Absolutely amazed! I'm so happy I was crying while driving that night because for the first time in years I could see! The doctor (female with blonde hair), discovered that I had been wearing the wrong prescription for years! I was skeptical at first but when she had me try it on - it was magical. Here I thought my eyes were getting worse and that I would need an even stronger prescription or eye surgery, but all along it was the wrong prescription. I’d always had a very strong prescription. It turns out it was overcorrecting my vision. I actually had a stronger prescription than I needed. She had to instead “lower” it. Then everything came into focus. I can drive at night now. Lights are normal, round lights, rather than long streaks and starbursts. My depth perception is back and I can read the street signs, and even license plates normally! I was giggling like a child while reading everything I could. Things I couldn’t see for years! I’m over the moon happy!!!

I talked to Ashelina to order my contact lense and she specifically told me that the order will be going out by the end of that week and I will be getting it the following week, while talking to her she's already having attitude me asking why the price of my contacts went up, but didn't mind it she's probably going throught something personal. We saw Optometrist Dr. Jean Garcia at Signature Vision Care for our eye exams, she was friendly, knowledgeable, calm and patient.

I would like to give 5 stars for the service they provide, but unfortunately the receptionist you have when checking in to see the doctor has a very poor customer service attitude from the moment you walk in.

I didn’t know she didn’t speak Spanish, so I greeted her in Spanish by saying good morning. Her response was rude and irritated, saying she didn’t understand what I said because she doesn’t speak Spanish.

I apologized and spoke to her in English, which is perfectly fine for me. However, there was no need for the arrogant attitude.

Thankfully, Vicky took care of my two children and me, and she was absolutely wonderful. Her kindness and professionalism made a big difference in our experience.

Well, glasses sure have gotten expensive in this world I must say. The pain is seriously diminished though when you get the level of customer service I received just yesterday. Mary Lou at the Visionworks at Galleria Mall in Henderson provided me with exceptional customer service while buying my new glasses. She was professional, patient, knowledgeable & very friendly. Chose this place because my daughters optometrists office moved from Galleria LensCrafters.. the very first time we came in to transfer her RX and order new contacts, the one particular woman at the front of optometrists office was just really dismissive and seemed unhappy to be there. Not friendly at all. The woman working with her seemed nice, but she was helping someone else - so I got stuck with grumpy. I figured maybe she was having a bad day and let it go. A month or so passed and I still hadn’t receive a call back about the lenses coming in - so I call. Grumpy answers (same tone/attitude) “I put that order in and we will call when they come in” let it go again. Call again a couple weeks after and am told that they came in a couple weeks back. I mentioned that I’d called since then and was told otherwise. “We wouldn’t have told you that. There’s a note that we left a voicemail..” I thanked them and said I’d be by later to pick them up. Brought my husband with me to make sure I wasn’t being overly sensitive and that these women were actually just rude - he agreed. Not greeted when we walked in just asked what we needed and what my name was. Grumpy got up, grabbed the lenses and handed them to me. No eye contact.

My husband asked if I knew her lol. Ladies …cheer up. If you are that unhappy dealing with the public, go elsewhere. It’s not that bad, and could be worse - I promise. We will be going across the street to Pearle Vision.

Charged because my child wasn't on my VSP. WRONG, the employee didn't know what they were doing and cost me over 200 dollars. For first time visits for dependents they may not be listed on the family VSP plan. You have to submit them under MY info and VSP will process it. I can't believe someone like me had to find out this information directly from my employer insurance company,. over someone who is EMPLOYED at a place who handles this on a daily basis. Horrible office ! The front desk women are rude. They apparently don’t know how to verify benefits. My insurance provider is telling me one thing and they are arguing with me about my coverage as if I don’t know what I’m talking about. Sat there past my appointment time only for them to tell me I had a $80 copay when I verified with my insurance that I didn’t have one. I go to call my insurance and confirmed I don’t and come back and they say I forfeited my appointment when I walked out even though it was only a few minutes. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a doctors Office and this isn’t the first with them. First appointment I called to reschedule by phone and when I got there my appointment wasn’t found so I had to sit forever as a walk in. That should have been my first red flag and not have gone back but I tried to give them another chance. Beware and have your insurance provider on speed dial when you go in.

I've been going to this office for sometime, it's truly out of my way and super far from where I live. Today, I woke up extremely sick. Staff at the front worked with me to pull up my insurance when I couldn't find my card. They were so understanding!! Dr. Garcia was so sweet and friendly, and did so many different tests with my lazy eye to get a more updated prescription. Afterwards the lady in the eyeglass store helped me find out when my insurance would cover my frames.

Overall great experience and left with a great attitude!! Looking forward to returning 💞

Very clean, great selection of glasses and the doctor was great. However, the receptionists and wait times were horrible. I was there 2 separate times between myself and my sons. Both times the receptionists were rude and neither one of them smiled once. At least not to me, my husband or sons. The wait time to see the doctor, 1st time was an hour and 2nd time was half an hour after are appointment times. I don't think I will be returning.

I was able to browse from your wide selection of frames while waiting for my eye exam which was scheduled and I didn't wait long. The eye exam was thorough, comfortable and clean. Your ophthalmologist explained my results and and eye care recommendations. The sales associate did an awesome job applying all my insurance benefits and explained my options well. Great selection, great service - Thanks Hannah. She was very informative and easy to talk to. This was my first pair of glasses outside of the VA. Hannah walked me through the process very nicely. I enjoyed my experience and the glasses came in right on time. Only a little more than a week to get my order complete. Go somewhere else! Total fraud. I gave them all my insurance last weekend, and they said they would give me a call on that following Monday once they verified my insurance. No call, so I called them. A lady who answered the phone had no idea who I was or could not find any of my paperwork. She kept telling me this was for the doctor's office next door and I said no, it was not. It was for the eyeglass department. I ended up hanging up and am currently looking to go elsewhere.

Drs office is so rude, the front desk lady had no professionalism or manners hung up on me OTP and has a condescending tone every time. Dr keeps making my prescription higher even though I asked her not to, making my eye sight worse, also, from the newest prescription I received migraines. Do not waste your time or money here.

Everyone is very nice but the reason I am handing out this one star is because I used to come here years ago and I remember getting my glasses within a week. I decided to come back to purchase new glasses and it has been a month since purchasing my glasses and I still have not got any update as to when they may be done. One of the best experience I ever had in purchasing classes. I purchased bifocal glasses and computer glasses for an incredible price! Kyle and Josh are “Perfect Professionals”! I had many questions in regards to my computer glasses and they were able to answer all my questions. I’m sure all of us are spending more time in front of the computer and I recommend computer glasses! Also, Kyle search for discounts and deals that was available at this time. I will be returning next year.

A little while ago my glasses started sliding down my nose so knew it was time to pop into our Visionworks Galleria Mall to replace the silicon nose pads! As always we were well taken care of. Laura saw to us immediately. Had a seat and only took a moment to get the nose pad replacements from the back. With both our glasses the pads were replaced, the screws in the arms were tighten if necessary and our lenses cleaned. They always take such good care of us and our needs. Will be back for new glasses soon and thanks for everything!
