We came to Vegas and my husband got an eye infection - it was bad.
We tried “Vegas On Call Urgent Care Doctor and it delivered!!
I called left a voicemail and received a call back within 10 minutes. Dr. Logan called us back and spoke to husband and took care of him.
We didn’t need to go to any Ckinic (thank God!) and the price was very reasonable.
Dr. Diagnosed my husband via FaceTime and per fotos. And video and it was TOTALLY WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!
I give this service a 10+!!!!!!

If you’re not feeling well give this Doctor a call. He’s a very competent doctor and has a great bedside manner . He was able to help my husband who was not feeling well and sent us to the ER. Highly recommends Dr.Logan if your in Vegas and not feeling well.

Called and said I have pressure after putting saline up my sinuses and now there is pressure i asked for a home visit he said no. Shouldn't waste peoples time by adding that to your services if you are hoing to say "no." Glad for telemedicine dang dude. Who refuses money?

Phoned multiple times and left messages on the middle of the night when my daughter woke up with severe ear pain in the middle of the night while on vacation. My first call was at 3:29am, it is now 1:43pm, over 10 hours later and they still have not called back. Fortunately we were able to be seen by another facility who took us in immediately.

Excellent experience!
My daughter seemed mildly ill when we arrived and got much worse overnight. So grateful we called. Dr. Logan. He was very thorough with his questions about her symptoms and medical history. He called in a prescription to a nearby pharmacy and we were able to pick up meds in less than an hour. After you initial consult, you still have phone access to him for 24 hours in case of worsening symptoms.

He was very kind and very thorough with his questions about my current condition and medical history. He called in a prescription to a nearby pharmacy and I was able to pick up meds in less than an hour. Once your visit is complete, you still have phone access to him 24/7 for several days. I will absolutely be telling friends to keep this number handy on future trips to Vegas!

EXCELLANT CARE! While on vacation in Las Vegas, my husband, who has COPD, developed a severe chest cold. We were concerned that it would turn into pneumonia. We thought we would be looking at a several hour long visit in a walk in clinic. BUT, instead found that Dr Logan did personal televisits 24/7. I phoned in at 9:45pm and Dr Logan returned our call at 10:20pm! Extremely thorough and found us a 24 hour pharmacy. We paid $200 for the visit but that included ALL follow up communication. Walgreens already had my husbands insurance info from our hometown. The morning after, my husband woke up feeling 100% better! THANK YOU Dr Logan! We totally recommend Dr Logan!

Professional executive woman in town working a convention. I came down with a UTI. With dinners, entertaining clients, and working 9 hours on my feet, I didn't have an indefinite amount of time to sit around in an urgent care. Spent 10 minutes or so on the phone with Dr. Logan going over symptoms. Much to my surprise, CVS seemed to be expecting me with my prescription. Worth every penny given my condition and traveling.

I do not do reviews but I am blighted. My primary care physician would not return my calls on a holiday weekend, Dr Logan went above, beyond, and further! While visiting Las Vegas on vacation I began experiencing severe urinary tract infection symptoms. I called the front desk at my hotel for referral to a local clinic, the concierge provided me the number for Vegas On Call Urgent Care Doctors. Dr. Logan returned my call promptly and was at my hotel room within the hour. He was able to diagnose me and started me on antibiotics. He followed up with me the next day, and was available by phone to me for the remainder of my stay. I would highly recommend this service to anyone visiting Las Vegas that finds themselves in a medical predicament. So much better than the long waits at the ER's and local walk in clinics!

Dr. Logan assisted my family through one of the worst times of our life. My sister was admitted to the hospital near us for the severe stomach pain she was feeling. The staff at our local hospital weren't giving us any information on her condition, what they suspected it might be, or what they were going to do to treat it. After calling Dr. Logan and explaining our concerns and my sister's symptoms he got in touch with the doctors treating her, ensured that they were communicating with my family, and kept checking up on her condition. He was incredibly attentive. Thanks to his care for my sister a difficult time was made much more bearable. My sister had to have a surgery to correct her problem, but after receiving surgery she has made a full recovery. Dr. Logan's input was incredibly valuable to the situation.

Absolutely negative. All I needed was an antibiotic that was stronger for a condition that I already had an antibiotic for. I was told to go to the ER.
