I’ve been coming to Vivida Clinics (Sunset location) and while Spencer is absolutely great — professional, skilled, and courteous — the rest of the staff are a complete disappointment. They’re unorganized, unprofessional, and lack basic politeness and class.

I arrived early for my appointment, yet ended up waiting more than an hour because the front desk staff forgot to check me in. When I followed up, there was no apology or accountability — just blank stares and indifference. The only person who showed genuine courtesy was Spencer, who personally apologized even though the delay wasn’t his fault.

It’s unfortunate because Spencer’s work is excellent, but the rest of the experience completely ruins it. If you value professionalism and respect for your time, I suggest finding another clinic. Vivida Sunset doesn’t deserve your business until they learn how to treat patients properly.

I had been referred over from the VA. I was pleasantly impressed with Vivida dermatology. The staff was top notch. I like the system they had going. No wasted time at all from the start to the end of my visit. I had apparently forgotten to complete documents prior to my visit. No problem, staff was kind and pointed me in the right direction. My derm provider PA-C Nathan Morgan listened to me, he was professional and to the point. He accurately diagnosed my condition, and treated. Exactly my expectations of a provider. The medical assistants did well prepping for PA Nathan before and after he seen me. Setting up follow up visit and exit was just as simple and easy. Each stage of my visit had a nice friendly face to talk to. No one seemed overwhelmed or too over tasked. I will return again for any dermatology needs. I would recommend this place to friends and family. I've been to a few dermatologists during my time, I have to say Vivida Dermatology is one of the best i've been to so far.

I had a small problem I needed to have inspected. As always, I booked a appointment, Biopsy taken and will be going back
Today I had my surgery. It was a little more involved than I thought. they were as always very professional and took care of me. However about a hour after going home I noticed I had a little bleeding. I went back they took me in right away and fixed the problem. The problem is me. I am on blood thinners and bleed easy. The doctor took one look and said this will fix it. I will recomend them anytme.

I love Dr. Muchan at Vivida Dermatology Surgery Center! He is so timely, personable, listens to your concerns, answers all questions and distracts you during the numbing and Moh’s cancer procedure. The surgery room is so warm and comfortable! You remain in the surgery room while waiting for the Moh’s removal slides to be read, offered the tv remote to watch a show of your choice, and provided with music options during the final suture stage. You feel like the staff cares for your complete comfort, and not like you are on a conveyer belt being rotating back and forth from the surgery room to waiting area while waiting for results! Vivida is a class act!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Victoria Farley and her entire team. From the moment you walk in, you are treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion.

I live with a complex condition that many providers are unfamiliar with, and finding knowledgeable, empathetic care has been an incredibly difficult journey. After years of feeling unheard and misunderstood, I have never felt more safe, supported, and truly listened to than I do under Dr. Farley’s care.

Anna Marie, who assisted before and during my visit, was incredible. She was warm, attentive, and made me feel comfortable from the moment she brought me back. Her kindness and professionalism set the tone for the entire appointment.

I really appreciate the staff at my Vivida (Sunset) office. I can usually get through the phone lines quickly, I have been able to get an appointment fairly expeditiously, and my appointments run on schedule. My practitioner (Spencer) is knowledgeable and informative. He doesn't rush through my visit but also doesn't waste my time. Spencer's nurse has been beyond helpful in completing my FMLA paperwork. She is both patient and thorough. The front and back office staff are professional, kind, personable and efficient. I am very happy with my choice and I have recommended this practice to multiple family and friends!

We are very disappointed with this clinic. My mother and I chose this office based on its excellent reviews, even though it was a 35-minute drive from our home.

Our appointment was scheduled for 1:00 PM. After driving all the way there, we experienced some difficulty finding parking and also had to wait for the elevator since the office is located in a suite. We arrived at the front desk at 1:17 PM, which was only two minutes beyond the 15-minute grace period.

The receptionist, Daniela, was rude and dismissive from the moment we arrived. She informed us that our appointment would need to be adjusted because we were late. We politely explained that we had traveled a long distance and asked if she could speak with the doctor to see whether an exception could be made. Her response was simply to sit down and wait.

After waiting approximately 15 minutes without any update, we were told that the appointment would need to be rescheduled for another day. I then asked to speak with the supervisor, Dee, who explained that the provider, Spencer, does not see patients who arrive late.

We understand and respect office policies regarding punctuality. However, we feel that a delay of only two minutes beyond the grace period could have been handled with more flexibility and compassion, especially considering the circumstances.

What disappointed us most was not the policy itself, but the lack of empathy, professionalism, and willingness to help. The way we were treated from the moment we arrived made us feel unwelcome and undervalued as patients.

Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect the high standards suggested by the clinic’s reviews. We believe the staff could benefit from improved customer service, greater courtesy, and a more patient-centered approach. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this clinic.

The whole team is great from check in to check out. Dr. LANGFORD is so knowledgeable and wonderful each year we meet. The nurses are also caring and funny. Viveda Dermatology consistently exceeds my expectations. Front office administration, including ease of scheduling, is terrific, but the real difference is with the practitioners. Very fast (they actually admit you the time of your scheduled appointment. Imagine that). Extremely friendly, well run, well coordinated operation. Professional and thorough. Plus, and I don't know if it was just the 2nd floor room I was in, but one entire wall was windowed so a ton of natural light (as opposed to having your diagnoses/procedure done in a cold, windowless medical room). If all my Dr appointments were like this I would die a happy man, so to speak.

Well, this was a totally different experience at this location than I had with Dr. Farley. Now I wish I didn’t switch. When I saw Dr. Farley three months ago, she was very compassionate and understanding about my insurance being changed. She gave me a Skyrizi Injection in office and said when I came back in three months, I would get another one of the samples so they had time to do the prior authorization. I relocated to the other side of town and I assumed each office would be similar since they are under the same umbrella. Now it looks like I’m going to have to wait and do a loading dose. I didn’t feel the same compassion in this that I felt when I saw Dr Farley. The vibe was way off. The energy was weird. Super disappointed with today’s visit. I tried to be cheerful and kind and even paid Keisha a nice compliment (she is beautiful that is true) But I didn’t feel very comfortable there. Hopefully, they’re able to expedite my medication. I really regret not driving across town back to Dr. Farley now who had promised me the sample not happy that I’m gonna have to start over with a loading dose again. As a healthcare worker, I’m super disappointed in the majority of medical professionals in the city. The things I’ve seen since moving here explain why Las Vegas has such a bad reputation for medical care.

They are the only dermatologist in Las Vegas that I’ve stayed with this long, because their service providers actually take the time to listen to you and your issues in order to come up with the best solution. A breathe of fresh air. First you walk into this beautiful office. The friendly staff greeted me and there were even drinks and snacks for the short wait I did have. Keesha Pierce was as very friendly, very through, and took the time to answer all of my questions. She even followed up with me about a question she wasn’t certain of the answer to. Finally, on checking out, the friendly staff informed me of my co-pay, which was somehow a fraction of what I pay everywhere else. I am so grateful for Dr. Reba Suri. I have struggled with adult acne and dry, dark marks on both of my ankles for years. I had seen several dermatologists before, but no one was able to truly help me until I met Dr. Reba Suri.

She listened to my concerns and created a treatment plan that has made such a difference. In less than five months, my acne has improved tremendously, and the dark marks are finally fading.

At my last visit, I even cried because this has been one of my biggest insecurities for so long. I am slowly gaining my confidence back, wearing sandals again, and even going out without makeup.

I have had Terrible eczema for Years. We are talking Everyday I have been itchy in some way shape or form since 2017. Instead of "let's try this" I was tested with out adding to my scars & now on a medication that has Stopped the itch. It started in 2013 became a constant in 2017 and now 2026 I am finally starting to heal.

Very upsetting. Dr Fife is an excellent surgeon who performed Mohs surgery on my sr mothers nose twice. The next visit he decided to specialize in surgery only and we were instructed to first see dermatologist there. We did and he missed cancer sending her on her way. It becdme apparent there was an issue do we returned and dr fife saw her and it wax indeed more cancer. The last visit we again saw a different dermatologist there...she was very dismissive when dr fife was not in the room and when he came in suddenly she was attentive and sweet. Once he left the room she turned to n my mother and said what do you want to do? My mother v said i have no idea what the dr tell you was needed?? There was another male asst? In the room...he saw the confusion and went and got dr fife who csne back and addressed the issue. It doesnt build confidence in seeing their dermatologists. Now moms nose once again looks bad. We tried to make appt w dr fife but we cant see him unless we see their dermatologist first!! Its pretty obvious theres an issue and after performing surgery on her nose 2-3x now...im wondering why it keeps coming back? And why he doesnt seem to care? We had a relationship with him and are bring passed off onto these other people who hsve not provided good care to date. Also mom is on a fixed income and it just means more copays.

Got an appointment reminder when my appt was due and was able to be seen the next day. The office is attractive and very clean. I got a full skin check and a mole removal and was in and out in less than an hour. Everyone was very professional and pleasant. I recently had my first visit at Vivida Dermatology after returning from a deployment in the Middle East. During my appointment, they removed several skin tags and moles that had developed while I was deployed. The staff made sure I was completely numb before starting, and I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure.

