comfortable right away.

I was ready to be discharged, but since I was already there and to be safe, my provider suggested imaging. That was a good call. The wait after imaging was a bit long, but I got the results I needed without any hassle.

The exam rooms feel a little outdated compared to other places around that are bright and clean, but honestly, that didn’t bother me too much since it's still clean anyway.

If you’re planning to go here, just make sure your phone is fully charged or bring something to keep you busy. My appointment ended up lasting over four hours.

Overall, not a bad experience given the circumstances. They’ve got the essentials covered, just prepare for the wait. I'll be going here again if needed.

I’m here for a stat ultrasound of lower extremity per my doctor orders . When I arrived I was the only patient in the waiting room then four other people came, and they called them to the back first before me and I have been sitting there. After 40 minutes, I finally get called back I give the urine sample and I’m still waiting for the doctor. It’s been an hour. This service is very unacceptable. If you don’t have to come here advise not to come. I’m so frustrated. I even called ahead of time before coming here and it was a whole big thing about I can’t just walk in. They have a new system all sorts of excuses. It doesn’t pay to even need doctors. Take care of yourself and live a clean healthy life so you won’t have to visit places like this.

So,why one ⭐ is missing because last yr when I went customer service lady was very rude and told me they do not take my insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket 😒 I was there and I needed to be taken care. 🤔 why did she do this? Well she just being lazy or did she need some money? My bill came it wasn't too bad so I just made payments.
What I really want to tell everybody that I went again this year in May 2025 and of course a different lady checked me in and I asked her oh you take my insurance she said yes your insurance is good You're deductible is all you need to pay 🤬🤔🤬 I told her what happened and she said call billing I said it's okay I already paid for it and I'm here now and I really need to see a doctor but thank you for telling me the truth about my insurance

I'm conflicted on this location. It is much quicker and cheaper than the ER and they have all of the equipment to do testing. The front desk is great and the doctors are only ok. After going there several times with chest pain/heart palpitations, a doctor prescribed medication for a panic disorder (apparently any female who comes in with symptoms they can't figure out is crazy). Well thankfully, my PCP did bloodwork and referred me to a rheumatologist and come to find out it was a rare autoimmune disease and venous valvular insufficiency. This was the worst experience I ever experienced at an urgent care facility, doctors and all that’s. I came in here for a sore throat trying to see if it’s strep and I’ve been sent back here to this room waiting for a doctor for over an hour. 😂😂😂 I find it ridiculous that for a check for strep throat should take over an hour to get checked. As im typing now they still haven’t came and told us we were next, while I here doctors going to go in other rooms around us. I understand that there are other patients with more worse symptoms, but we came here and waited our time and it should never be more then a hour and ongoing. Would never recommend to anyone 😂😂 everyone move slow .

I have been into this urgent care a few times and its pretty good most of the time. It can take a little while to get checked in depending on how busy they are. Nurse Melissa Eames was really great. Very helpful and compassionate and she explained everything to me so I could understand. Dr Tran was also very good he knew what was wrong right away and he was very professional. A+

Got called and a lady with blonde hair put me in a room after waiting 2 hours somebody opened the door thinking it was an empty room went and told the others realizing I was removed from the list nobody knew I was there wasted so much time just because they put people in rooms with out nobody ever knowing! I went yesterday, 12/07/24, a 10 min. Wait to check in, they have you sign in then call, you up, as I was walking back to the other waiting room, the Medical Assistant was waiting for me with the door open, how is that for service!? I had the most professional and compassionate care from the entire staff!! Dr. Lee was wonderful! This place deserves 7 stars! Thank you kindly for all their help! I've been going here for 15 years and the service has only gotten better over time! I wound up having a complete urine, blood draw, and iodine CT scan. They have remote radiologist who read the scan quickly! They couldn't find anything wrong, but the diagnosis to rule out every thing was necessary! I probably had a stomach virus.
Word of GOOD ADVICE: THIS LOCATION IS OPEN 24/7, IF YOU GO, GO BEFORE THE OTHER LOCATIONS CLOSE OR YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT A LONG TIME BECAUSE IT'S THE ONLY OPEN LOCATION IN THE VALLEY! God Bless you and thank you!

I went to see a doctor for lower back pain on December 3, 2024. After I waited for 3 hours, they put me in a room to see a doctor but, no doctor showed up for over an hour. I finally gave up everything to see a doctor. I'm 74 years old and I've been to urgent care for a lot of times. But, I have never experienced more than 4 hours waiting and never got to see a doctor. Do they know the meaning of urgent care?

The lady at the front was extremely rude and should be fired. When I gave her my insurance she got very snippy and told me that they are out of network and refused to accept it. She sighed very rudely and told me it's out of pocket and told me it's $300 on up. I work in insurance and you can still send claims to my insurance. This lady was a real peach. Please terminate her. I'm sure there's plenty of more intelligent people who you can hire.

