5 star service. The only thing that could be improved on is offering more options for smaller head sizes in frames. I had to look at kids glasses that fit but did end up finding a frame that fit my face well in adults.

I can't wait to have them as the coating on my existing glasses is coming off and making vision challenging! BTW I got my current glasses at another manufacturer.

I have never had an Optometrist as dedicated, concerned, and thorough as Dr. Patel. She took her time with my eye exam, educated me on potential causes for my symptoms, and immediately got me scheduled for a specialist appointment the very next day. In a time where healthcare often feels like just a business transaction, Dr. Patel truly saw my concerns and showed genuine empathy. She is professional, caring, and extremely knowledgeable.

On top of the outstanding medical care, they have a huge selection of frames to choose from. The technician who assisted me with frame selection and fitting was also very professional. Overall, a fantastic visit.

Every single person was courteous, helpful and understanding of all aspects of getting Eyewear. We checked in easily. The check-in people were detailed in their job. My kids and I stopped in today as my daughter got hit in the face with a dodgeball and her glasses got bent. Ron greeted us with a warm smile and let us know he’d be right with us. There must have been 15 people in there, it was busy, and I completely understand if there was a wait. But almost right away he welcomes us to the counter, and got to work realigning my daughter’s glasses. Bending back the ear pieces, and the little nose pads. I was afraid they wouldn’t be able to be fixed, but he made them as good as new.
He was also able to fix two other pairs that we had, so both my kids left with better fitting glasses.
I appreciate Ron so much, he met us with kindness and empathy, and he’s really good at fitting glasses!

Good customer service & quick... too quick! First time here since new to area. Front desk talks to everyone at same time & unsure when she spoke to me. I paid extra for retinal imaging. She did with my contacts on. Later doctor has her redo. Surprised how the exam was not as thorough as I've experienced with other optometrist. After days with trial contacts, I feel sight is worse. I requested reexam & seemed he made slight adjustment based on my previous prescription I took in. I see better with 5 yr old eyeglass prescription. I will not order glasses or contacts with this prescription from this exam. I will get an exam elsewhere to see if difference. If my eye results end the same then I will change this review rating.

Vision Works itself is the best place I’ve ever been. Most places tell you whatever pair of glasses you try on looks wonderful great. That’s obviously a is a lie and we all know it. Tina at vision works won’t let you leave with glasses that don’t complement your face.
If you pick out a pair, but they don’t look right, she brings a nearly identical pair but they work better on your face.
Everyone at this location is always nice, but I admit, I go there because of Tina.

Tina is AMAZING!! I had been to multiple other glasses locations over the course of months to get my glasses fixed. Everyone told me I needed new glasses. Most people were afraid to touch them. LensCrafters (where I bought them) refused to touch then. Another place made me sign something saying I wouldn’t hold them accountable if the glasses broke during the repair. At one point I even paid a specialist to fix them. No one could get it done. I continued to function with glasses that didn’t stay on my face and constantly ripped my hair because it would get caught in the hinges. On a whim, I walked into Visionworks just hoping to get them fixed enough to get me to an eye doctor appointment. Tina took my glasses and was like “no problem.” When I warned her that I’d been told that they were on the verge of breaking, she assured me “no this brand is sturdy.” In minutes she had fixed them! I couldn’t believe it! She also gave my little trouble maker child a sticker to keep him entertained. Great experience. Go see Tina! I will definitely be getting my next pair of glasses here and taking any and ALL of my glasses that need repair straight to Tina!

Very poor customer service from Ghazafa H. In the middle of ordering my daughter two pairs of glasses and while on the second pair Ghazafa said she can’t get auth from insurance to pull up. I asked her to please call to get the authorization. She said no. She proceeded to tell me we needed come back tomorrow for the sunglasses because they’re now closed. I was still working on the first pair with Carolyn. So I said closed, how? I was still finishing up the first pair and need to pay. She said they are closed and we would have to come back tomorrow. She said she was not staying to help me. I told her no, I had been here since 5:15. They closed at 6. We are a paying customer and I’m staying. My wife asked me to go with her to her appointment and the dr was great, but our experience after that went downhill quickly. When it came to buying glasses I was shocked that they were trying to say a normal (non designer) pair of frames with her very mild prescription and no blue light filtering or transitions or any of the extra add ons was $550 (before insurance discounts etc). Our out of pocket would still have been $245 plus taxes! Are they serious? I recommended that my wife take her prescription and look elsewhere or online because I didn’t think those were honest prices and the woman helping us became immediately hostile and nasty. Her name was Ghazala H, and I don’t think I’ve had a worse customer service experience in years. I asked about my wife’s pupillary distance because it wasn’t listed in her prescription and she had just taken that measurement and you guessed it, she refused to help with a smug smile. I guess her way at getting back at us for thinking the pricing was predatory? My wife may still come back here to see her dr who she likes, but we will not be giving any business when it comes to glasses.

