I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Vegas Vision! From the very first phone call, when I was simply calling to inquire whether they accepted my insurance, I was greeted with patience, kindness, and genuine professionalism. That first interaction made such a positive impression on me and set the tone for the entire experience.

When my son and I came in for our eye exams, we were treated with the same level of care and kindness from everyone. A special thank you to Dr. Troy Chang, who did both my son’s eye exam and mine. Dr. Chang was professional, thorough, patient, and made sure we both felt comfortable throughout the process.

I also want to recognize Yvonne, Grace, and Lynette, who were absolutely wonderful! Their kindness, patience, helpfulness, and welcoming attitudes truly stood out.

It is not often that you encounter a business where the kindness you receive from the very first phone call continues throughout the entire visit. Vegas Vision truly made my son and me feel like more than just patients — we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for.

I have gone here for the last five years. I just went a few days ago and saw Dr. Chang. She was great. I'm getting older, my eye are dry, and I feel like I'm 90 after using a screen for 8 hours at work. She got me my new Rx, gave me some advice, and it got me fixed right up. She was wonderful, and her staff were great. My United Health insurance is the worst on the planet, but they were great.

I have used Vegas Vision for the last 6 years and have always had good service when it came to my eye glasses but on December the 1st that changed. I went in to see Dr Chan but this time it wasn't him it was what I could only assume was a student filling in for him. My visit wasn't for glasses but for a infected eye that has a inner stye. The So called Optometrist that was there sat me down spent almost the entire time with his attention drawn to the computer didnt listen to my story that lead up to the event that caused my stye and acted the whole time like I was taking up his time. I explained in detail and non of it was of any interest to him just handed me a referral and said my eye had a stroke and no medication was needed no antibiotics nothing just go home and wait for your appointment on the 18th and see what they say. I should have known something was wrong because when I got there for my 1115 am appointment there were 4 other patients in front of me and he saw all of them in in under 30 minutes as they were getting exams. This review isn't on Dr Chan but this individual that was in charge that day. Even the online Doctors said he should have prescribed me some kind of antibiotics for the infection and pain and advised me for home remedies like warm compress to help until my appointment but he did not just said nothing needed. I could have done better just going to the ER. I am very disappointed that I went that day just to see a student who couldn't help me no wonder he didn't prescribed me anything he may not have the requirements to do so. Thank you.

Just wow! From the front desks to the assistant to the eyeglasses maker to the doctor! Very nice people here. My appt was at 5:15 pm for a new patient appt. but got out early at 4:00 pm so drove down and they got me right in. Even made my glasses right then and there. Georgie is a sweet-heart, helped me choose frames and was very patient. Ladies upfront very profesional and helpful! Doctor was very explanatory and addressed my concerns. I am currently waiting on my glasses here in the waiting area. My parents also came as new patients a few months back and loved the service. They also speak Spanish ❤️

I set an appointment for my husband and he received wonderful service, so I decided to set an appointment for myself. Only to find out that I am being treated very rudely and I did not received the same service my husband did. I feel so discriminated against and besides the ladies there were talking bad about myself and some of the other people there in Spanish, under the assumption that I didn't speak it. i would not recommend this place to anyone, it is a shame because the doctor was nice but that is about it.

It has been confirmed today that this place is the worst place EVER if you need anything. I called today because my husband's glasses broke. They left me on hold for 15 mins, I called back only to be told that they don't do repairs and I would have to buy another pair. I will NEVER step foot in this business again. The staff is super rude and very unprofessional. This office needs serious improvement i.e. fire the whole staff and start over. Them people need better training in customer service. PERIOD!!!

Vegas Vision has been my optometrist for so many years, I always get accurate exams. Dr. Chang is the best. Other optomertrist in the office do the same thing like Dr. Popelka. The staff are wonderful and friendly. I walk in, I don't feel like a stranger, they answer my questions fast and accurately, they are really very efficient.

Charged me twice. Dr. Failed to complete my eye form for DMV. I finally get my DMV appointment only to get turned around because the Doctor failed to fillout a simple document. Yet, I get double charged because the DMV system for appointment long. New flash Vegas optical you can't get a DMV appt. in 90days!

My family has been going to Vegas Vision for years everyone was always polite. Today I called wanting the prescription for my glasses and was told they can't because the prescription is expired. I need it for medical reasons to know what my vision is/was and if it has gotten worse due to medical issues. I spoke with a lady who was very rude and kept saying I can't use the prescription anywhere and said she would send it by email and hung up on me. Very rude.
Legally I have a right to receive what I'm asking for. This rude employee has no idea what I'm going through now and was very rude. I still did not receive the email.

This Dr was the first eye Dr to get my special needs son the correct 💯 scrip . I know this because we had gone threw so many pairs he broke and wanted nothing to do with them for years ..he's partially non verbal so getting it right can be difficult. However this Dr to our delight took so much time with our Angel and when he got his first scrip from him his face lit up his huge smile looking all around at every thing saying " wow" "wow" lol we were simply overjoyed he didn't want any breaks and is a daily happy responsible lil man about his glasses now 🤓🤓🤓ty Dr kindest regards

There needs to be NEW office management ASAP for this location. As polite and kind as some receptionist try to be, it does not excuse the lack of professional business standard. There is no way a patient should have to pay UPFRONT for a contact exam, to NOT receive a single pair of trial lenses NOR a contact prescription because the lenses in office are expired ! When told by the Optometrist & Receptionist they will be in within a week, just to call a week later & be told it will be another week! Completely unprofessional. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

my family and i have been going here for years and it’s took a downhill turn very fast. The two lady’s here have gotten very lazy, one of them is rude always giving attitude and the other doesn’t even know what’s going on. the doctors are great but it’s time for new staff. they have messed up payments and prescriptions many times. but the very last straw was using my fathers insurance to cover another family’s members committing insurance fraud without informing us when all insurance were provided. very sloppy work. they tried to make us pay the difference and waisted three months of our time waiting for my 8 year olds glasses just to admit that they didn’t have them! just avoid this location. it is truly a mess!

