I felt very rushed by the NP and her practicum student. Practicum student did most of the appointment and did not allow me to share my medical history nor ask about all of my concerns. What concerns I /was/ able to voice were taken seriously and I have next steps for them, I just wish I'd been able to ask for everything I had concerns about. I also wasn't able to give them my full medical history nor my family history due to the rushing.

This pertains to the nurse checking my vitals and Matthew Stamm. These two people are very caring and helpful when you see them and are a little nervous about your health. When I was taken to a room to see Matthew I was given the opportunity to eight sit in a chair or the exam chair, I chose the regular chair since it was easier for me; a mat was put done on the floor for me to put my feet on. Matthew came in quite soon and couldn't have asked for a nicer person to help me. There are so many adjectives to use for him besides caring, helpful, knowledgeable, interactive with me about my diagnosis, easy to understand what to do, and a follow up by computer. These two people made my trip to emergency less stressful. Thank you, PSH

This was my first time using the URGENT CARE. It was easy to get in to see the doctor. The front staff were really GREAT.. I now know of a DEPENDABLE place to go if I need urgent care. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!!

The most lazy “Doctors” ever. don’t waste your time. we mentioned sepsis and they didn’t even bat an eye. Go to the ER if possible. they’ll send you home for you to get worse

Southwest Medical urgent care next to Saint Rose Hospital avoid being seen by Kirk Yomato, MD In 50 years of seeing doctors, this man had the least compassion and was the rudest Doctor I have ever dealt with. He couldn’t care less whether he assisted you. He just wants you in and out. And he wants to get back to watching TV on Super Bowl Sunday. It was so obvious. He also belittled a PA who also works there and who had previously treated me. That was so very unprofessional.

My employer told me to go to the nearest urgent care of a consult for injury and I saw physician John Kane. He asked me to X-rays and came to a conclusion that nothing was wrong with me even after knowing that I was pain. He also falsified information on the paperwork and went back and corrected it. I would never go this place again. He asked me to take pain meds such as higher dose of ibuprofen and muscle relaxers. I am going inform my employer to help seem another clinic to get another opinion so I can have some help.

Dr. Melinda Kwan is just there for a paycheck and doesn’t have any empathy towards patients. I went to Optum a day after I was in a car accident. I started feeling sore the next morning and was concerned. My neck and back was bothering me. She just made me do some mild movements and asked what have I been taking for pain. I said nothing yet I need to see what’s wrong. She said she didn’t think X-rays needed to be done. She seemed like she was trying to get me out of the room quickly. If you go there hopefully she is not your doctor!

I drove 12 miles one way to be seen in a SWM Urgent Care. To only be treated like I was bothering the front desk , she hates her job and she was not happy or friendly. Then the nurse who took me back to take my vitals wasn’t much better. These two women need training in customer service and patient relations. I was so upset that I would have left had I not needed to be seen. The only good thing was the Dr was extremely professional and kind. I will never go here again. Driving 24 miles to only to feel let down and discouraged. Get some training!! You have no idea what a person is going through.

Whatever you do, do NOT see Dr. Kane. He's not helpful. Doesn't listen. Just an overall trash dr who wants to just get you in and out. Can't even tell me why my requested records from my PCP including the xray were not sent yet. This after he called to follow up on an MRI results and I asked why my requested records have not been sent to my PCP. Told me to show them the results in app or print out. You're an urgent care, you should be able to send that and the dr needs the xray your team took in addition to mri I had sent directly to my PCP because steinburg is competent. I've already provided feedback to their custom care but I want to warn anyone going here. If you can ask for another dr or go somewhere else do so!