The entire team was incredibly caring, welcoming, and professional. The clinic itself was very clean, including the restrooms, which I always appreciate. The doctor also prescribed medication for my face, and I’ve already noticed great results.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dermatologist.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – No Results & No Follow-Up

I cannot speak for the dermatology side, but my experience with the med spa was one of the most frustrating and disappointing medical-cosmetic experiences I’ve ever had.

I came here hoping to improve acne scarring and chose this location based on its reputation. I was given a treatment plan and proceeded with multiple procedures that were extremely painful and required significant recovery time. The downtime was long, uncomfortable, and impacted my daily life.

Despite going through the treatments exactly as instructed and following all aftercare directions, I saw no visible improvement. After the first sessions, I was told this was normal and encouraged to continue. When I expressed concern about the lack of results, the treatment plan shifted and I was advised to add more treatments and services.

I ultimately underwent a more aggressive treatment to avoid wasting my prior investment. The pain was intense and the recovery lasted weeks. Even after that, I did not see improvement and believe my skin texture may actually look worse.

In total, I spent several thousand dollars.

What has been most upsetting is the complete lack of follow-up and communication.

I sent emails explaining my dissatisfaction and asking to discuss options. I was told someone would contact me — no one did. I followed up again and still received no response.

Out of frustration, I called the office directly and was given the manager’s email. I sent a detailed message explaining everything and requesting assistance.

Months later, I have still received no response.

I made every effort to resolve this professionally and privately before writing this review. Being ignored after investing significant money, enduring painful procedures, and experiencing no improvement is incredibly disheartening.

I did not expect perfection, but I did expect reasonable improvement and basic communication when concerns were raised.

If you are considering treatments here, DON’T DO IT…PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Went for my first appointment for a MOHS consultation. The front desk staff set the welcoming tone for my experience with immediate response to every single person entering the office while attending to special needs of patients in the waiting area. No one was left unattended considering it was a very busy place. The waiting area was nicely decorated with comfortable seating large screen video with comfortable sound and a well stocked coffee, juice and snack self serve bar that was continually restocked and meticulously kept clean and orderly. My appointment time was timely without any delay and actually accommodated before the time I was scheduled. The doctor was well prepared for my appointment and addressed the referral, the referral by my doctor while adding the right amount of personalization to the consultation making sure any questions or concerns that I might have were addressed. The surgery date and time were confirmed making sure it was acceptable to me. You couldn’t find that quality of care in most places today. I now know why my referring doctor recommended Vivida so highly and emphatically.
Returned on 1/29/26 to have my sutures removed. Immediately received by the front desk staff member and acknowledged that I was 2 hours early. I was told she would let the staff know I was here and said they appreciated that and within 15 minutes I was called by a young man to come back to a procedure room. He thanked me for coming in early and informed m he would be removing my sutures. I believe his name as Roby?spelling? Cordial, professional and friendly! He removed the sutures in a very gentle manner did some education about skin care and thanked me for being a patient. My VA highly recommended Vivida for my MOHS procedure and he was 💯%++correct!
The incision line and the suturing by the PA is a true work of art!!

From their $50 “consultation fee”, which was supposed to be applied to a Service, however it was Not applied to my $800 service/bill. The $800 initial Botox treatment was not only over priced, it was insufficient & i had to return for Another $700 treatment within 2 weeks (i dont know Anyone who has spent $1,500 recently on just Botox) Both visits resulted in a botched injection, causing a dime sized discolored bump that took weeks to subside. Even after botching the initial treatment, there wasn’t as much as an apology, let alone discount, when being told i needed the 2nd treatment (which Also resulted in a 2nd discolored, smaller bump)
Vivida scheduled another follow-up for me & since i did not want to be charged for any more services & i didnt want to potentially have a 3rd “issue”/bump, i decided not to make it to the follow-up when a work matter came up. Vivida has continued to hound me for a $25 “missed appt” fee, even after messaging them all of this information. I have now Paid their “fee” and will never return again (not even for the snacks)

I had no problem scheduling an appointment online and the front office was fabulous. Today was my third visit and every time has been a great experience. I was of course very nervous going in but Dr. Langford took total care of me. She is fabulous, wonderful and I honestly can’t say enough good things. Different reasons the employees at this dermatology medical center or some of the best I've ever dealt with they were friendly laughing and enjoying their work they were friendly to all patients that I saw including myself I kind of like to joke around a little bit and the ladies and gentlemen at this dermatology gave it right back I felt comfortable and safe the whole time I was there thank you for being there

We were seen at our appointment time, no waiting, which was nice. The front desk staff were all very pleasant and welcoming. The Doctor(s) were very caring and professional. I feel very confident in their knowledge and abilities. My mother had a biopsy taken and it was as quick and painless as possible. They obviously know what they are doing here. I would highly recommend Vivida Dermatology.