I go to this Urgent Care all the time. It's great, everyone there is super helpful, they listen to your needs and do the best they can to help. I'm grateful to these doctors, nurses and help for all they do. They are open 7 days a week, 24 hours. I had cuts on my nose sewed up, cuts on my fingers, covid, cold, bronchitis, everything and this people are super great. I live really far from them, but I will never go anywhere else. They are EXCEPTIONAL.

I thank the whole team that worked on me yesterday they made sure I was very very comfortable. By really really listen too my every word so that they could give me the best care that I would need too take care of my conditions. It was a lot of conditions and they treated all of them with the best care available there for me and additional care outside of the urgent care hospital. I went closer too passing out and left with a lot of answers too my conditions. Also when I left my pain was less then what I felt before they treated me. When I was it the lady that registered me was so sweet. She was singing and it help me relax. And I thanked her and said please keep singing it is really helping my condition as I wait too get treated and well. And she sounded like an Angel singing. I said thank you too ur whole team for the really really good care of me since I walked into the building. The best urgent care around! I walked in experiencing chest pain and they had me checked in and in a treatment room in less than 4 minutes! Front desk staff friendly and funny (wish I could remember her name) CC staff amazing as well. Pleasant funny made the stress of being there much less. I was in and out in 3 hours with treatment for a non cardiac issue! I won’t go anywhere else.

I came in for results of blood test that I had at another facility. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and comfortable. I had to have the test redone (not this facility fault) and they did it onsite. The whole process was less than an hour and a half. I was very pleased!

Came in due to chronic migraines because of a late new referral for a neurologist. Craig Clifford DO was very empathetic and had great bed side manners. I went through a lot of mistreatment in the medical field where I lost trust in doctors and I get anxiety going to see any doctors even my own primary. The way I was treated by the nurses, staff and Craig made me very comfortable and I wasn’t anxious. They even turned off the lights for me because of my migraines, i didn’t have to ask!!!! I live far from this urgent care but I would go out of my way just because of the service here. Thankyou to everyone who helped me that day!

The staff who did my CT scan are amazing. I had to come in a 2nd time cause they couldnt get an iv started. Their staff is very compassionate and accommodating. This place is a joke. Went to see a doctor today after dealing with headaches and stomach issues for 3 weeks straight. It didn’t take too long before the doctor came in, however he said someone would be in shortly to draw some blood and inject some IV fluids. After 3 hours later of waiting in that tiny room, I went to the hall and asked the staff for an update her answer was “yeah we have a long wait”. Needless to say, I walked out of there. Still got charged a copay for nothing. Avoid this location at all costs!

I went yesterday after having to leave work because I was feeling dizzy, nauseous and had a terrible headache. Juanita, who checked me in was very friendly and professional. I wish I could say the same about Zoey who did my intake and took my vitals! She was extremely rude, cut me off while I was explaining what was going on and that it may be related to an upcoming root canal I am having in 5 days. My blood pressure was high to begin with. Anyone with common sense knows that you should not upset someone who is already ill. She said "which one of those things are you here for? May I finally get a a word in?" If that wasn't bad enough, after Dr Lee saw me and the nurse took my blood she was going to give me 4 pills for nausea. The nurse questioned her, told me to wait until she came back and then I found out that the correct thing was " 1 pill for nausea!Terrible rudeness and incompetent! Dr Lee and the nurse who took my blood were great.

I do not recommend going to their urgent care. I came in as a cash patient and the service was the worst I have ever had anywhere. I spent 250$ to wait an hour and be seen by the doctor on duty for 30 seconds. She proscribed me medicine equivalent to Tylenol and sent me on my way. I asked if she needed to ask me questions or check further and she said no. All she did was check my breathing. They are ripping clients off and not taking the time to probably diagnosis. They weren’t even busy online wait time was between 10-14 minutes….

This is the best experience I have ever had at an urgent care. My mom has CHF and we thought she had to be admitted, we called the nurse advice line and were advised to go to this urgent care. We were out within two hours and my mom felt much better after treatment. Nurse Melissa Ingraham and Dr. Garcia (not sure if he is a PA or a DO) took great care of my mom and she was able to go home that same night. Thank you for the great service.

I was there last night because I was not feeling my best. I was there from 8pm to 11pm. And at the time I was getting my x-ray done I asked the tech Is my suff (wallet, phone, and keys) going to be safe in the room? The tech told me yes it will be fine. And at that time I believe that someone came in the room and took $400 from my wallet. I did not realize that my money was missing until this morning. I went down there today to see what can be done and all they told me that they need to talk with there director. That she dose not know what is going to happen.
