I came in for a cleaning and to get a chipped tooth fixed, both nervous and hopeful, and I left completely blown away. The moment I walked through the door, the energy was warm, welcoming, and genuinely calming. The staff greeted me like they were actually happy to see me — none of that cold, clinical vibe you dread.

The cleaning was thorough, gentle, and somehow even enjoyable? My teeth felt absolutely brand new — smooth, fresh, and sparkling. And the chipped tooth? Fixed so perfectly I genuinely couldn’t tell it had ever been chipped. The precision and care that went into the work was next level. You can tell these people take real pride in what they do.

I saw Dr. H to get the skinny on dental pain. I came away with a clear understanding of my problems and with clear and concise plan. I didn't have to wait more than a few minutes. I went in yesterday and had a crown replaced and Dr. Hinojosa was great. I had a cavity lurking underneath the old crown and his chairside manner helped smooth out my anxiety. We moved to town last year and I had a dental emergency before I was due for my 6 month cleaning which I had scheduled for another dentist. I rechipped a tooth upon arriving to Vegas.I called several offices and Vegas dental was the office I decided to go with due to the front office staff person I spoke with she was very informative and listened to my needs. I called on a Monday and was in the next day at 9am. Everyone was so nice and pleasant. It was a very calming atmosphere. I had trays done and the Dr discussed my options with me. I've been going to Dr. Wineman for over 20 years. Have never had a bad experience. I have Insurance through my employer and most of my work has been covered. Great staff. Great work. Great facility.

Getting in for a full cleaning. Paid a large copay. Then after talking to insurance company and hearing it to be possable faulty, I was phoned by the staff telling me I paid too much then on the next visit for the final cleaning I dont have to do a copay. After the second cleaning they tried to make me pay until they remembered that I was not to pay cause they already over charged me. After that I never heard form them again for visit or a check up. I thought it was because of the overcharged and then trying to charge me again. They were done with me and got there money.
2 YEARS Later I get an email about paying 90 dollars more for the second time I came and that there catching up now on there books now and I still owe 90. After arguing with the lady on the phone back and fourth about what was said and happened and calculated 2 years ago. I finally just said screw it and send me the bill.

I guess they need money bad 2 years later after the job was done and was paid fully. Other people at my work that went there also told me about them also being sent invocies from 2 years ago about money they owe aftwr they paid also. Leading to this review about them. Becareful with your billing at this place.

This actually is a sad review for me to write as I had originally left 5 stars for Dr Wineman but after my last experience I feel it's important that potential new patients be aware of their billing practices.
First off read all of the fine print on the contract you sign prior to getting work done. I thought I was fortunate to have dental insurance and in February I had a deep cleaning done. I asked the front office staff not once but 3 times if I was going to have any out of pocket expense. Oh no you are covered 100%. Well turns out my insurance rejected their claim and wouldn't pay for the right side of my mouth to be cleaned. Mind you this procedure took all of an hour total. Wineman' staff contested the decision but they said no.

I got a bill for $456.00 including interest charges of $3.49 for making them wait. I then get to pay 3.95% interest to use my card to pay them. Why did I pay them? Because the nice old women on the front desk are not very nice. I paid or I went straight to collections. No passing go, no negotiations. BTW I just spent 2 weeks in the hospital with a pulmonary embolism which can be triggered by dental work. So I'm struggling a bit physically and financially at the moment and explained that to them. Nope.. pay or collections that is it brother. It's too bad I wanted to support a fellow member of my Jewish faith but not any more after the horrible treatment I received. They made it very clear in their last email to me that said 'we are not in the business of providing free services'. I didn't ask for anything free. I wanted decent customer service.
Do yourself a favor and go to a dentist that has competent front office staff.

This Dental clinic is absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is very clean, inviting and pleasant. I received an exceptional customer experience. The best part of it all, is the it was not one person in particular. The office as a whole from the front desk to the back. Every member of staff were caring, understanding and kind. Dr. O’keefe is absolutely amazing. She is an excellent dentist with a beautiful soul. I will never forget the kindness shown to me. Not to mention the cutting edge technology used for facial scanning and X-ray. If you are looking for a friendly, caring and knowledgeable dental office look no further this is your place! I’m so grateful for the exceptional experience, as well as the inviting atmosphere. These dentist Dr. Wineman & Dr. O’Keefe are so thorough that he will be removing a small piece of glue that was left on my teeth from braces I wore in my teens, which by the way I have seen quite a few dentist in between that time. That is the attention to detail I am speaking of an absolute outstanding eye for detail. This place definitely gets a 5⭐️! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

Dr. Wineman and his team are the best. I feel very lucky to have found his practice. He is an exceptional dentist with tremendous knowledge and skills and he manages his practice very well. He has a fantastic, strong team in his office and you can see how much they all like working with him. On top of being a terrific doctor he is also a very good manager.