I was a first time patient and saw Dr Liang for an annual fill body exam. It was the most inefficient skin check I have ever experienced. I have been going to dermatologists annually for many many years as skin cancer runs in my family. Dr Liang barely looked at me. No attention to my face, scalp (even a cosmetologist noticed a mole on my scalp), hardly any attention the spots on my legs after telling her I was concerned with some of them etc. Basically was told I had dry skin and to go see their med spa. Now here I am paying a deductible and out of luck for my annual skin check for another year. Not impressed.

Great experience, appointment was on time no waiting for hours in exam room. Doctor was very clear of what was going on with me and everyone was very polite and professional, from the receptionist , Dr. and check out. I would recommend to anyone needing a dermatologist!!

Overall good visit but disappointed with the wound care. Putting a bandaid on an incision was unsatisfactory. Dress shirt ruined by blood staining. Had to get wound reevaluated by another M.D. and properly pressure wrapped. You don't want me to add photos or videos.

I won’t be back. Just another medical corporation trying to make as much money as possible while putting forth the least amount of effort as possible. At my last appointment I pointed out several areas I wanted checked during the full body check I was scheduled for. The doctor, who seemed like an automaton on cruise control and had the personality of a machine, didn’t even bother checking them. There was a PA in training there who also did a check, she did look at my areas of concern although very cursorily, almost as if she would get in trouble for taking the time to do so. Then they started freezing spots—poorly in my opinion, as I have had numerous areas treated before—and walked out. Another helper came in and told me what to expect of the frozen areas (they might blister, and the dead tissue will eventually flake off) and how to take care of them. Of the eight or nine areas frozen, only two or three ever flaked off. The rest seemed like nothing had even been done, and nothing about those areas changed. What a joke Vivida has become. I schedule a follow up for 3 months, but they called and cancelled it because the Dr. I was scheduled to see was leaving the practice. I didn’t reschedule, because I am leaving the practice, too.

Had to see someone else because there were no appointments available in the afternoon for months. Closer to home and a beautiful facility. The skin check for cancer was a very different experience and not as thorough but maybe Dr. Langford goes above and beyond that new doctors won’t do. The dr and assistant both talked to me which was overwhelming while exposed. I’m used to the assistant facing the wall and it’s just the doctor and myself. Was prescribed medications last week but they haven’t been sent in yet. I’ll wait another day and call. Very pleasant people nonetheless.

My first appointment was a bust because the person I saw didn't do ANYTHING for me. She didn't suggest going to the Med Spa, which is across the hall from them. The med Spa does the things that dermatologists USED to do. My second appointment was a hot mess because I should have gone to the Med Spa that was recommended (not to me personally), but it was in my file that I had no knowledge of until today. So, since I didn't have the info until I got there, I wasted my time, paid my co-pay, and didn't see a doc. They only remove moles if it's cancerous. If you have skin tags, minor moles, or milia, they'll recommend the Med Spa. It will be best if you call ahead and ask if an appt will be necessary for what your concerns are so that you won't waste your time going there. The front/back office staff were very pleasant.

Dr. Farley is pleasant, friendly, professional and thorough. She asks about any concerns I have and addresses them. She then proceeded with the exam, noting areas of concern and those which are not. When finished, she asked if there is anything else she could help me with. I am satisfied with her treatments. I would recommend her and Vivida Dermatology.

Second year going. I was seen by Dr. Alexandra Davis and she was awesome! I would recommend her and Dr. Spencer. I gave 3 stars because of the receptionist, I waited in line to be called up and she called the guy that came in after me. I didn't like that I already waited and I was dismissed for a person who had just came in she eventually did my check in. It was around 3:30pm on 1/5/2026 it was the lady that sat on the right.

Scheduled an appointment about 2 weeks ago for removing my spider/varicose veins. Filled out the paperwork ahead of time, arrived a little early the day of the appointment, and waited about 20 mins for them to call me in. Upon speaking with one of the staff members about my reason for coming in, I was told they don’t treat varicose veins and that they treat spider veins through their med spa. I wish the lady that I spoke to over the phone would have told me I needed to schedule an appointment through their med spa. Now I have to wait another month and a half to see a specialist.