Went to this location recently for the first time on 3/27/2024 and was greeted by a very rude and uninviting front desk lady. She is Ethiopian I believe with braids. She was rushing me and talk so fast in regards to the paper o didn’t understand not a work she said. Her and the other woman a mixed light skin woman were talking with each other about men and paying attention to their own conversations more then their customers. Also the lady helping me to pick out my lens were very dry and uninviting no help at all. I decided not to get my lens from them due to their horrible customer service skills. I wanted to give one star but decided to give two stars because the two lady’s who did my initial eye exams and Doctor Lesa Davis were awesome. Whoever answers the phone needs to be trained properly, I missed my appointment no biggie deal I'll pay the $25, went to call to reschedule to try on my contacts told I have a balance on my account, then when I tried giving card info to pay had to repeat myself 2 times still didn't get my info and was told hold, on hold, hold on. I'll just drive there.

Loved our optometrist but unfortunately had to miss an appointment because we got covid and had to wait 8-10 days to reschedule and so I tried rescheduling online but was still supposed to be charged $25 but they waived it. I was very thankful for that, they also waived a no show fee because I called and made an appointment for my husband but called him and found it wouldn't work, I called immediately back and told them I needed to reschedule and they mentioned they would waive the fee they were going to charge me for changing the appointment. Once again I was very thankful. Thought it was weird that it happened so fast but whatever they waived it. After the covid 10 days I made my appointment online again for next week, they called me today 3 times explaining that I would have to pay a fee if I cancelled and how they weren't going to waive it. It's $25, they can either charge me one or not but calling me and babysitting me about a fee is obnoxious. Jasmine repeated herself about the fee several times in both our chat and her voicemail.

I get it, there's a fee. They've made that painfully obvious. But instead of just letting me come to my appointment and avoiding this whole thing because I dont have covid any longer, I was talked down to and just ended up canceling the whole thing all together. The whole reason for the appointment is that the contacts they sent me with were blurrier than the glasses I wore into the store.

They get a 3 because they were all friendly and professional in our first meeting but all subsequent follow up was not worth coming back.

I was having concerns with blurriness and eye fatigue after wearing my new glasses for the past 60 days. I came into Vision Works and worked with Carole. She was absolutely amazing.
Carole was able to get in to see the Dr. to confirm the prescription was accurate and to understand why the first frame/lenses were not working well for me. The outcome- I needed smaller frames/lenses.
Carole was so helpful and patient with me. She helped me choose a new frame that was smaller and fitted my face better. Thank you Carole for being amazing at what you do!

Never coming back to this place again I have taken my sons since they were little to get their glasses, my sons now are 21 and 22 years old. I also get my prescription glasses here til they made a mistake on the prescription for my glasses twice the first time I toke the glasses back and I waited a month to get them and at the end they give me the old prescription again so I didn’t bather to bring it back because I can’t trust this place anymore.

I have been coming to this location for the last three years because of my horrible experience with the Vision works on Rainbow. A very kind older lady helped me sort out an insurance confusion that the Rainbow location could not figure out and I’m appreciative of her effort. She did not rush me nor give me the sense that I’m not worth her time. She worked with me until they were almost closed. This year, the process has been smoother because of their software update. Anna allowed me to choose my glasses without any pressure, and helped me get two glasses instead of one. She didn’t want me wasting my insurance benefits and she was right. Once the glasses arrived, Juan made sure that my glasses fit right and adjusted my glasses before I went home. I appreciate the effort of these people in ensuring that my glasses are not only functional but also comfortable.

I love this Visionworks location!!!! First off, Dr.Davis (aka the miracle worker!!!) This Doctor will make a recommendation, and listen to her. She made a recommendation on my contacts, where I need readers. And she was on point!!! I stand behind my review... This location from the Doctor's office, to the opticians.. you can't go wrong. I highly recommend this location!

Uninviting and a little rude salespeople here.

I've bought my previous glasses here and was met with an inviting ambiance, numerous suggestions and options for my face.

This time around, the two sales people were unwilling to bring options, they just directed me to the area where larger frames are. Also while sitting there with 2nd salesperson I stated the frames that work best are curved and contour with my face, the salesperson stated those wouldn't work with my prescription since they are no line bifocals and I wouldn't have good peripheral vision.

The whole point of being a salesperson is to sell, not give the buyer a lot of excuses on what won't work. How about give options that will work and a few others that look good. Bad experience this time around, perhaps it was the age difference or the lack of salesmanship.

The optometrist and staff were good but the people on the Visionworks side were rude and I am glad we didn't get glasses here. They violated HIPAA by giving me another client's prescription in error. They were disinterested and made no effort to be helpful in any way. If you need an exam, this place is fine but there are better selections and nicer, more considerate people at Costco. Or anywhere, probably.

I have been going to this VisionWorks since 2015. The staff has always been kind and helpful but most recently I purchased a pair of glasses that I love but weren’t quite fitting well. While there I explained all of this to Juan who went above and beyond to not only adjust the pair I had but helped me find another pair! I have been dealing directly with the manager-Sandy. She has been much more than accommodating. Her demeanor and expertise are rare to find in this day and age. Additionally, while waiting to meet with her, any other employee with whom I have interacted has been pleasant and caring that I was waiting.