I am a person who has a great fear for having dental procedures. I also don't have confidence in most people in the dental profession. There is always an exception, and the exception is Dr. Weinman. My first visit to his office wasn't just comfortable, but felt as if I'd known him and his staff for years. We spoke with each other like we were a family. It was very refreshing and I was so relaxed to the point of wanting to go to sleep. The professionalism, warmth, and care that was given to me speaks volumes about Dr. Weinman and his staff. Everything about my procedure, it's process, and care was thoroughly explained and completed in an extremely timely manner. It's been a long time since I have experienced that type of service. I am impressed, happy, and grateful that I found a dentist like Dr. Weinman. In my opinion, he's the best. Thank you Doctor for your greatness. Thank you staff for being the best. 😊🤗🙏👍

Dr Wineman is extremely rude and disrespectful. I escorted my cousin to an appointment in his office, and while I was there with her I repeatedly heard him discussing very offensive and oppressive political views, disrespecting the women in his staff, and having the most arrogant attitude I have seen in a long time. Would not reccommend ever

Very unprofessional. Dr Wineman is a bully! He insulted me by saying my chin looks like J Leno and I should look into getting plastic surgery to "reshape" my chin. Very rude!! Definently wouldn't recommend. Not really sure why he would think it was ok for a dentist to suggest plastic surgery

What an honor to be the first to review! And a privilege to meet the staff here! I had a DENTAL EMERGENCY! My tooth fell out (Prior Root Canal) and I have EDC this week! 😭

I called the team here and they had me come in, I came in like a train wreck, miserable and sad thinking that this is gone to be my image at EDC, they welcomed me in with a smile, sat me down. And with in 10min

Been going here for over 15 years and have referred Family and friends. I was however a little offended today because as Wineman was accessing my possible diagnosis for sleep apnea he said I was “a chunky guy” in front of one of his hygienist. Now I could certainly look to lose a few lbs but don’t we all and “chunky” seems to me to be not very professional.
I appreciate honesty however I was a little embarrassed and uncomfortable- the office is small and again one of his hygienist was sitting in the same cube with us.
Otherwise - great dentist.

I've never been to an office which is ran so efficiently and mindful of appointment times and sticking to them. I was very impressed with the number of staff and making sure I was well taken care of. The staff covered for each other, so I could have a filling done and didn't have to come back. I was very impressed with everyone's attitudes and I had an enjoyable experience!

I have been a patient for 12 years with no service issues. They are respectful of my time, money, and most all my mouth. I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially those who have seen a dentist in a while. They treat you like family.

My first visit with Dr. Wineman was very, very good. After going thru an awful appointment with a local Henderson dentist a few days prior, this was a breath of fresh air. Dr. Wineman asked questions that other dentists never did. He listened intently and encouraged me to talk about any dental concerns I might have. He is sensitive to patient expenses and he completely details and explains everything. There were x-rays and a thorough oral exam done. While my teeth were cleaned by his expert hygienist, she periodically paused to check my comfort level. The entire staff there was pleasant and made sure all paperwork was correct. The temperature in the patient areas was good and so was the background music. :) I highly recommend Dr. Wineman.

The worst ever dental experience in my life with Dr. Joseph A. Wineman's office. They gave me the quote before I accepted the treatment and I paid the final payments. After three months of treatment and payment in full, his office starting harassing me with additional charges over $500 which I disputed and now they have my account in collections of over $1,000.
To me this in very unfair, unprofessional and unethical on part of Dr. Wineman's office. I will not recommend this dental service to anyone.

I've been going to Doctor Weinman since he took over the facility at 1701 N. Green Valley Parkway. He's a wonderful doctor and a very nice guy. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for considerate and comfortable dental care. Oh, and his staff of hygienists are top notch as well. I won't go anywhere else. Thanks Doc and Staff! You guys rock!
