I’ve never used Walmart for eyewear before, but this vision center knocked it out of the park. Branden went above and beyond to help me understand my benefits and find frames that matched my criteria. Because I have a wide face and a high nose bridge, tracking down sunglasses is usually a frustrating and exhausting process, but Branden’s patience and diligence made it easy. I have been coming to see Cynthia and Kimberly at the Eye Center here for years. They have always treated me like a family member. I've made appointments in the past but tried my luck today and just walked in. I was surprisingly accepted immediately, what good timing! The staff is always nice and pleasant to work with. They make you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend going here! And for the glasses side, they never make me feel pressured to buy the most expensive lenses. This was the first time I have ever used the Vision Center at Walmart on Eastern and Serene in Las Vegas.
it was such a great experience. I was totally comfortable and was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes.
I was helped by a couple of people, unfortunately, I only remember the one person‘s name. Cathy did a great job and was very efficient getting me in and out in a short amount of time which I really appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone. Five stars!

I rarely write reviews before receiving the product, as we are currently waiting for our glasses to arrive. Still, I want to give kudos to Brandon at the Walmart Vision Center located at 2310 E Serene Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123. Brandon was highly professional and patient while my 12-year-old Daughter and I picked frames for her first eyeglasses. This took much longer than expected, but he answered our questions and gave several valuable recommendations as we "reversed" the course several times. I purchased glasses 9/7/2022 the lenses are starting to chip near the frames. Today i went to the store on serene showed the glasses to an associate and she immediately asked how do you clean them, what chemicals do you use
did i allow liquid between the lenses and frame I then knew that she was looking for any excuse to blame me for the problem. She then looked up the purchase date and saw that it was past by 30 days so i was advised it was to bad. I have worn glasses for decades and this have never happened. The associate was rude, confrontational, and a mannerism that reflected satisfaction in telling me there was nothing she could do. With all of the competition for this product you would think an associate would recognize this and have an attitude that she wants her company to succeed and her to retain her job.
SO AS A RESULT GO TO A STORE THAT APPRECIATES THEIR CUSTOMER BASE AND DOES NOT TREAT THEM LIKE #$%%t

I highly recommend Cynthia Kiernan, OD and Associates, the vision center at the Serene and Eastern Wal-Mart. When I went there, associate Diane was especially helpful: Knowledgeable and professional, caring and compassionate, and very funny. Her customer service skills are first rate. I went there because my eye doctor's office only offers expensive designer frames. They quoted me $499 for the ones I wanted, minus $115 frame allowance on my insurance, but before even discussing the cost of the prescription lenses (plus anti-glare and/or anti-scratch coatings etc. for $40 each). Bottom line: I probably would've paid well over $500 for a pair of reading glasses. At this Wal-Mart store, my total bill, without insurance (because mine doesn't cover this location) but including tax was $83. Absolutely excellent experience. Kudos to Diane for her exemplary service.

My Puppy decided that he would eat my glasses as part of his growing experience. Unfortunately I can't see a freaking thing without them. I took the glasses in with little hope of getting anything back in less than a week or more. Much to my surprise Optician Ryan Rehm took the pieces and fixed them as good as new within 15 minutes !! I was not able to schedule appointments for myself and 2 family members in the same day due to their ridiculous rules. My appointment was at 3pm they said to come in 15 min before to check in, which I did. The pre screen was ok they took me in after 10 min and after 5 min waiting in the room they put me in a dr. Office which I waited for over 40 min for a doctor to show up, they told me it's gonna be just few minutes, so after 40 min of sitting in a dark room finally the dr. Came. I would rather wait outside or go and get shopping done if I knew I'm gonna be waiting 40 min, my eye exam lasted less then 5min. Ridicules!!! Not happy with that wait time at all!!!!