I came in for a vision test (handled very efficiently) then had several complicated orders—progressives, progressive sunglasses with tint, work glasses... the staff are wonderful. There needs to be a special shout out to Alex, the lens / frame tech. When he saw my current glasses, and knew that I wanted something like them, he handed me the exact frames I would’ve spent 20 minutes trying to find. This guy is a treasure.

First my glasses had the wrong prescription and was told after putting them on to give them at least 5 days. Still couldn't see. The arm of my glasses fell off so I took them in and they told me I would have to buy new frames so didnt have much choice because I need to see. Get up this morning and my nose piece fell off. There frames are garbage and so is there customer service. Will never go there again. The worst place to get frames because they are really cheap,I have never had glasses fell apart like this.smh

My daughter's and I were seen here and received glasses from them. My 10 year old has to have a replacement pair a week after her original pair and per my insurance company they didn't submit the request until 6 weeks after I had requested the replacement! Eyequest, my insurance me company told me to call them to make sure they did their job! I did and they stated they had done it HOWEVER, I never gotten a call for glasses for my daughter's replacement! I waited another few weeks and still no glasses so at this time it had been six weeks! I call again for my oldest daughter's replacement and speak to a manager about my youngest daughter and finally 2 weeks after that, I get the call for both pairs! This service took 2 months to get when it only should have taken 2 weeks! My younger daughter is almost blind in her left eye per the doctor and I had to wait so long for her glasses! I was upset, however just dealt with it and went about our business! A couple weeks went by and we had gotten an
eye exam at her PCP and they stated she still could not see out of her left eye, even with the glasses! I called back and asked if we could get another exam maybe her eyes had gotten worse waiting for her replacement, they said that my insurance won't cover it but maybe we could get a discount on the exam! The doctor told us that we couldn't get a discount, because she had been seen in August, originally, when she had not had her glasses because they had been ran over by a car, when she was crossing the street, a week after she had gotten them and they didn't get her more glasses until 2 months later! I WILL NOT BE GOING TO THIS EYE DOCTOR ANY MORE THEY LET THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES TO THEIR PATIENTS SLIP THROUGH THE CRACKS AND THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT AT ALL! I HONESTLY DON'T THINK THE MEDICAL ASSISTANT TOLD THE DOCTOR SHE HADN'T DONE HER JOB, AND THAT SHE DIDN'T SUBMIT THE REQUEST FOR GET REPLACEMENT PAIR UNTIL THE THIRD TIME I CALLED! They are only about they money and not the patient! I had them mail out my prescription and I'll be going somewhere else! I do NOT recommend that anyone go to this doctor as they do not do their job, and they do not actually care about the patients care, only about the dollar! They should have at least went off the date by daughter had her second pair, as it was only a week later from her first pair that she needed a replacement and they didn't handle my file properly! My insurance told me they had no record of an request for a second pair! The front desk lady told me that as well, her name is Yvonne, and I know they didn't handle my file with diligence! If you want to get your eyes looked at, go somewhere they take responsibility and care about their patients vision!

The office itself is very nice and accommodating. I set up an appointment over the phone no problem. When I got there one of the receptionist was pretty rude & did not sympathize at all. The other one on the other hand was kinder & sympathized as it was my first time there, I dealt with her the rest of my visit. The doctor was friendly and answered any questions I had & gave me great recommendations. They also made prescription lenses for my frames that I brought in, takes 5-7 days. I will definitely go back as a regular but they lost 1 star due to a rude and impatient receptionist.

Love the service when I first went in there except they took my order wrong. I kept telling the guy I want transitions and told him i wear my glasses morning noon and night.

For some odd reason he thought I want 80% tint on my glasses. How am I supposed to watch TV with 80% tint on my eyes.

When I told them can I wear them till I get my new glasses and bring them back they told me no. Then I said just give me a refund on the glasses they say I have to wait till Wednsday while it is Monday right now.

I want to take that money and go somewhere else. I really want to take my money somewhere else. Can't even let me wear the glasses I have already paid for till I get can get the new pair.

I brought my prescription to this office and had the prescription filled. The resulting eyeglasses I received were spectacular, fit well, were easily adjustable. Yesterday, after about a year, the glasses broke and I brought the pieces back to the office and they were repaired better than could be expected, quickly and with great customer service and care. Do not go to this doctor. I specifically told the desk representative & the doctor over & over again that my plan only covers certain brands of contact lenses. They used up my entire yearly allowance on a brand that was not covered, even though they told me that it was. Flash forward to the day my contacts come in, they call and tell me I need to come out of pocket an extra $65 for the "fitting" because it wasn't covered due to the brand I went with. I did not choose this brand, the doctor chose the brand even after I explained my insurance multiple times. The entire office refuses to take responsibility for their mistake, and acts like I'm the one in the wrong. Scam artists.

The Philippine lady doctor was so rude and racist when my mother who speaks little English when to see her today even though they have personnel that speak Spanish and she requested a translator, the doctor declined her request and refused to speak slow to the point that they moved her appointment till Tuesday, when they have a doctor that speaks Spanish hopefully the manager will be there so I can elevate my complaint...what an awful service, what a shame, poor service...

I had a horrible experience. The nurse took me back to perform a couple of test on my eyes and the machine started malfunctioning, I was told I would come back after I saw the doctor and finished my eye test. The test was rushed and not done very accurate. The doctor put my contacts in and when I left I couldnt see any better than before I came. I had to go to a different doctor and get the correct perscription.
